He said…read moregoing forward he instructed the staff to not argue with the customer and to handle the problem immediately. He offered to credit us the complete bill to our credit cards but we paid cash. I told him we will give it another shot sometime in the future and that we are reasonable people. He can maybe find another way to comp something but I don't feel the whole value is needed. -------------------------------- I never post and am usually able to take mixups at dinner with a grain of salt. I have to say my experience tonight at this place put me over the top. Went out for dinner with another couple and I will say the food was very good so no complaint there. When the bill came it seemed high to me so I looked it over. Good thing I did. They charged us for 3 rounds of drinks when we only had two. I showed it to our server and instead of saying I'm sorry, decided it best to argue with me that we had 3. Wrong move, I told her to fix it. After watching her argue with the bartender for 15 minutes she came back with an amended bill. The drinks came off and the bill was $11.00 higher. Looked again and she again charged me for one extra beer. Normally I would have let it go but now she had me pissed from our previous interaction. Again argues with me telling me I had 3. I told I would walk out right now if she didn't take it off. Came back a third time and this one put me over the edge. I see now my bill had two entrees on it that we never ordered. So after three times explaining to her that she F'd up told her she better make it right now or we are walking out on the whole bill. She finally came back with the correct one but an extra half hour spent just to pay for what we ordered. We paid the bill even left a tip, which after rethinking it wish I didn't. The other couples wife told the whole story to the hostess going out the door. Not even a " we are sorry, can we take something off the bill" nothing. Like I said I never post here but they really don't care about customer service.

I got the Ma Po Tofu and the Alaskan Roll. The tofu dish was very tasty. It had I want to say a caramel like flavor or maybe it was molasses. It didn't come with ground pork or any vegetables. It didn't come with rice either luckily, I ordered a small container of rice. As we sadly know, we're getting less for more money these days. The roll was fresh. You get six pieces with your order. Eight would've been better. I wanted more after I finished my six . I ordered takeout this time, but I have eaten there in person many times. The food is always good and the portion size is good. I highly recommend the chow foon. It is exceptional. I hope you try it!

They say they cook real Chinese food, not the American version we're used to and expect and they didn't disappoint!!! And they do real dim sum!!! Ordered the hot and sour soup. Nothing like anything I've had before. Nice dark rich broth, plenty of veggies and tofu. Spice level and plenty of heat! Next came the scallion pancake and steamed dumplings with spicy sauces. Scallion pancake was crispy, small wedges of perfectly fried dough with just enough scallions in them. The steamed dumplings were pork and spiced very well. Between the hot and sour soup and the dumplings I was enjoying a nice heat from everything. Should add that the dumplings aren't what you get in other restaurants. They were large and oblong and filled with plenty of meat. Next was the mu shu pork which came with four pancakes. Portion size was large enough to feed probably 4 to 5 people. Plenty of pork and veggies in a flavorful sauce. This was accompanied by beef with snow peas extra spicy, and it was plenty spicy. This is the only restaurant that has gotten the spice level right and understood that all I wanted was the beef and peas. This was the best and most authentic Chinese food, not Americanized, I've had in a very long time and there will be more trips back to try all of their dim sum selections.
