Terrible my whole order is wrong !!! I didn't open it up until I got home from work, late in the evening before a snow storm so upset i order chicken and got pork spare ribs I don't eat pork ! Food needs improvement. Egg roll insides were one color..cabbage. The shrimp in the shrimp with lobster sauce was overcooked. The pork fried rice..the pork was overcooked. I won't be going back. It was piping hot is the only decent thing..tongue still stings from the burn read more

OK it was closed during Covid for about two years and now they are back open. When I worked in Taunton, I would eat there all the time and it was pretty good food now I see they're open again and I was quite happy to be able to try it again which I have not tried it yet.. after I have my first meal there in two years I will reevaluate but for now I'm giving it four stars because of the reputation. read more

Actually pretty sad to write this review. This place is directly across my new home so I was excited to try it in hopes of finding a Chinese spot super close. Today was my first time trying them. Ordered pick up for a dinner combination plate that had pork fried rice, chicken fingers, boneless spareribs... I couldn't add crab Rangoon so I add to order an entire side of it .. I really wanted Chinese and this is my usual order everywhere I go so I added the side for 5$ extra. Really I only wanted two like usual Chinese places do. Grand total being 17$ for one person. A little higher as I usually pay 10-15 bucks for just myself. Especially around lunch time when I ordered at 2 pm. Anyway, pick up was smooth. It's always dead in there, (this should have been a giveaway that the food was going to be bad)... tried the food, ate some.. rice was super super bland.. didn't look like the typical Chinese rice you get. (Color wise), it doesn't have that dark color it's more yellowish is. Boneless spareribs were in tiny teeny pieces piled up ... most fat pieces and inedible.. the taste was just whatever. I have had way better! The chicken fingers were ok. The sweet and sour sauce was ok. The crab Rangoon was very airy. Didn't finish my meal.. just had a few bites until my hunger left. Tried this for the first time last night. I had the beef and broccoli combination plate with fried shrimp, and split an order of crab rangoon with my boyfriend. Everything was decent. Standard Chinese food, it didn't stand out but it certainly wasn't bad. The crab rangoons weren't particularly crabby, mostly cream cheese. We picked up our order and it was ready in 20min even though we ordered 4 meals, so that was nice. My only complaints would be that they use foam takeout containers and even though they were wrapped in plastic baggies the sauce/gravy leaks like crazy. It got a little messy. The plastic containers that click together are probably a better idea. Also, when calling in our order the woman who answered the phone seemed to be needlessly farting around for at least a few minutes before transferring us to a man who took our order. read more

Best Chinese food in the area hands down, but you have to know what your ordering. Jade Lee has phenomenal boneless spareribs (the best I've ever had), and equally amazing beef terryaki. Their lo-mein is also great. I really dislike their rice. It reminds me of a very soggy "Lipton" style rice packet. You know the ones that are usually 10 for $10 at the grocery store. It's awful When you are ordering take-out it always takes longer than they quote on the phone, but everyone working there is always very pleasant. After a very long Christmas Eve day & night, we drove around looking for a bite. Drove past this place and noticed it was still open. We went back around and pulled into their parking lot. Called to find out if they were closing soon. With 10 minutes to spare, they offered to stay open an additional 15-20 minutes past their closing to take care of our takeout orders. We walked in to order and were greeted warmly. Some staff was leaving and the kitchen was getting cleaned up, but they still took their time with us ordering. After placing our dinner combo orders the wait was about 10-15 minutes - pretty fast! They even accepted one more takeout order after ours. The gentleman that took care of us even modified a recipe for me. The food is hot, absolutely delicious, fresh, and customized to your requests. Will definitely return!!! read more

Had placed the order at 520p and had food by 7p after being told it would be an hour, which I believe is excellent for a place with such great food on a very popular chinese food holiday. Reasonable prices for not having a menu and just ordering based on what we eat. We got a large crab rangoon (very tasty), large beef terriyaki, 2 eggrolls, small chicken chow mein, small veggie delight and small pork fried rich for $34. Not too shabby and the food was excellent compared to other takeout chinese I have had in the past. I would definitely order again but I need a menu :) read more

Reading the great reviews of this place, I decided to come down with my wife and Son expecting a dining experience. It is clearly a take-out place with thread bare atmosphere at best. I ordered a good amount of food for 50+ dollars. We decided to sit in as we are out of townsfolk. The food took close to 35 minutes and when it did come the wonton soup was inedible (overly spiced in a beefy broth) . The ribs were ok and edible, but the egg rolls were about the greasiest and tasteless I've ever eaten. The chicken and broccoli as an abhorrent mess of the poorer quality chicken. The pork and Chinese vegetables were just edible and the only thing that got a passing grade was the special lo-mein. Plain and simple, the food was poor at best. It seems to me all there Friends & Family gave them the ratings they have. This place is Not worth it. Very friendly employer "young Girl" that's it. Boneless spare ribs so thin they have no taste. Everything is fresh and delicious, but the boneless spare ribs are not strips at all. They are tiny chunks of ground up remnants of real boneless ribs, and dry. This is no fluke either. I've got them there at least five times over the years and they're always that way. If they fixed that, I'd go there more often and would rate them at 4 stars. read more

Been going to Jade Lee since the day they opened. I absolutely love the place. About as consistent as chinese food gets and the quality is on par with China Town in brockton. When I lived in Taunton I use to order from Jade Lee's all the time. Their crab rangoon is the best and they have really good spare ribs. Any time I go back to Taunton I try to stop by to get something to go. Their prices are decent, I don't know about now but when I lived in Taunton and called in an order sometimes they would have a driver for the night and sometimes they would not.
