Clearly a bug, the driver tried to deny it when it obviously had a head, legs and wings.

I'll make this short, there was a bug in my food. Dead on my jumbo shrimp. I don't know how much of the food had bugs in it but we ate a fair amount before I noticed. I called and informed them and the driver came back, looked at the bug on the shrimp for about .0001 seconds and said "that's not a bug" proceeded put his finger in the food to touch the bug, pick it up while still denying it was a bug and then squishing it beyond recognition. Called his manager, after I informed the man that I had a picture the manager said he'd give back only the $17 that the shrimp plate cost although I asked for a full refund because I refused to continue feeding myself and my 3 year old their food seeing as all of the food came from the same kitchen. Rather than oblige he decided to argue and refuse my refund. Disgusting! Disrespectful, and according to multiple other reviews on yelp, pretty common for this place. It needs to be shut down asap.

Taste good very nice ppl and they actually do delivery unlike the other Restaurants in the area

    Beetle in crab Rangoon.

BUGS! There was a bug in my food, picture listed below: Honestly the food wasn't terrible until I discovered a beetle that was fried with my crab rangoon. We had decided to eat there which we soon realized this was a mistake because of al the bugs flying around. After taking a few bites I discovered a beetle was fried with my crab Rangoon and sitting right on my plate. The owner was nice about the situation and offered to make a new plate to which I had no desire so my money was refunded.

I would come back for these. Someone next to us also ordered them. Now I did still want to try their traditional dishes so we split Xaio Long Baos which were really good soup dumplings. They were fresh and tasty. I also got a general gau chicken which I know is more Americanized Chinese food but got it since it was offered as a plate with rice. It was tasty, a little spicy and a large portion--I had leftovers. I would like to come back to try more of their authentic dishes as the food was of high quality and it was busy inside so that's a good sign! First of all, the arrangement they had for queueing for tables was a bit confusing and unclear. We were given a slip of a paper with a number on it, which the hostess eventually called out after about 10 minutes. I wish they had a more seamless system for handling this (in an app or taking phone numbers instead). We ordered lots of dishes to share.. pineapple buns with roast pork, the viral crab rangoon scallion pancake, soup dumplings, rice rolls with ribs, etc. The standout for me was definitely the crab rangoon scallion pancakes. I 100% get the hype! It's ooey and gooey and perfect for any crab rangoon lover. I was however pretty disappointed in the pineapple buns (one of my favorite dishes) and soup dumplings, which honestly just tasted like they were frozen and reheated from the grocery store. The service was also very absent and it took awhile for us to wave someone down so we could pay our bill. Not sure if we visited on an off day or something, but I wasn't very impressed.

We ordered a California roll, the Tuna Thunder roll, Shanghai dumplings, orange chicken with pork fried rice, egg drop soup, and pepper steak with onions with white rice. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked really well. The portions were huge for the price, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant itself has a great vibe -- very clean, neatly decorated, and the little waterfall feature added such a calming touch. It made the whole meal feel extra relaxing. The only downside was the orange chicken -- it had actual orange peels in it, and they were burnt, which threw the flavor off. Everything else was fantastic though, and absolutely worth ordering again. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially since we had our 13-week-old daughter with us. Great service, great food (with one small hiccup), and a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

We came for a family dinner and of course Grandma Ding was with us in her wheelchair. We only smashed into a few chairs in the big, crowded dining room. And fortunately other customers were understanding while the staff was helpful and accommodating. The small, curious child running around the dining room without parental supervision didn't get hurt when I ran him over. The menu was huge so it took a long time to order with Grandma asking questions about every item. I could see that the waitstaff was used to quick orders and rapid food delivery to the table, but the waiter remained kind and patient. He also repeated his answers loudly when she couldn't understand his English and because she didn't have her hearing aides turned up. We finally ordered a giant wonton soup, eggplant with garlic sauce, a shrimp dish, and orange chicken; all to share. Everything was fresh, hot, tasty and delicious. Grandma Ding did have to ask for the soup to be heated up because she likes it to be scalding. The dining room is worn and dishes were flying in and out as items were served and cleared. It's definitely a place for family meals, not one for an engagement proposal or romance. Perfect for our evening. Portions are generous and prices competitive with other restaurants in the area. Parking on the street is the only difficulty, particularly when you have a nonagenarian to get into the restaurant. We will definitely be back.
