I still come to this QFC regularily and I must say that their deli pizza is the best I've ever had. Fresh ingredients a-plenty! $6 for a whole pizza or $2 for a massive slice! The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful - unlike some places that give you the minimum service to get you in and out. read more

Thanks to deli at this Seattle Center location for putting together two trays of tea sandwiches while I waited. I watched as they dropped what they were doing to slice meat and cheese for my last minute request. I forget the two deli workers names, but props for such great service. read more

This QFC is a little better kept up than the other locations. It has a fairly good selection so you should be able to find 99% of what you are looking for. Their selection of wine and beers is fairly extensive. They also have a limited selection of liquor. The parking garage is much easier to navigate than the QFC on Capital Hill. My only complaint is that on a couple of occasions I found I was double charged for things after checking my receipt. These were honest mistakes. But I wish the cashier would have caught them rather than me catching them after I left the store. read more

I love this store! Amazing customer service every time. The pharmacist is really wonderful, always helpful and chipper. Selection is great, too! read more

This is my friendly neighborhood Qfc. I can find almost everything here. There have a good variety and quality if everything. Veggies are always fresh. They have a small section for baked goods. And who can forget free parking. That too in that area. read more

We love this stores fish manager Paul. Top of his game and always FRESH fish.

This is my go-to grocery store if you are in Eastlake or Cap Hill. Everything you need for groceries, etc. Fresh sushi and limited hot food if you want to eat in the store. Good wine and beer selection. Free validated garage parking. read more

A great option for Belltown/Lower Queen Anne/SLU residents to get groceries. Reasonable walking distance for those that don't have a car, and free garage parking for those that do. Good prices, especially compared to the city-style markets like City Foods. read more

I like this place the staff is nice, it is a very clean grocery store. they have a nice assortment of produce, which you can't get at the Safeway in Queen Anne. I shop here the price is not bad compared some grocery stores. I like that it's not crowded. read more

I'm not a fan of this place - I only go here on occasion because it's the closest place to where I live. One of my first times here, I ordered some hot food. I asked for mashed potatoes, and that's what I got... except I noticed I was charged for ribs when I got home. Ok, no big deal, so I called customer service and they said to just bring in my receipt and they'll refund my money. So I get back to the store a couple days later and head over to customer service. I wait around for a while, but no one is there. So I head over to a cashier and tell him what happened, and at that point it is obvious he has no idea what to do. He thinks for a while and looks completely bewildered and confused. Then he suggests I head back over to the deli, and calculate what the difference was that I was overcharged, and then claim my refund. Ummm... yea right, what kind of customer service is that? If they really want to calculate the difference, fine, but do it yourself. Eventually I was able to get a hold of a manager, but instead of refunding my money, he asked me if I brought the product back. Are you kidding me? It was hot food from two days ago, of course I didn't bring it back. I eventually got my refund, but the entire experience was made to be much more difficult than it need to be. As for the store itself, I'm not very impressed. QFC masquerades as a fancy, upscale grocery store with low prices. But in reality, the selection is poor, the quality of produce isn't great, and it's overpriced. If you want cheap prices you can go to Safeway, and if you want nicer stuff you can go to Metropolitan Market or Whole Foods. read more

Although on the pricier side, they always have what I need, like Soy Slender "milk" cartons and Balance Bars in all of their flavors. The sushi chefs are great and will make what you want if they don't currently have it out in the case. Parking is always easy (free, underground). Flowers greet you at the top of the stairs from the parking garage - a great scent to start with. There is a Starbucks inside, which is my favorite pre-shopping stop. The pharmacy people are nice and really get to know you. read more

Goods prices, for the area that is. Sometimes it's tough to find exactly what I need, but my go-to when I'm down here.

Love to Shop from QFC, they have a good range of products. I like the brand krogger there. I like to shop there, due to quite near and convenient and they have weekly offers too. So, like to shop their with the offers provided by them, like to use digital coupons there, just for some extra benefits ;) read more

The produce was not very fresh and very limited. It was also more costly than many other grocery stores in the area. I think Whole Foods was less expensive than this particular QFC. I have been spoiled with top of the line QFC's in my hometown (in the greater Seattle area) and this was a let down. The garage is also very dark-I would not want to be there after dark. I do appreciate the free parking that is there. read more

QFC - I'm a fan! I have been shopping at the Mercer QFC for over 2 years now and I love it. It's my one-stop shopping place! if you know me, then you know that I detest going from grocery store to grocery store to find what I need to make delicious, healthy meals. I find my Brown Cow yogurt there, fresh seafood and fruits and veggies. I feel very welcome every time I go to this QFC as the staff is always friendly and overly helpful. I think the prices are reasonable compared to other QFC's and Safeway's' around town. I love getting to the register, seeing my total, and then swiping my QFC rewards card, and the price jumps down by a lot! I also get QFC coupons in the mail, and that saves money as well. I believe that QFC is a great grocery store and centrally located between lower Queen Anne and Belltown. read more

The night crew is amazing! Nate.. Toni.. And can't remember the other guys name.. Glasses always wears a beanie... The day crew as well! Everyone is very helpful asking if I need any help. Or just asking how my day is. :-) keep it up QFC TEAM! Even if I move form LQA. I think I'll still come to you guys for my grocery. :-) read more

I'm beginning to get a reputation for my West Coast grocery store reviews, but whatever. There's a Murray's Cheese outpost in the grocery store. I die. The produce was extremely fresh, the cheese on point (as always), and while we were there they announced a wine and cheese sample station. We got to try wine and cheese WHILE GROCERY SHOPPING. This place is just the greatest. Also, the employees were super friendly and cheerful and the check out lines weren't very long on our multiple visits. read more

I enjoy going to this QFC. In all of my visits (and I shop here often), whenever I need help finding something, or need a recommendation on dinner at the seafood department, or need to refill my prescription, I've found the staff to be very helpful. They spend much time making sure that they've answered all of your questions and don't mind being bothered. Also, the produce is always very fresh, and I definitely love the 10 for $10 sales!! Ample free underground parking is a huge plus as well! read more

Good location. Good variety. Safeway is closer to me, but I prefer QFC wider selection. Also seems as if they have more sale items on a weekly basis. Workers are always cool and pleasant. read more

Love it! Why? The store is really clean, has free parking and is never crowded when I go in during evenings or weekends. I have always avoided QFC prior to moving to Seattle because most of them are just gross, but not this one. This one is special... ; ) read more

Stay away from the fish department. Two weeks ago I bought frozen shrimp from the serve-youself bin. The iodine smell and taste, a hallmark of old seafood, was so rank after cooking, that I tossed the whole batch. Tonight, having given the fish department another run, I selected the exact piece and size of king salmon for $27.69, carefully baked it medium rare, and yuk. It is another old piece of fish that should have been turned into cat food. I am done with this store. Maybe for the wines...they do have a good selection and good prices. read more

Open 24 hrs with a public bathroom. A win after a night of clubbing...trust me...and we found waldo in the garage....

I generally don't do QFC as they lack a good quality-price point and the.service is not always the best. They are own by Kroeger which is a turn off. But in the 3-4 times I have been here at Mercer, quality is good, some higher ticket items were cheaper and the check out attendent was supper helpful with my entering plus wrong. At least, for this location, I haven't any reason not to go back yet! read more

Their staff is always friendly and will always ask if you need assistance. Have never had to use their return policy because the food is always fresh. Dan the night manager provides the most amazing customer service. He used to be the night manager at a QFC in Ravenna. We switched stores when he did. read more

I shop in here almost four nights a week sometimes. Have been the last 3 years. All the checkers recognize me except some later in the evening. I spend hundreds of dollars there. However the other night I went to get some wine as I was having a dinner party. I walked over as I live about 10 blocks away. However I had forgotten my ID. I am 52 years old. They guy at the register who has Helped me many times would not let me purchase the wine! Nor the manager. So ridiculous. I walked all the way home to get my ID and when I return the manager says I need my passport as well! Unbelievable. I sent a report to corp office. They should be fired. read more

Called in to place a sandwich order for pickup and the lady in the deli actually sighed and said, "We'd rather not." Haha I explained we were on a time constraint for lunch so it would be really nice if we could just swing by & pick up. She literally responded with, "Oh my God. Ok, fine, I'm going to have to put you on a long hold so I can go get all the paperwork to fill out your order." Wow. Lol I'm baffled. read more

I love this QFC Pharmacy. The pharmacist is very attentive and sweet. I was really sick and annoyed at waiting for my prescription after the clinic had already sent it and it should have been ready. Sorry for being a pest... I was just feeling shittty. You guys rock and are awesome. read more

Came in to cash my check on October 3, 2018 around 3:20 PM. The manager on duty was very rude, snarky, and passive aggressive to the gentleman who is working the register in customer service. He goes to a register behind him and aggressively opens and closes it then he turns to me and rudely tells me he doesn't have enough to cash my $700 check and then within the same second turns away and walks off. I'm sure it wouldn't of been that hard to rummage up $700 for my check but even a simple "I'm sorry we couldn't help you today" would've been nice, considering you are a manager and i came all the way here for a service‍ walking out of there never coming back, I actually feel bad for the staff there who have to deal with him. read more

The people behind the deli case need some training!! I go there a lot. More often than not, they are yapping amongst themselves and not paying attention to the customers. So - much of the time they get my order wrong. One time the woman had to ask be several times to repeat my order. Then she proceeded to get it wrong. So she later adjusted my order to give me the amount I had ordered but she failed to adjust the price. When I pointed that out to her she actually couldn't understand my point. Pretty unbelievable. Incredibly unprofessional. read more

1 single stall bathroom for a store this large is idiotic. I've been to stores half this size with larger bathrooms, so there's no excuse.

They close their restrooms at random hours whether or not you're a paying customer. Go somewhere else instead.

So I went to use the single stall bathroom at the QFC on Mercer in Seattle. The..uh..gentleman before me had what would be called an "accident". To put it as delicate as I can, he released an atomic poo bomb everywhere except the toilet. But wait! That's not the disgusting part. I immediately told the guys at customer service. They, thankfully, let me use the employee bathroom. Grossed out, I finished my shopping and went back to the counter. I chatted with the dude about how gross it was and how they couldn't pay me enough to clean that up, blah, blah, blah. THEN, the guy says how he told the manager they need to get whatever sanitary measures they do, special cleaning for explosive human waste and all. BUT THE MANAGER TOLD HIM, NAH JUST GET THE AUTISTIC BAG BOY TO CLEAN IT UP!! The poor kid was up to his elbows in shit because this jerk didn't want to properly clean a bathroom where they sell food. I was horrified that anyone would take advantage of a special needs youth to clean up human waste, let alone a manager. That guy is a bigger pile of shit then the one that innocent boy had to clean up. Shame on you!! read more

One cannot just pass through the bakery at QFC on Mercer Street without doing a double take at the glass display case full of enticing dessert treats. Not only are they pleasing to the eye, but they are an amazing taste treat for the palate. Each visit brings a new selection of tantalizing treats created by Michelle the baker/decorator: decorated cakes, brownies, cheesecake, parfaits, tarts, pies, cookies and petit fours. I keep returning to try my next sweet treat and each one has been a winner. I especially like the individual desserts for one selection. If I don't need a whole pie, I can buy just a slice. I never leave empty handed, and I can always find the right treat to meet my foodie mood. read more

Oh so sad. The single occupant restroom has been inoperative for nearly two months. Of course, if you demand to see a manager you might get lucky and might be shown the employees bathroom , use the one in another location in the building, or you might get one of two managers who acted like they were too busy to concern themselves with trivial things like customer care. It's a crap shoot, no pun intended. So if you go, make sure you don't need to go. Otherwise, it's a great place! read more

What a wonderful store. Especially the pharmacy. They are very happy and friendly and the pharmacist who gave me a flu shot, Kadin I think, was cute and I didn't even feel the shot! I also love the Starbucks here, they are very quick and there is usually no line at all. So if you need caffiene to wake you up, or ambien to put you to sleep, this is the place for you. read more

It's a QFC, but definitely not one of my favorites. It's big but strangely shaped and there's...a lot of homeless people outside. :(

Ordered a meal deal at the deli. They use floppy containers that do no close properly, and no bags. So had to travel with it very cautiously. Good thing nobody bumped into me. read more

I have never left my groceries and walked out of a grocery store until today. There was only one checker with 2 people in line one of which had a cart overflowing. I decided to go to self check out which I don't like but thought would be quicker. The touch screen worked sporadically. And trying to bag groceries in self check, well forget it! Ah, and then comes scanning the produce. I had a hard time with that one. The attendant finally can over and started calling out produce numbers to me. And again the touch screen only worked when it wanted to. I told the attendant twice that I was very close to walking out and leaving the groceries. On the 4th or fifth produce item I told him I was done and he could keep the groceries. He said OK. So I emptied my bags and left. I guess they don't care that they just lost a regular customer. read more

Worst store experience EVER! My son suffers from Crohn's disease and was having an episode which required him to be in the bathroom longer than a QFC manager felt was appropriate. The manager was screaming at my son through the locked door. My son explained to him what was going on but the manager threatened to call the police and then unlocked the door and exposed my son to customers. The manager than demanded my son's identification and again threatened to call the cops. It was a mortifying experience and not how someone with a disability should be treated. read more

I stopped shopping at this store a couple of years ago when they were undergoing heavy renovation and have stuck with Whole Foods and Ballard Market ever since. I went in today on a whim and what an awful grocery shopping experience. I didn't even know that was possible but the way the checkout is set up it has customers and shopping carts on top of each other. A guy cut in line not having a clue I was ahead of him and another guy who was behind me was all over me and my wallet as I tried to pay. There's no space for anything! When I got home I found a broken container of yogurt. I had told the checkout person was broken (I picked it up off the floor - shouldn't a QFC employee be doing that kind of clean up?) and that I was just bringing it to her attention. She instead charged me for it and stuck it in my bag. Seriously? By the time I got home it was all over everything. What they carry is fine but the store set up, the customers and the few employees I did interacts with were all quite awful. Never again. And whoever designed the checkout area should be fired. read more
