I went on their site to register and request that my prescription be transferred to Alto, which took a couple of days. After the transfer process was complete, I requested the prescription refill. They offer free prescription delivery via courier, but I opted to pick it up at their Bellevue pharmacy location. It is located inside Plaza 520. There are numerous buildings in this business center, so you should take down the address or look on a map app to find the location. The pharmacy interior is pretty basic. There is just a front desk and what seems to be some prescription bins for couriers to gather prescriptions for delivery on the left. Pickup was quick. I just gave my name and the staff member brought my prescription out which included a couple of free sea salt caramels inside the bag. Based on the prescription savings and the delivery options available, I would recommend Alto.

Then told it was available to my medical team so tried to re-order, after days and multiple attempts never got the medication. Wish they had been honest especially after ALL the hoops I had to jump through. The customer service was decent and helpful and I realize my med is on back order but did not at the time. I also wish they had offered a recommendation for something available. I do see that my insurance was billed for a medication I never received as well.

Inside, it uses a simple rectangular one-story space to provide easy to navigate aisles. There were only a few items that were behind lock/key, allowing us to easily find, grab, and pay for our searched items without waiting for anybody.

First point, I really miss the Bartell Drugs that this store used to be. It was well-stocked,…read morepeople were friendly, and it was in a convenient location. Then the Bartell family got out of the business, went through a couple of non-family managers, and finally got bought out by Rite Aid, which was already in financial trouble. I don't think this store was restocked at all while Rite Aid was circling the drain. Anyway, CVS bought the wreckage of Rite Aid, including this store. So how is it now? Not bad. It's not Bartell anymore, but at least it's well-stocked. Many of the old Bartell employees are still there (or back), which is good. The location is still convenient. One thing I really miss about the Bartell era is that Bartell had the _best_ web site for vaccination reservations. They didn't stock as many vaccines at this location, so we more often went to Kirkland, but now we'll have to figure out a different vaccination system. I haven't tried the pharmacy here. Why "only" three stars? Mostly because Yelp has changed the words used for its ratings. Three stars used to be "A-OK". Four was "Yay, I'm a fan", and five was something like "Best ever!" Now it's just "OK", "Good", or "Great". Best ever is probably a one-of-a-kind family-owned pharmacy that we discovered when COVID vaccines were scarce, except that it's far away, in Lynnwood. "Yay, I'm a fan" was the Bartell on Mercer Street back when it was a Bartell. This place is OK, thus three stars. (Two stars would be Amazon Pharmacy, which generally sucks, and one star I reserve for things like scammers and restaurants where I've had food poisoning.)

He was super rude and then told me he didn't accept insurance. It had to be cash only and then for him just to mix up a cream of basic ingredients to make a compound cream. It would take three days because he's three days behind and I drove from EDMONDS all the way to Issaquah to get there so about 3540 miles so I was really disappointed. I left there without my medication and had a really bad experience. I would not refer this place to anybody, especially with the rude behavior of the pharmacist.

The scale of this pharmacy is the same as any other inside a grocery store, small but also tidy and neat off to one side. At this location, there is a large bin to deposit unwanted medications. There's also an automatic blood pressure measurement device. They do flu shots too. I typically find they are not too busy with short wait, so that's a plus. Parking is easy, underneath the store.
