The only reason why I am giving Rite Aid is a 4/5 stars, is because every time I go into Rite Aid, it seems like the shelves are looking more bare, each time. There's two entrances: inside or outside. We went inside only to discover the mall was closed. That was strange to us. Red Robin was open. We walked around to the outside entrance, but the shelves were nearly bare. They didn't have mighty patch acne medication, and the employee was waiting for us to leave. This pharmacy is ridiculous. They told me they won't accept any controlled prescriptions from Telehealth doctors that are out of state months ago, and then they kept refilling them for months afterwards "by mistake" just to tell me again that they can't refill them. If you call and get a female pharmacist that works there now, I'd suggest you tell her to make up her mind about what they can and can't refill. Since the company is going bankrupt anyway, this location will probably close soon, so my suggestion is go to another pharmacy. read more

Almost every time I come here there's somebody with a smile and who offers to help with in probably 10 seconds of the door and some fish got some good people working here so bravo to the manager for hiring good people. Cold drinks at the back and photo department to the left simple layout. you do get bonus points for having the place being very clean and well lit and allowing us to see over the top of the shelves that's important when you have like 8 year-olds nephews who can walk around to make sure that I can keep an eye on them bonus points. read more

Rite aid is knowingly selling thermometers that don't work. I just bought thermometers, sunmark brand. It will not go above 97.4 degrees. I bought a second one, and the same thing. When I told the pharmacy clerk they did not work within an hour of purchase, and to not sell them, she said she would let her manager know, but did not remove them. This review is for the pharmacy. I hate that I have to be treated like crap every time I come here. I can deal with the total lack of empathy and always made to feel like I'm interrupting you. I get this is a stressful job for not a ton of money and I get that the people you are dealing with are stressed and are not always nice. What I don't understand is why you have to treat me like crap when I can't list off all six medications I need refilled. Medications that have been filled at this location for over a year. I only come here to get my prescriptions filled for two reasons: (1) They are consistently fast. 15-20 minutes and they call me for pick up. (2) They are a two minute (indoor) walk to The Rack, and another couple minutes walk outside to DSW shows and TJ Maxx. I look forward to my 15-20 minute shopping spree every time! Parking is a bit annoying since it is a shared lot with the rest of mall. That's the reason I award this Rite Aid 4 starts. read more

This Rite Aid is pretty good, though their pharmacy is often outrageously busy, which can mean long waits sometimes. Their selection is good and now that the store has been remodeled, it's bright and clean. Staff is of average friendliness. They don't bite either. LOL read more

I wish Rediclinic was separate for reviews. Their Rediclinic is very helpful, one Saturday I thought the wife had the flu, the local urgent cares had a 2 hour wait, but Rediclinic had no wait. Got the same flu test without the wait, but she was properly diagnosed with an infection instead. You definitely need to know what Rediclinic can and cannot do, for routines things like illness or screenings, they're great. But keep in mind you're seeing a nurse practitioner rather than a doctor and the services are limited - don't come here with a broken bone. The rest of the Rite Aid is pretty blah. Prescriptions took forever, the store itself is pretty dated. read more

Rite Aid must have a policy where you have to be slow and unfriendly to work there. This store isn't quite as good at this as the DT Bellevue location, but it's trying. I haven't tried the pharmacy here. Why risk the same slow service... but for longer? I still don't believe they actually give out any Wellness Membership discount cards. The employee's at the location are awful. They are impersonal, and all act like they hate their jobs. I have news for you- if you don't like where you work, GO FIND A NEW PLACE. Not one associate has greeted me as I walk up to the counter- they hardly acknowledge your existence. As a former Rite Aid employee, I know my manager always pushed customer service- I am not sure if the manager at this location is slacking, or if the workers just don't know how to be likable, but it is an awful excuse for a Rite Aid. There are tons of other Rite Aid's I visit and I will continue to stay away from this one. read more

I was at the Factory Rite Aid last night and was treated terribly. As I walked up to the register the clerk was walking away, didn't stop, just said "I'll be back". I waited awhile and then I saw her walking back toward the register, not in a hurry. When she got to the register she never greeted me or even looked at me. I started putting my stuff up on the counter and she said something that I didn't understand and after she repeated it I realized she wanted me to put my number in the thing where you pay. I did so. Then she moved my beer to the left side so it appeared to me she had scanned it. I started picking it up and she grabbed it out of my hands and said very crossly, "I'm not finished". I gave her my drivers license and she handed it back to me never looking to see if I saw it - like handing it into space. Then she said, after she finished checking me out,"Done shopping?" I said, "clearly" and she said "I wasn't talking to you". I asked her name and she told me "Amy". I couldn't get over it so I called the store this morning and asked to speak to a manager. I told this person my story and she said that she would pass it on to a manager!!! I had asked if she was a manager and she said "yes". I asked her name. Wait for it!....Amy!!! I asked if she was the same Amy as last night and she said,"yes". She never apologized for her behavior. She said something about a man that made no sense to me. I told her that I didn't believe she would pass the message on and that I would try again to call a manager- she indicated that there was no real manager available. I can't believe that she is working with the public, let alone being made a lead, or supervisor!!! I don't want to go to that Rite Aid again. I may or may not keep trying to get hold of a manager. The pharmacy staff were all super friendly and helpful and made my transition in getting my medications was efficient and convenient. Trisha I believe her name was the manager of the store at 12:10 p.m. on Thursday December 10th Was the rudest nastiest human being I have ever witnessed in my entire life. She caught some girl shoplifting like a $9 item which I get it I don't agree with shoplifting at all but I heard her from across the store literally berating this poor girl and like personally insulting her she was making comments about how she's a terrible person she is too old for this shit how can she be such a piece of shit only garbage steals from stores blah blah blah she was just cutting this girl down personally and this poor girl just looked at her and said absolutely nothing with tears welling up in her eyes and this woman literally just personally insulted her at top volume all the way out of the store and she was making it very clear that she was a million times better than this girl and anybody who shoplift and she literally had the worst attitude and demeanor and disposition of any person in a management position of any customer service job I have ever known of and she literally had me feeling sorry for the shoplifter and not the store. In fact she was so horrible and so nasty and so belittling to this girl I am personally absolutely 100% never going to shop at this store ever ever ever again I don't know why anybody would with this woman in charge. I'm still in shock from the way this woman was that I'm still almost speechless about it and it's been like half an hour since I was in the store. My elderly mother picked up new medications at Rite Aid and was not given any verbal instructions on how to use the meds. These meds had very precise directions and other interactions with other drugs. I use another pharmacy and the pharmacist always speaks to me about new meds. I can't leave without signing a consultation yes/no waiver. I think it should be the pharmacist's responsibility to make sure patients leave their pharmacy knowing how to use the medications. read more

This Rite Aid is opened late so it's convenient for people who are night owls like myself. The pharmacists are very helpful and are more than willing to take you to the side and explain the medications. Everyone who I've encountered here are very nice as well. Parking can get a bit tricky depending on how busy the mall gets but I've always been able to find a spot. read more

As someone who works in customer service, I like to give a shout out when I receive stellar service. My husband and I picked up a perscription tonight at this Rite Aid pharmacy. When it was ready for me the pharmacist, Daemon I believe was very kind and friendly, and emphatic. he went out of his way to tell me to always feel free to let them know if I had questions to never feel like I was bothering them. I didn't have any issues, but imagine for someone who is feeling vulnerable, might be in pain, or confused, anxious ect being treated with genuine kindness can make a huge difference It only takes one small interaction to change someone's experience. I had a very good experience at this Rite Aid pharmacy. I needed to get a prescription filled from out of town and stopped in. I didn't have any of my insurance cards and the gentleman who helped me excused the inconvenience and provided me outstanding customer service while he added the information I had. He was able to answer all my questions and set me up in their system for text notification when the script would be filled. He gave me an approximate time (needed additional time for insurance verification, etc.) and the text came within 20 minutes of his estimate. I give this store five stars primarily for the friendly service. Some pharmacies are severely lacking in this area and this store, this pharmacist impressed me. I will certainly be going back should I ever need a prescription filled again while in Bellevue on business. read more

The pharmacy at this Rite Aid seems to have unusually qualified and competent staff. They are generally very busy and work very hard to get you through the line. My only suggestion is the younger gal get some additional training, she is slow and never seems to know quite what is going on. Remodel looks nice! read more

They only get a one-star because you have to give them a star to do the review. I went to do a return on a product I purchased a little while back and thinking when you use your phone number they're tracking your purchases they are not. They do not use your phone number for purposes it was intended for. So on my return they were going to give me half price Jamie said because that store policy if you lose your receipt. And if you read their website that is not true you get the lowest price in the last 45 days. So he doesn't even know Rite Aid refund policies watch out. My husband was so upset he picked one up on the shelf and brought it up to him to show him the actual price which was $24.99 and when we went to leave my husband accidentally picked up off the counter thinking it was the one we brought in. As I was telling my husband I had the one in the bag that we had brought in Jamie the manager looked at him and said nice try. Like he was trying to steal it. I have never been so insulted in my life and they're the ones trying to steal your money trying to give me $12.49 back for something I paid $24.99. NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY. THEY COST ME LITERALLY $250 DOLLARS OVER THE PAST TWO MONTHS. How did they do this you ask? Well, three months ago we produced a prescription for my wife to them, which they said they would need to get prior approval from our insurance for. We said sure, we'll just pay for it this time, but please get it approved. I'm NOT counting this in the money they cost me, as I happily agreed to pay this time. A month later, we go there to get the same rx refilled, and they haven't gotten it approved. Great. We wait a week, at which time it STILL wasn't approved and we needed the medication so I reluctantly paid for it again, after they explained it would be any day now so next month I'd be fine. Well, a month later we go to get it refilled, and guess what? That's right, still no approval. I was pretty irritated, and said to please get it done this time. That was on a Tuesday. Friday, I called, and they said it still hadn't been approved, so, this time I called my Dr. Guess what? My Dr had never received a form. Not last month, not the one before, and not this time. I called and yelled at them, but of course by now my wife needed her medication again and I was forced to pay for it out of pocket, AGAIN, because of their total incompetence. Can you believe this? That was $150 that they cost, $75 per time they'd promised me they'd get it approved and didn't. Where does the other $100 come from, you ask? Get this. Two months ago, they charged me $60 for my prescription. I was pretty sure that my discount card should have brought that number down to around $10, so I asked if they'd applied it. Yes, they said. THey were very sure of it. I was really confused and assumed that the insurance company had upped the co-pay for my medication. The next month, a month ago, the same thing. $60. I asked again if they were very sure that they'd applied the discount card, and again, they were very sure. When I went in this month, what do you know, it was $10, like it should have been the whole time. This time they had actually done their job and applied my discount card. Really? Because of your total and complete ineptitude I'm out another $100. Wow. Seriously never use this pharmacy. I won't ever get my prescriptions filled here again. They're the WORST. TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS, and they can't do anything to help me recoup that money, we're just out. Great, guys, what an amazing business you have there. Ugh. read more
