Staff are busy but are kind and helpful when they can get to you. I've never waited more than 10 min in line.

Waited over a half an hour in the drive-through they never helped me push the button. They said they'd be right with me and never came.

To the owner: hire more employees or add a self check-out. Ridiculous how short handed they are and people waiting forever to get help

He is an exceptional doctor, but just as importantly, an incredibly kind, respectful and caring person with an incredible bedside manner. What I've always appreciated most is how conservative and thoughtful he is in his approach. He gives you his genuine, honest opinion about what you need--and what you don't need--even when that means less money in his pocket. That kind of integrity is rare, and after more than two decades, I trust his judgment completely. He also always goes the extra mile for his patients. You never feel rushed or like just another appointment. He listens, he cares, and he takes tremendous pride in his work. And he is seriously an artist. His eye, skill and attention to detail are extraordinary. His goal is always to make you look like the best version of yourself--natural, beautiful and never overdone. After 20+ years, I don't just think he is an outstanding doctor; I genuinely love him as a person. I feel incredibly lucky to call Dr. Zemplenyi my doctor and would recommend him without hesitation.

Not sure why I'm even writing a review for here since most of you won't ever be able to shop here…read moresince they require a professional license to be able to enter. Maybe I really like my supplier, maybe I just need to review more places to complete my Yelp 100 annual challenge. But on a more serious note, this is my go to place where they carry most of the brands I work with. The manager is extremely helpful and nice, it's quite rare to see anybody loyal in retail for this long to know the store inside and out and recognize their customers. Most stores are busiest on weekends, funny thing is that this store is busiest on weekdays when most hairstylists are off. They are open early enough to drop in before work if you need an emergency item the day off, but I recommend ordering online if you're going to do a huge inventory since you'll probably get hit the minimum for free shipping and more likely everything will be available ordering directly from the warehouse. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

This was pre-COVID, probably 10 months ago. Goldwell, always out of colors and always the same colors. You'd think they'd figured that out and fix that problem. Now let me start with staff. They're the rudest most unfriendly I've ever encountered with the exception of one. I now only go when I need to. I've opened wholesale accounts with most lines that would let me. Some won't allow it because Cosmoprof is their distributor.

Thank you for making it possible to feel better about myself. The actual treatments were explained well and the gentleness of the practitioners made me feel cared for. My pain threshold lowered as weight dropped off and I could feel the cold more during that time. However, I am happy with the results after the treatments, especially around the bra fat area and flanks. Kellie is a great aesthetician who is caring and patient. Absolutely do not come here for CoolSculpting…read more I paid approximately $3,000 for CoolSculpting here and have been deeply unhappy with both the results and my experience with the business. I felt strongly pressured into moving forward with the procedure, including being repeatedly contacted and pushed to put down a deposit and schedule treatment. Looking back, I feel the sales process was predatory, especially given the amount of money involved. The treatment itself did not produce the results I was expecting. In fact, over the years I began noticing that the areas treated, particularly my stomach, seemed increasingly resistant to weight loss and appeared more swollen even when I was losing weight elsewhere. I now suspect I may have developed paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH), a known potential complication of CoolSculpting, and I am going to see a doctor to have this evaluated. I want to be clear that I have not yet received a medical diagnosis, so I am not claiming that CoolSculpting definitively caused what I am experiencing. However, this is a serious enough concern that I now have to seek medical evaluation and potentially treatment years after the procedure. Because CoolSculpting is an elective cosmetic procedure, I also expect that the medical evaluation and any treatment related to a potential complication may have to come out of my own pocket rather than being covered by insurance. That means I could end up paying significantly more money to address a problem I believe may have resulted from a procedure I already paid thousands of dollars for. When I contacted the business about a refund, I was told that too much time had passed and that I had not returned for my three-month "follow-up." My understanding at the time was that this appointment was related to potential additional treatment, rather than being presented to me as a formal evaluation of whether I was satisfied with my original results. I was already unhappy with the results and did not want to feel pressured into spending even more money. I was also told that complications such as PAH were extremely rare. I now know that it is a recognized complication of CoolSculpting, which has made me question how the risks were communicated to me before I agreed to the procedure. I regret spending approximately $3,000 on this treatment, especially given the possibility that I may now have additional medical expenses to determine what is happening and how to address it. I am sharing my experience because I would want to know this before spending thousands of dollars on an elective procedure. Do your research, understand the potential risks, and make sure you fully understand what follow-up appointments actually involve before committing to treatment.

I went to the Nordstrom Fashion Show at Bellevue Square this morning--September 19 at 7:30…read morea.m.--and honestly, it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we entered through the west entrance on the second floor, everything felt organized and welcoming. The event logistics were perfect: our tickets were scanned, we received fragrance samples while waiting outside, and the staff and associates were genuinely lovely. Once inside, we received beauty bags filled with goodies, and they truly took care of us--food, water, coffee, mimosas... everything. The fashion and beauty show itself was seamless. Some brands presented clothing, while others featured skincare and fragrance. The DJ was fantastic, and the entire event flowed so smoothly. Nordy Club members also received extra gifts based on their membership level. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived, those had already sold out. Sometimes life is a bish, you know? After the show, we were able to go downstairs and shop before the store officially opened, which was such a nice touch. I walked around, picked up fragrance and beauty samples--OMG, I love those!--and, of course, ended up at my favorite place: the YSL counter. I also have to give some extra love to Beauty counter manager and staff, Dior counter staff, and Michael from Nordstrom and Saul, Sean, and Needah from YSL. I'm probably spelling Needah's name wrong, so please forgive me! Needah also gave me a makeup session, and I was so impressed with the result. Hey, this Dramamama deserved it. TBH, they are all truly wonderful. It's one thing to receive great service, but it's another to be greeted with such warmth that you genuinely feel happy to see people again. They make you feel welcome, remembered, and cared for, and that kind of kindness stays with you. They are a big part of why I enjoy coming back. There was a sale, and our beauty bags also included a $25 Nordstrom gift card. There was even a $100 offer toward a first treatment at SkinSpirit, along with a few other goodies I'm probably forgetting. Please see the pictures. The larger bag they gave us is absolutely stunning, BTW. The whole experience lasted about two hours, but it went by so quickly that it honestly didn't feel like two hours at all. Did I win a raffle prize? No. Am I slightly wounded by this? Yes. I suppose I'll recover. I just need to find the clinic that accepts drama queens like me ONLY. But truly, it was such a pleasant, well-organized, almost heavenly morning. Nordstrom, can we please have one of these every week? Pretty please? Hmm? No?
