I use Clark's Compounding Pharmacy for all my compounding requirements. I have my naturopathic physician send requests for any new prescriptions. I can call or text for all my refill prescription needs. I receive a text from Clark's when my prescriptions are ready for pick up. The pharmacists listen to any concerns you may have on a new medication, and can offer a suggestion on how to communicate symptoms to share with your physician when a prescription might be too strong, and may need to be reduced in lower dose. Clark's has ordered some supplements for me in multiples, for a yearly supply, when I was unable to find them available online. All the individuals working at the Redmond location are professional, intelligent, super nice, and actively communicate with you, on any guidance or questions that may come up. I have never had a pharmacy so attentive, vigilance, and accommodating! I love that a real person (often Tina) texts and responds very promptly. They kept on top of it, texting me first, before I noticed I was low and faxed my doctor multiple times when they didn't get a response. I've never needed a compounding pharmacy, but I have for about 8 months. They even offered to mail my prescription when I had trouble getting here. They have gone above and beyond everything I have experienced from any other pharmacy. They are about 40 minutes from me, but I gladly drive here for their exceptional service. Clark's Pharmacy has changed ownership. I have not purchased with the new owners. This review is for the old business. Mark, the old pharmacist was very concerned about quality and was pretty knowledgeable. I wasn't using things like some of the more 'alternative' medicines; I just needed a standard medicine compounded to a slow release formula. Their prices were very competitive for what I needed; I comparison shopped at other compounding pharmacies, and no one had better prices; some were quite a bit higher. read more

This pharmacy has been very helpful with my compound medication. I love the fact that they deliver, and have always been reliable and timely. Tina can be a bit "gruff" to downright rude at times, but Mark goes beyond the call of duty to research issues for me. Clark's pharmacy was wonderful from start to finish. I called four different compounding pharmacy's In the area and chose Clark's. Pricing is reasonable and they have a sister store (Kusler's, in Snohomish) that they can fill emergency weekend Rx's through (because they are closed on the weekend). Additionally, they were the only one that could have the medication done same day. Everywhere else had a 2-3 wait. They flavored my cats medication (and had two options), worked with my vet and even concentrated it more so I had to administer the least amount possible. Customer service was excellent as they answered my initial email promptly and answered all of my questions thoroughly (as it was my first time using a compound pharmacy). If you need anything compounded for yourself, your pet or family, I highly recommend them. read more

I've always had a hard time finding a good, affordable compounding pharmacy & Clark's has been my jewel the last couple years. I take natural, compounded thyroid that works perfectly and consistanly. Clark's works well with my Kaiser insurance on the prescription, though I have to pay out of pocket. Clarks gives me a 3-month supply at a very fair price & mails it to me. I couldn't be happier with them. Online refill requests would be awesome though, at least they have email refill requests now. read more

I have used this pharmacy for 3 years now . It use to be my lifeline when it come to my daily thyroid medication. Use to be great place . Management has changed and it's no longer same service or I am no longer even trusting their compounds. New faces there that do not care for customers. ---------------- Update to Clark's pharmacy it's nice of you to twist situation and reply with false information . Your solution was my calling and begging you to find some sort of way to refill previously filled medication . As big favor you have proposed singal capsule for 36 $ that you were stating was right there , but I will need to pay compounding fee . It has been 48 hours and medication that was fw to you by my doctor office has not been filled same thing I did for past 3 something years . I am thyroid patient and this medication is my lifeline . Also it appears you are very comfortable in lies you stated that single capsule was per doctors refill interestingly enough dr. office faxed to non compound pharmacy 30 days supply 20 mins later , even though it's a temporary solution since my dose was increased . Your service refusal made me now to research compounding pharmacy and dr office is nothing but helpful and somewhat concern that I am undermedicated due to my being customer of clark's . read more

The Pharmacist Mark Clark is a great guy, knowledgable and friendly and really knows his stuff. We were given a prescription by our doctor that could only be filled by a compound pharmacy so we went to Clarks. They gave us such a hard time because our medication need to be mixed. Tina the pharm. tech told us it makes everything sticky and they would not make it until the end of the day. If we came in too early to pick it up she yelled at us and once we came in 1 hr after she made it and she said, "where have you been i made this an hour ago". She has NO customer service skills, and i told her that i was so sorry that my TWO year old's illness and medication was such a pain for her. My husband got what our 2 yr old had and we had to use them for his prescription and the doctor called the pharmacy and told them to give us a choice between the powder and the mixture. When we came in they already had the powder ready for us because they did not want to mix it because it's so messy! They kept saying, "well it's cheaper this way" and we said that we didn't care we wanted it mixed. My doctor said never to go back there and she will tell people not to use them. Do not use them if you need something mixed, and if you do don't let Tina give you any crap! read more

If I could this give pharmacy no stars I would!!! Tina is the most rude person I have every talked to!! I dread calling or going there at all times!!!! Whenever you speak with her, she complains about having to answer the phone, complaints about having to do anything to do with HER JOB!!! I have seen so many bad reviews for this place, I can't understand why its still in business. Every time you call and have to talk to Tina, she is short and snappy and angry on the phone, seem very stressed all the time....find another place if you can, I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more
