First off, this is a shout out to their employee, Rodney, for showing me where the peanut butter and jelly are, after having escorted me from one side of the store to the other! I meant for him to tell me what aisle it's on. Nevertheless, it's above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Rodney! Second on, I like their pharmacy which usually is pretty fast. Although today it was fairly slow. But I especially like their head pharmacist, Arnaud Chevalier. Their prices are usually better than QFC, though not with TV dinners. I also notice an unfortunate trend nowadays, items that were always sold in-store before, are often only sold online now, example, Tronolane. Unfortunately their competition is the same way. This is my first time using Walmart pharmacy, and I was very pleased and satisfy what the service it took no time for me to pick up my medicine for me and my son lined pretty long, but they had everybody move in very quickly the manager, Dan jumped in and helped out. Excellent and exceptional pharmacists , especially Arnaud. Im so glad my medication was unavailable at Rite Aid at Gilman and I was forced to find an alternate place. I've been going to RiteAid on Gilman where the pharmacists are either not paid or probably have signed a contract where they cannot quit their job , or hate their jobs , I don't know the deal . All I know is their attitude towards customers both over phone and in person is so bad. I hate when I have to pick my prescription from there just because it is close to my home. Here at Walmart, Armand went over and beyond to understand my situation as a patient, helped me with getting my medication. Empathy is what everyone needs. What an amazing pharmacy! My prescriptions are always accurate, on time and the staff is friendly and professional. The pharmacist Dan K is amazing... He cares deeply for each of his customers. I had a prescription screw up. The doc wrote the prescription for asthma when it was for my tummy. This messed up my insurance and made it necessary for an exception. To top it off, I was traveling on vacation. He worked diligently to get the prescription corrected. I got yelled at by the doctor's office staff because they were working on it., but,, never fixed the issue. No they weren't working on it. DAN K to the rescue. We found it was impossible to update the insurance without the doctor at Valley Medical Newcastle's help. Dan checked out GoodRX, found a pharmacy close to my vacation location and saved the day. Instead of paying lots i paid my regular insurance rate.. Old time customer service and a smile, mixed with brilliant medical knowledge that sums up Dan K. He is the best. Shop hete for all your needs and the store is clean and well stocked. Best Characteristics: Medical Expertise, Professional, kind, caring, empathetic and Dan K knows the systems He demonstrates leadership. I recently had a prescription filled at this Walmart Pharmacy and have to say the team in this pharmacy department is phenomenal! Being sick on a Friday night, I wanted to make sure the prescription was ready so I could just walk in and out quickly. Normally they send you a text to let you know it is ready, however I never received it so I called. Come to find out the doctor's office never called in the prescription. Since it was after hours for the doctor's office, I called the after hours physician line and found out that the pharmacy needed to call. Edmond, the pharmacist called and found out the doctor wanted to see me again before sending in the prescription. This was odd since I talked to the nurse at 2:40 PM and she said it would be called in so I could pick it up after work. Plus it was Friday night and the doctor's office was closed for the weekend. Edmond let the night doctor know the issue but didn't get anywhere. At 9:30 the next morning I received a text letting me know the prescription was ready for pick up. I talked with Edmond and he the prescription arrived before his arrival in the morning. He kind of chuckled and said he suggested the night doctor contact someone so that I could get my medications. Great service, going the extra mile. Why not five stars? The pharmacy is in a Walmart that is not a very nice store. If you enter and head straight to the pharmacy, you'll be taking care of very well. Just ignore the rest of the place. read more

Fantastic pharmacist. I can say the pharmacist at this location is possibly one of the best pharmacists I have talked to- reminds me of a time when pharmacists actually dispensed medication and advised about interactions. It's so surprising and unexpected that I had to write a review. I used another retailers drive through pharmacy for many years but not once did anyone behave like anything other than a cashier. I will be getting all my medication from Walmart Bellevue from now on simply because of this pharmacist. I hope Walmart realizes what a great employee they have read more

I am glad I switched to this pharmacy! Pharmacy tech Steve is always helpful; whether it's processing my prescriptions or answering any questions I have. He is very patient, professional, and friendly. My prescriptions are always filled very quickly which is convenient. The pharmacist manager Arnaud is also very nice too and makes sure to keep me informed of any side effects.
