Yeah I'm sure as on one given morning I ended up here as you know most of the time you have time to spare before you leave the airport for the air! Like we just wanted breakfast before having to be stuck in the air for multiple hours on the trip home so it was wonder around and find something that we could be into then we happened on to this spot and I must say it was the better choice! Of the breakfast items I went with the chorizo quesadilla as that just sounded delicious and I must say it was very good flavorful full off eggs potato cheese and some salsa all grilled up to make it just perfect for what you so know I wanted! The quesadilla was awesome the time we spent here wasn't very long and for an airport the price wasn't too crazy so all in all this was a good choice! Excellent food. I got the salad with carne asada, guacamole , pico degallo and medium salsa. It was yum. Meat was tender snd surprisingly not over cooked. Absolutely hit the spot for lunch with a delicious Qdoba burrito in the Seattle - Tacoma airport! I unfortunately did not get a picture because I was extremely excited to eat this burrito. It was epic and I loved every moment of eating it! The ingredients were fresh and flavorful (which is hard to find with fast casual eateries in this style!). The service was friendly and efficient. The food station and the seating area were very clean and there was an employee who was actively cleaning down tables once the customers had left - I was impressed! A very nice and upbeat ambiance. Well my usual haunt (evergreens) was closed at 815pm so I stopped in here to. I tinier my search for healthy AND delicious airport options. This is a wonderful option if you're looking for something familiar and comforting that doesn't have to break the calorie bank. I want to save all my indulgence for my vacation at like actually delicious places not at the food court of the airport... Ok so maybe this isn't like abuela's Christmas tamales and homemade pozole.... But the veggies are pretty fresh and if you choose correctly you come out with a pretty good salad. I was satisfied. And it was $13 bucks for salad with double chicken and all my toppings including guac. That's literally cheaper than my Starbucks order. I was unimpressed with the chicken (I wish there was more flavor) but the sauces and toppings were a hit. I'm not sure if there's an extra charge for guacamole, I didn't look at the signage, but I was mildly surprised that my overall receipt was as low as it was. Either they didn't charge for the guac or they don't charge an arm and a leg prices despite being at the airport. If I was hungry, I'd come here again. My flight was delayed in the morning and I had just gotten off of work so I needed a place to eat to keep me awake. I passed by a few places and this one seemed the most appetizing to me. The line like at any airport restaurant was kind of ridiculous but I was hoping that was an indicator of how good their food was. The menu is simple to understand like any other assemble your own food restaurants. It's pretty much an alternative to chipotle. I wanted to try their steak but that was already out at 0800am so I had their adobado bowl. The service was ok at best. Felt like all of them had a "I don't want to be here" attitude especially the cashier. They didn't have any hot sauces so that was super disappointing. I went to qdoba for the first time, the one near sharetea in southcenter. I came in with the intention of getting my food and going home. The worker that was making my order was so rude for absolutely no reason from the moment we walked in the restaurant & when i asked for one more thing in my bowl that i forgot she threw my food down on the table saying verbatim "I'm taking my 10" with so much hate i was taken aback because i really came in with no bad intentions, Honestly the customer service was horrible and i would never go back. This was my first time going to Qdoba and it was awesome! This location is within the Seattle airport. There is a good amount of seating and it is spread out in different areas, good for individual travelers or larger groups. I went around peak lunch time, 12:30, so it was pretty busy. The employees were very friendly and put together our bowls very fast. We ordered to pick up via the website and it was very easy! My friend and I both did a build your own bowl - I got both rice options, the Cholula chicken, beans, pico de gallo, salsa verde, guacamole, onions, peppers, sour cream, lettuce, tortilla strips, and cilantro. The chicken and all the toppings were tasty. *PRO TIP* - when you order on the website, you can add extra of all of the toppings (except guac), so I got extra of everything. My bowl was packed! When they handed me my bowl, they warned me that it was very heavy. So it is a very good deal, especially when you add the extra toppings! They also had chips and queso, which I will try next time. Overall, I definitely recommend the Qdoba in the Seattle airport. The employees are nice and really pack your bowls, very good deal! If I am ever in the Seattle airport, I will be back. read more

Good spot for a quick meal while traveling on a late night flight. It's one of the only places really open for actual food (besides McDonald's) late at night so we were happy. We got a build your own veggie bowl and built a burrito, with a side of chips and guacamole. All the food was yummy and we enjoyed it. Qdoba has become my choice of eatery at airports. I usually order a naked grilled vegetable burrito bowl and at times request tortilla on the side. This bowl has choice of rice (I prefer white rice this this), black beans, grilled vegetable (peppers, onions), guacamole, sour cream, corn, lettuce, pico and cheese. It is so satisfying to have a bite of this concoction at the airports. Sometimes I add plant based protein also. However I have noticed that Qdoba has been running out of this more often now, which could be great news. Either more people are becoming plant based or Qdoba is not keeping ample amount in stock. Either way, this is one of the few eateries (especially in airports) that has plant based flavorful food at reasonable price. About as good as it gets for airport cuisine. I think I prefer Qdoba to Chipotle for a couple reasons: 1. They have nachos on their menu. Yes you can get nachos in a weird a la carte way from Chipotle, but it's annoying and expensive. 2. Seemingly less expensive. 3. If you see it, you can add it (no extra charge for guacamole or queso.) I had the chicken nachos this time and was throughly satisfied. Their queso is delicious and just a tad spicy. They offer an even spicier alternative. Good homemade chips. The chicken had a nice char flavour, juiciness and consistency. They are very well staffed, are in an awesome location, maintain a clean restaurant, and get you in and out very quickly. Staff seem grateful and happy to work their. Well, this is my #1 pit stop when I clear TSA at SeaTac airport prior to boarding my Alaska Airlines flight. Qdoba Mexican takes fast food to a all new level of fast food with quality. Fresh, Cheap & Fast are only of few of the reasons I eat here but that my main criteria for pre-flight airport dining. 3 tacos with fresh grilled chicken (actually grilled in front of you) plus fresh pico for my chips is was i get. Occasionally I live large and get the steak tacos but mostly it's the bird I crave for the mornings. In the afternoons I will shift to the naked burrito bowl with chicken.Should I order the Burrito I need to be starving . Why you ask well it's a mondo man massive like the size of my biceps so it's a total meal and then some. Whether grabbing breakfast, lunch or dinner you find something for you. Even the vegans can complain due to vegan items available. At least give this place the look over not once but twice before you decide. Follow Franks advice and eat here. read more

Hubby gets the burrito. I get the bowl. I had beef last one but the clAdibo chicken thus time. S9 very good! Tender and juicy marinated deliciousness!. All the fixings you choose. I would normally not care for Qdoba...but when I'm trying to maintain some semblance of a keto diet (which I myself admit I'm not doing a great job of maintaining) while being surrounded by fish and chips, mac and cheese, and fast food burgers, you do what you gotta do to maintain the diet. I remembered Qdoba had a smaller storefront that is currently blocked off by the ongoing construction in the main concourse here. Now, it's a huge restaurant that's by and large the same as you would find at a standalone Qdoba store. Line was long, I guess it's super popular. Food was good here. I usually frequent Chipotle instead of Qdoba, but the idea is the same. Just give me my salad bowl with steak and chicken, throw some guacamole on, and we're good to go. I liked the disposable bowls they came in, made it really easy to start going to town while waiting at the gate for my delayed boarding process. Given the lack of dependable keto options around SeaTac, I'll probably come back here again. read more

I will go out of my way to visit any restaurant that offers products like the Beyond or Impossible options. When passing by the Qdoba in the SeaTac International Airport, I saw a large poster offering the Impossible Burrito, and detoured immediately, as I couldn't find anything to quench my Vegan. The line was quite long, however, they kept it moving pretty fast. The only negative I have is that with the exception of one boy on their line, everyone was unfriendly, and couldn't care less if you were there or not. They don't greet you, they don't smile at you, most importantly, they don't thank you. They are totally robotic in every action they perform, and make you feel so much less that comfortable. I suppose it's the constant bombardment of guests, and the never ending line - but when you treat guests poorly long enough, that line with diminish. My Impossible Burrito was exceptional, and I would likely return for the food, but not for the service - I'll be prepared for lousy service next trip. read more

Veggie Nachos $8.15: Out of the airport options available and my mood that day, nachos sounded good. I just wanted basic nachos without a lot of other toppings. The markup in price is expected, given it's the airport. I do wish there was a slightly cheaper option for getting fewer toppings, or a kids meal version. I just got spicy queso, pico de gallo, sour cream, and shredded cheese. The spicy queso did indeed have a bit of a kick to it, more noticeable the more I ate. Tortilla Soup $3.45: The soup was hot and managed to stay hot as I was eating it, which is great since I hate lukewarm soup. However, I feel like I've become accustomed to tortilla soup that's more like a thin broth texture, and this one was a little thicker. Overall, not terrible, but didn't have the taste I was expecting. We stopped here for burritos and I tried the new Impossible Fajita burrito (Spanish rice, fajita veggies, Impossible stuff, black beans, pico de gallo, added guacamole). The burrito was pretty great and a flavor explosion in my mouth. The salsa was great for a chain restaurant too...I had the medium and the hot. If I could give 10 stars I would! The staff was absolutely amazing when forced to deal with a horrific customer who was refusing to wear a mask. They were poised and professional and clearly care about the safety and well-being of themselves and others. The food was excellent too!
