I love Q-Nails!!! I've been looking for a nail salon for a long time that offers great service at manageable prices. Their place is bright, spacious, and very well maintained, which is a huge plus. You can really tell they take care of their salon and their clients. The service is wonderful, and whatever nail design you ask for, they will absolutely "nail" it I highly recommend calling ahead for an appointment. I'll definitely be coming here regularly. Thank you, Hannah and Tin (hope I spelled your names correctly!)

Called super last minute to see if they could squeeze me in and they did! I walked in only knowing that I wanted to do a full set. I talked to Hannah and she said oh let's try ombré and I was like okay. I then said it's be cute to add chrome. She added it and I'm super excited with the outcome. Definitely what I was in visioning but had no idea at the time. Thank you!

This is my favorite place for a pedicure. The women are attentive and detail oriented. The atmosphere relaxed and positive. I always leave with beautiful feet! I had one manicure and enjoyed looking at my nails everyday. Highly recommend. read more

The price was very reasonable and I decided to get both natural nail services pedicure and manicure. This also very relaxing , good music and friendly people. This is my first time to have longer nails but I really like it. The service was really good. They listened to what I like and suggested what would look nice and reached a compromise. I like that she listened and kept the conversation light and casual which I appreciate so much. I had the deluxe option for my pedicure. I figured I will shell out the money to pamper my feet after camping. The pedicure was cute. I always had an issue trying to explain that I want the tips not to thick but Hanna did it the way I like it with very little explanation. As for the leg massage, etc. I didn't know I needed that.. thank you. I like the calm, friendly atmosphere and the quality service. I highly recommend this place and I'll be coming back. read more

I have been coming here on and off for a few years now. They are always nice and hard working. Few salons will take time to make sure your pedicure is on point. So I still feel undecided on this place. Let's do bad then good. Cons: They managed to hurt one of my toes and one of my little girl's toes when we got the pedicure. They had massage chairs but didn't offer me the control for it or turn it on for me. The mini lamp to dry the nail polish burned my foot and possibly my daughter's, as well. They're super expensive and I got out so late that it caused me to be late to work. Pros: They were done quickly with my child The woman painted flowers and butterflies on my child's toenails and fingernails, respectively They had this jelly type stuff that felt pretty amazing The woman who painted my kiddo's nails had a daughter who kept my sweetie company while the man finished my fingernails. The people that work there seem pretty nice. I'm just not sure if I'll be back again or not. I might try out another new place. My mom seems to like it here though, which is why I tried it out. read more

The good: Quick availability and reasonably priced for services. The bad: Really pushy upsell on services I did not need. Treated kind of roughly while getting my nails done. No massage after nails done. Also didn't get the usual basic foot scrub that is part of basic service. The place could use an update too. I know there was an attempt to try to be nice but the service was a little sloppy and the overall vibe was not calming or soothing. Sorry but won't be coming back for those reasons. read more

I walked in Monday afternoon with no appt and was greeted right away. I asked if they had time for a pedicure and they said yes but needed to wait 20 mins. I asked if I could soak while I waited and they quickly accommodated. Judy was my nail tech and she was very nice, more importantly she did a great job on my nails. She had a French pedi and it inspired me to do the same. They look awesome! Also want to note I'm very picky about my nails so I'm really glad to have found someone reliable in my area. finding a nail tech isn't easy -- especially in an area where there's so many options. you try a…read morefew, but it's kinda like cinderella... you're just waiting for the right fit. after doing some scrolling and reading reviews, I decided to give Beau Den Spa a shot. the photos looked great and the feedback seemed solid, so I finally worked up the courage to call. kimmy answered and was so sweet -- she asked what i needed and booked me for 10:15 AM the next day. when i arrived, i was greeted right away by a gentleman at the front, and one of the women immediately recognized it was me (happened to be kimmy), which felt really welcoming. although my appointment was at 10:15, i wasn't seated until around 10:30/10:45, but honestly, i didn't mind. they offer refreshments (tea, coffee, water), which was a nice touch. my nail tech was vi (i hope i'm spelling that right!). i came in with a full set from another shop, and i really appreciated that they don't let your nails sit in acetone forever. she removed my old set carefully and started prepping me for gel-x. i went with a stiletto/almond shape, which is totally new for me, so i was nervous but excited. long story short: i LOVE my nails. vi told me my fingers were made for the length and shape (maybe she was hyping me up, but i'll take it ). she also did my pedicure, and the experience was just as good. the bowl had lemons, lemon leaves, and i think even roses? the water temperature was perfect. it felt luxurious and relaxing. i spent about $200 (including a $20 tip). yes, it's pricey -- but in today's economy, that's not uncommon and it's pretty fairly priced compared to the other shops in the area. if you care about quality and the overall experience, i'd say it's worth it. and having Starbucks nearby doesn't hurt either. definitely coming back.

I totally agree with the other review that wants to give them zero stars! I absolutely hate this place. I went in with a friend (she got a mani pedi and I got a mani). When my friend told the lady she was doing her mani wrong, the lady kept going (ignoring my friend completely). After three nails had been done, my friend protested and said that these are completely wrong. My friend had asked for shellack with the extended tips and the lady just did shellack and painted the tips on her own nails (my friend gets her nails done a lot and no one has ever messed up what she wanted). When my friend said that they were doing it wrong the lady just said that they would do her nails right the next time. My friend protested and we were about to walk out but they lady re-did it (horribly!). And then the lady proceeded to do my nails horribly after that. Our nails were done so horribly that we ended up going somewhere else after just to have them redone. What a horrible place. When the lady finished my nails, I took a seat next to my friend while her nails were being done. There are six stations there and the lady picked the one where I was sitting next to my friend and made me get up. So rude! Another thing I noticed was the wait time! It took over an hour for one lady to get her simple manicure done! Just awful! Also, they have photoshopped copies of their certificates. I doubt that any of them are certified. I really hope someone sees this review and goes and investigates them. read more

I had such an amazing experience at this spot! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was truly outstanding. You can tell they genuinely care about every person who walks through the door. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and just overall such a nice place to spend time. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the owner. They are incredibly sweet, funny, and so personable. You don't come across that kind of genuine energy often, and it made everything feel so much more special. It honestly felt like being welcomed into someone's home rather than just visiting a business. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. Visiting my family in Pleasant Hill and just got my nails done today at Q Nails and lets just say, my nails turned out fantastic. With all the bad reviews on Yelp, I just wanted to give them a try (because I was closed by) and it was a very pleasant experience. Loaan is the new owner (just less than a month) she's very nice and she gave me a great make over of my nails :-)....Thanks to Loaan. Good luck Loaan and hope your business will grow!!! I get nervous about going to nail salons. I've only been to one as a pre-teen, but I chose to try Q-Nails now as an adult to start taking care of my nails. I decided I needed to change nails salons, I got a recommendation for Q Nails. Could not be happier! Love all the ladies! Now it's been over a year I've been coming here. Haven't been disappointed. New colors and techniques brought in often to stay current. Hanna will even call me if she is running a bit behind so I'm not waiting long. Brought mom in for a pedi and mani, she was spoiled. I don't know why my review wad filter. Its funny that both the 5star reviews were the ONLY one filtered ones. Anyway I just had a second visit to QNails to get a pedicure. I got the sea salt and hot rocks. It was wonderful and very relaxing. I got a simple fill with polish and everything came out great. I will be visiting again! read more

Hannah gave me such a wonderful experience. She was so friendly and welcoming, and did a wonderful job on my nails. The environment was comfortable and inviting. Courtney. This is my go to nails place. I been to several place in Walnut Creek, Concord, Antioch and this is my favorite. The massage chair are so comfortable that I want to keep the massage going even after the pedicure end. I like the exfoliating scrub on my legs and feet, so relaxing! The overall atmosphere of this shop is extremely relaxing. My girlfriend brought me here for my very first mani-pedi, and the staff were so gentle and kind with me and chatted with us happily throughout the entire experience. Hannah is always welcoming and greats you with a warm smile. She gives the best deluxe pedicures and makes you feel relaxed. Hannah did wonderful on my nails. She also stayed open past closing time to get me and my friends toes done as well as our eyebrows.
