The service was okay. They were friendly and the guy who did mine was okay. The quality was not there, they used the same things for feet for hands. Sanitation isn't there with Jim, the guy who did my mani pedi. It has potential if there was a little bit more cleanliness to better the experience. Also better nail techs. read more

Good attitude and very welcoming. But when it came to the pedicures I wasn't very satisfied. They did not clean under my nails and only scrubbed one foot and not even good at that. Expensive for what. read more

I have been 3 times now and have to say as far as quality and service they are up there as one of the best. They are large with a lot of employees. They give you a heavy restaurant menu with all these great fun pedicure options. 25.00 is basic pedi and 35.00 is with massage and that cheese grater thing. There is also a lot of pampering ones that I want to try. My Pedi paint has lasted and not chipped I have received 3 pedis 2 of them have been the best I have ever had 1 was mediocre but not bad. Just not to caliber of first two. What I like good massage chair with plastic liners in pedicure tub, so I don't feel like I got cooties from others. If Jessie is available grab her she is the absolute best and friendliest. This time I got the mani dip nails and the gentleman that did it was very friendly and listen to all of my requests. Day three they are holding up well. Also what I like is my friend has an issue with one of her nails and it was NO hassle to fix it. This does not happen at a lot of nail places. You usually get a smirk or a hassle. read more

Q Nails Lounge - Nail Salons Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Q Nails Lounge knows how to give a quality mani/pedi. I visited with my sister and we were both impressed with the quality of mani/pedi as well as the staff's ability to tend to customer needs and requests. The only reason I did not give my experience a 5-star rating was the duration of my sister's manicure. My gel manicure and pedicure were clean and turned out beautifully. I bumped my nail on the sides of the gel machine a couple of times and my manicurist kindly cleaned up the effected nails. 1.5 weeks later my gel manicure is holding up great and the nail polish on my toes is intact. The salon provides beverages ranging from water to wine and has a relaxing atmosphere. You are not required to make a reservation at this salon and there is no expectation on how long your service can last, which means you can get in comfortably and enjoy your time at the salon without worrying about being rushed out. My mani/pedi was complete in just over an hour while my sister's took a total of almost 2.5 hours. It's important to consider that I came in with clean and unpainted nails, and asked for a simple/single-color mani/pedi while my sister required removal of old toe nail polish and the Gel-X tips she had on her fingernails, as well as curation of a special gel design on her fingernails. We thought she had been forgotten after her pedicure was complete and needed to ask the staff if they wouldn't mind helping with removal of the Gel-X tips on her nails so we could move along with the manicure service. The staff kindly and swiftly moved to assist with this. Despite the extended length of our visit to the nail salon I absolutely will be coming back. My sister and I went in with low expectations, given the 3.5-star rating I saw on Yelp, and left HIGHLY satisfied with the service. Thank you, Q Nails Lounge! read more

Why am I just now finding Q Nails Lounge?! Why?! I used to live less than five minutes from this nail salon and I had never even noticed it, but I passed it just about every day. It's not the design or aesthetics that makes me love this place because they have room for improvement in those departments, it's actually the work they do and really that's all I care about when I go to a nail salon. I want to be comfortable during my trip, but the end result is the most important. I walked in on a Tuesday or Wednesday shortly after they had opened and was seen immediately. There was only one other customer when I arrived, but within the two hours I spent there the place filled up (two hours because I chose a very extensive pedi). I selected their coconut pedicure with a polish and a manicure. Both turned out perfect. Like I said the coconut pedicure was extensive, they got all the dead skin off and then massaged so many different things into my feet and legs... I'm pretty sure one of the things was yogurt. While there they offered complimentary drinks, but I just opted for a water since I still had some things to do after. My technician Ti was pleasant and worked quickly. Going forward I think I might just make my appointments with her. Everything about my trip here was very relaxing and I went home with exactly what I wanted. Oh and my feet still feel baby soft! I'll definitely be going back soon. read more

I think I must've waited over half an hour for them to start me because all the nail techs were busy when I arrived. Thankfully there wasn't anyone ahead of me or it would've been even longer. They were nice enough to let me sit at the pedicure chair with my feet soaking as I waited, but I suspect that was to make sure I didn't leave ;) I like that they use disposable liners in their foot bowls and the massage I received with the pedicure was great! He found a knot on my calf muscle and worked on it a bit which was nice. I wore a dress though and wish they would've given me a towel to drape over my knees like some other salons do. I kept having to tuck my long dress between my legs and under my thighs so it wouldn't fall in the water and that was a bit awkward. There was also no place to hang my purse when I got to the manicure table. Small little thing that's not a big deal but that would've been nice. They were fast and did a great job on my nails though. Fair prices too. Cleanliness just ok, could've been a bit better. I will definitely give them another try, but maybe during the week next time so I hopefully won't have to wait as long. read more

Luckily I've never had to wait, although I've always made an appointment. I've been here three times because it's right around the corner from me and basically just convenient. The staff is not overly friendly but not rude at all. They seem to always have a lot of staff so that nobody has to wait too long. There is an incredible selection of polish and gels! Like a crazy huge selection. The prices seem a bit high to me but there is a menu with several selections. Oh, and they do serve alcohol so that makes it a little bit better. There are blended drinks on the menu although I've never seen anyone with them in hand nor have I asked for one. The mani/pedi's are decent. I do like that they take out the instruments from an autoclave so everything is sterilized. The place seems to be very clean as well so that's a bonus. read more

The staff were decent. This was my first visit. I did find it odd that they guy did not offer me a beverage but did with the woman he went to assist after me. I got the basic pedicure since I didn't have much time as a family member was scheduled for surgery. He did the bare minimum for a pedicure. The polish and cuticle trim was fine. However, he did not take care of the dry skin on the feet or the callouses. My feet don't feel any better than when I walked in there tho the polish looks fresher. I was very hopeful as this place is super close to my new home in EP. read more

Quality was great. Kenny the owner did my nails I got a gel manicure. I paid $30. I was really happy with the color selections that they had. I chose 316 from the OPI gel line. The reason why I gave them 4 stars was the wait was crazy. They only had 5 nail techs working and they kept telling everyone that walked in 5-10 min when it was much longer. My friend got a pedicure and she was down way before I even got started. They inly take visa and MasterCard. You can tip on the card. This was my second visit here to get pedi's with a girlfriend. I really enjoyed our visit both times. The salon has a aesthetically pleasing modern decor and plenty of stations to accommodate many clients. There is a good selection of polishes to choose from and the menu of services is extensive with pedicures ranging from $25-$90. We opted for the $35 one both times which included a scrub massage, yogurt moisturizer, and hot towels. Jessie, my nail technician, was very friendly and a good conversationalist. She gave an excellent massage and took her time with the scrub treatment. I also appreciate that they use a plastic liner in the tubs for hygienic purposes. Because this salon is so conveniently located to me and has honored appointment times the last two visits, I'll likely become a regular here. read more

Not what I was expecting. The decor has completely changed from what the pictures on here show. Also, was just ok cleanliness wise. I only got a pedicure, and it was good. They were careful and gentle and took their time, however they don't have any driers for regular polish, which I have found unusually popular among salon in El Paso. East coast girl here and my nail salon back home had the pedicure driers... Anyway there wasn't anything super special about this place to make me want to go back. read more

I wanted to like this place since it is so close to my house. I have been going off and on for several years and it's really hit or miss. This week was one miss too many. I went in for a pedicure without an appointment on Wednesday. The lady helping me must have been new and did not let the wax cool off enough before putting my feet in. The owner saw I wanted it off and stepped in. The owner finished my pedicure but was on the phone the entire time taking care of a personal matter. The nail polish was smudged and chipped by the next day. While there I asked her if I could come back for a gel manicure the next day at 11. She assured me I would have a spot as it was during my lunch break. I went back the next day (Thursday) hoping to be in and out. I even asked my neighbor to watch my kids. I waited 35 minutes and eventually left. The whole time not even acknowledged by her. I will not be returning and wish any body going here good luck! read more

Just look for yourself... this is what we wanted n this is what we got, we were so turned off from this we ended the night early... we were gonna get the works! This ended up costing us $45... for what!? We could of got a years supply of some paste on nails from Walmart! They didn't even offer my wife a glass of wine or water n we were prepared to ball out... not at this place like ever! This place sucks, but you can be the judge of that... read more

First time customer, I am writing this review as I'm getting my pedi done. I spent almost three hours in this place just to get a Mani and pedi. I had three different employees working on my feet. I wish they would have told me that it was going to take this long. Very poor organization and not enough employees. I would not come back neither I recommend this place. read more

This is a fairly new nail salon on the west side and I'm thrilled that it's so close to my house! I came in because I was in desperate need of a mani and my go to salon would have been closed in the time it too me to drive there so I tried this one. I was really happy with the service. The salon is very chic with super modern decor and furniture. They have a ton of gel polish to choose from. It's pretty relaxing, soft jazz music is constantly playing and they offer a complimentary drink water, soda or wine ;) (they had me at wine). I returned for a pedi and it seems I'm officially sold o have a new nail salon. read more

I'm giving this salon three stars for the quality of their supplies, not their service. I've been to this salon twice. The service here is great. The staff is friendly and fast. They immediately offer you a drink, including wine, while you wait or when you're getting pampered. A plus in my book! The staff knows what they're doing. They have always been thorough with my manicures and pedicures, removing unwanted calluses and carefully painting my nails. The salon is clean and uses sterilized tools-- a must have for me! They're getting three stars because of their nail polish. The second time I went, I got a manicure with gel nail polish and a traditional pedicure. I waited 40+ minutes for my pedicure to dry, but the polish melted the following day! My gel manicure was impeccable; by day six, the polish on one of my fingers had scratch marks. Pretty disappointing when it's supposed to last 15 days. All in all, I do recommend this place as one of the better salons in El Paso because of the wonderful and attentive staff. Just bring your own polish. read more

I love getting my nails done I've been to the very high end to the more low end nail salons and I think I found the one... LOL I have found nicer looking salons but sadly the lasting power of your mani pedi doesn't depend on the beauty of the nail salon... I finally found one that has the look of an expensive salon where you can be sure your mani will last as long as you want it to! The nail salon is pretty with a cool bar like area to get your nails done and veg modern decor with cool chandeliers and a bar area in case you're in the mods for something to drink while getting pampered! This salon has a HUGE variety of gel colors to choose from, what I really love is that this salon carries OPI gel nail polish which I believe is the best. I think OPI gel last the longest. They are quick to help you even without an appointment! They are most busy on the weekends(learned this the hard way) but still are very good at getting you in a soon as the possibly can! The staff is very friendly (especially Kenny) and prices are VERY REASONABLE! read more

My family and I went to Q Nails on a Saturday morning. We called the day before to make an appointment for when they opened. They were accommodating. As we were getting our pedicures done, the lady working in my wife's feet applied the wrong nail color. As we were finishing up the place was getting a little crowded. Another worker came along and asked my wife to move after her nails had only been painted for a couple of minutes. After she was asked to move the worker picked up my wife's things and began moving towards the reception area. Needless to say we won't be going back read more

They DO NOT honor appointments. I was scheduled for 5 with Trinity. I get there and she is just beginning on another girls full set. (Dumb me I should've just walked out at that moment). I waited 45 minutes, then this sweet old lady started my gel removal. So sloooow. She took another 45 just to remove gel! (Not her fault, she's sweet, but still I had an appointment with someone else). During this time Trinity took 2 other girls before me. I didn't understand what was going on. I ended up walking out because I was so frustrated and offended by the rudeness of not even noticing how long I was waiting. I left with no gel, no nothing, after 2 hours.. read more

Pretty nail place, lots of colors to choose from. My manicure was a bit rushed, got the impression the poor nail tech had had a long day. The gel polish lasted a long time (about 5-6 weeks while I was traveling around Asia). It was very neatly applied too. The only reason I'm going to try a few other places before going back (if I don't find anywhere better) is that when he was cutting my cuticles down he actually left tiny little cuts on my skin there, on about 6 fingers and those little cuts do sting a bit until they heal (like paper cuts). Apart from that I was very happy. I also got a pedicure while I was there from a different nail tech who was an absolute sweetheart and asked me about 10 times if I was ok. He tried to talk me out of my hot pink color choice lol but failed... read more

Third time coming to this place, and each time they've quoted me 15 minutes when in reality they're slammed and don't get to me for an hour. I ALWAYS spend at least 3 hours here for a basic mani or pedi because they never give me the right wait time when I walk in. This time I left before I even got my pedicure because they sat me in a chair with water leaving my feet to soak for over an hour. (There were quite a few ppl getting helped that came after me) it's safe to say that I will not be returning. read more

My friends and I came from out of town for manicures and pedicures and we weren't disappointed. We called ahead so there wasn't a wait for us. We greeted promptly and we all got to sit next each other. All of the technicians were incredibly friendly and personable. We were offered a complimentary glass of wine that definitely helped the relaxation. They have many polish/gel colors to choose from. The massages were amazing and they were careful to check that all the temperatures worked well for each of us. I'll make the hour drive to come back. Never again. I've been going to Q since October and never manage to make it out in less than 2 hours. I stopped by today, about 30 minutes after they opened. Sat for a while (about 30 minutes), told them I was going to run to the grocery, and was told they'd hold my place. Got back about 20 minutes later, only to sit (ignored) for another half hour. Called another place, jumped in the car and left. They do a decent job at Q but if you don't have hours to wait on a fill, look elsewhere. read more
