Made a pedicure appointment and 6:30pm , arrived 10 minutes early. Two employees were working on one person and never apologized for the delay. After waiting 20 minutes got up and left. Worst service ever. If you value your time , I wouldn't go there. Everyone's time is important. read more

They made my daughter wait for two hours to get her nails done without telling her how long of a wait it would be. Nothing but excuses. Said they were busy. I'm sick and tired of business owners being unprofessional. I asked if we could at least get a discount and he said no. I told him I'm gonna leave one star reviews and he said that's fine. He didn't care. gonna care now and he's gonna learn how to be a professional. I had a good experience with them. The problem was the aftermath of it. My nails looked amazing but i felt like the tips she put on my nails to do my acrylics were to small they hurt my nail bed so much i actually had to get them taken off completely after two weeks, and by another place at that. I called them couple days after explain my concern they told me to wait it out. If its been a long time since my nails were done it would hurt a little so i waited then i showed up in person on almost the two week mark and told them i needed them taken off and redone. I only asked not to charge me to get them removed and i would pay full price to get my nails redone. They told me id have to wait till the same nail tech tiffany shows up after 1 its was as soon as they opened and the lady there wasn't doing anything but playing on the phone. So i feel like if you just want to get the service done they are ok but if something happens and it's their fault they wont own up to it or fix it. read more

Today was my first day getting my nails done in a really long time. The nail salon I normally go to was closed today and I needed my nails done asap for an upcoming date. Thankfully I came across this place and PRAYED they would do a good job on dip nails. I came about 3pm and it wasn't crowded at all. One girl named Mia greeted me and asked me to sign in. The nail salon has a very zen vibe which makes it very comfortable and peaceful to be at. The other great part is that there is no strong acrylic smell at all... it smells mostly of incense and patchouli... very ZEN. Mia ended up doing my nails and she listened to exactly what I wanted and any concerns I had. I loved the way my nails turned out. I'll definitely be coming back again in the future. Went in to get my eyebrows done, the lady who did them was rude and if that wasn't bad enough she still did a terrible job, my left was so uneven compared to the right one and to top it off she got wax on my hair. Did apologize or nothing, still pulled hair from my scalp and it was 15 dollars? Yeah never again read more

Calling and making an appointment if I call and I'm calling from my Uber and I say is Eric there they said this is him I say can I make an appointment he says when can you come now? I said yes I'll be there in 10 minutes. mind you now I always tip between 20 and $25 which is a nice tip however I get there. He had just started doing somebody else's nails I sit down he said one minute I asked him did you just start her nails he said yes I said I just talk to you and asked you and told you I'd be here in 10 minutes. It's 10 minutes. I justgot here in time like no no worries, but you're doing somebody else's and I call you back and you wanna argue with me on the phone very unprofessional don't act like there's a language communication because you speaks perfect English, which is why I say I am never going back there again. I got a the male nail tech that has a whole bunch of tattoos. if you want good nails do not get them from him. He said he was able to do a simple design but to tell me he couldnt asked him to fix my nails because it's the wrong shape and he didn't. he also cut me in multiple places. terrible shape not at all what I wanted. on top of that he gave me attitude and did not care just wanted a quick buck for the crappy job he did. and don't get me started on my pedicure. he didn't even shape my nail like I asked. he just painted them and gave a massage and that's it. no calluses removed no trimming of nail or cuticle. what I received was not worth paying. read more

I went in wanting to change my color. The technician tried to talk me into cat eye since I had cat eye on my nails. I said no I wanted to pick out my color. I just had my fill 3 days ago and I allowed her to talk me into a fill. I ask for rhinestones and she said no. She cut me twice with the drill. She tried to hurry and get me out. Never again!!! read more

This place use to have good service but the quality of service has been awful the last two times I've gone. First, the waiting time has been ridiculous for a regular mani and pedi took 2 hours. My nails looked like a third grader painted them. Unfortunately, I will not be back. read more
