Pretty unprofessional, I walked in and two ladies were doing nails , just two clients & no one else was waiting, one tech told me she doesn't do nails and the other said come back tomorrow pretty rudely, If their sign says "walk ins welcome" then it's pretty self explanatory not to send me away when your own business has a sign.. then i call and the woman who answered passed the phone to someone else and I was told it was by "appointment only" Why can't they have a sign stating that? I got "dip" with no tips. She dipped clear and put gel for the color. The whole point of dip is so you're not using the light. Exactly a week after getting them done my index finger chipped I went back to fix it, she redid the first three fingers because they were lumpy. Wake up today (the next day) and now my thumb is chipped on the same hand. They honestly all just look horrible. The time it took to get done both times were ridiculous and also to have a shitty outcome is not acceptable. Definitely never going back. read more

Not recommended! I came here because it was nearby and my regular salon had a longer wait. I figured I'd try it out due to the rave reviews. Never again. (1) They DON'T sterilize their instruments. They just put it in pouches to look as if they do! (If the pouch marks are still blue or pink - it has NOT been sterilized.) I don't mind if my instruments aren't sterilized as long as they're cleaned well. The issue is when they PRETEND that they're sterilized! (2) Massage chairs are a nice touch, but they're older so my butt started hurting after sitting there, since the padding was minimal. (3) Not well ventilated. This place gave me a headache from the fumes. Granted, most nail salons smell, but this was really bad. They need to get an air filter or fan or something! (4) The bald man that took care of me was NOT good. He cut me a bit below my big toe (see photo) and then proceeded to use the foam file on top of the scrape which hurt like a B****. He also didn't push up my leggings before he lotioned, so he got some on my pants. The man just didn't give a crap about his job or the fact that I was paying for a service. (5) Then...the part that made me fume. He said some stuff in Vietnamese under his breath and to the other nail tech when I asked him to clean up the edges of the polish (He missed a corner of my nail, so there was a triangle of nail showing instead of polish and there was extra polish on my skin). In the photo u can see where he haphazardly added a blob of paint to the side of my big toe. They obviously didn't know that I speak Vietnamese! I didn't want to make a scene in front of the other customers, but I decided to forego the manicure and leave the salon for a place that actually respects their clients. So in conclusion, you won't be appreciated and I definitely don't recommend this salon...unless u want them to talk smack about you when you ask them politely to fix their *poor quality* work. read more

Great service and fast. But not the best quality and overpriced for a simple mani with NO cuticle maintenance whatsoever.

I was looking for a place to get my nails done for awhile. I wanted some place close but they had to have good reviews. This place was a little out of my way but it had good reviews. When I first arrived I was told there was a 30 minute wait. There were 3 women there but only two were working. The other was on her phone. I sat down and waited patiently. Finally it was my turn. A woman named Brenda was helping me. I went in for a full set with gel polish. She filed my nails down and sized them for the tips. She was having trouble with the nail glue and ending up clipping the top a bit more than I've normally seen it done. It still wasn't coming out. She then looked at it and squeezed a little too hard. Glue shot up, got in both her eyes, and on my phone screen. I felt terrible. This woman was in a lot of pain! I continued to sit in the chair assuming someone else would help me (like the girl on her phone). I sat there for a good 15 minutes before the other woman had me move and sit at her station. Kim, ended up doing my nails and did a phenomenal job. She apologized for the wait repeatedly and struck up conversation. I needed my nails short but not too short and she got them perfect. It's too bad I'm moving next week or else this would be my go to nail salon. I highly recommend. Ask for Kim! read more

After a friend referral 2+ years ago, this is my place to go for a pedicure. The Vietnamese couple that owns this salon are always extremely friendly. I love the added artwork they paint on my nails and I get a nice massage in one of the massage chairs while I'm being pampered. There's usually no wait time so I'm in and out in under 30 min. The environment is comfortable, they have a large flat screen TV to watch, and, my personal favorite, a 200 gallon fish tank :) The only issue I have is location; one of the roads isn't developed yet so Vista Del Sol doesn't connect to the business parking lot, making me have to do a u-turn on Pellicano instead of a more convenient right turn on Vista Del Sol. But other than that I've never felt the need to go anywhere else! read more

Try the one off of Montana! I came in because they were having a 30% off any service (grand opening) sale and it is honestly the best pedicure I've ever had. David was my tech and he took his time, plus the massage was amazing! This will be my new salon of choice. Regardless if there is a sale going on or not. Great service!
