I have a usual place I got for pedicures, but on whim decided to try something new. This place is truly beautiful and feels more like a spa than just a regular run of the mill pedicure place. I can't for the life of me remember the woman's name, it began with an F and is not very common, but she was wonderful. She took her time, was very gentle, and I felt completely pampered as I read my book. I received a complimentary drink as well. I got the sports pedicure which had oatmeal and other wonderful things. I love that they used oatmeal as the exfoliant instead bottle products. I will definitely be back. Just a warning. They have an extensive pedi menu, but the price points are a higher than your quick in and out pedi mills. I didn't mind at all because it was a spa type experience, but others might. She got a really cool design that was strategically done, and she said her service was fine. The pedicure I received turned out fine, however the nail tech was very rough while massaging my legs. Although this place is huge and gorgeous and very clean, I won't be coming back. They are super short staffed for such a large location. They also want to always be extra pushy about the dip product instead of the gel. I've been getting gel since it first was a thing and never had it chip after not even one filul day. First off the inside is gorgeous and well maintained, the owners put a lot of work into making it beautiful and comfortable. They even offer complementary drinks. I did not catch the name of the woman that worked on my nails but she was great! I felt the pedicure I asked for was a bit complex, but she was quick and yet very efficient. I normally don't like talking too much when I go and she respected that, however she did seem a bit put off initially when I told her I didn't speak Spanish. I didn't even get offered water let alone an actual drink. I asked for the spa pedicure which comes with a 5-7 minute massage on your feet and legs(according to what their menu says). That douchebag rubbed my legs with lotion for 2 minutes. That's not a freakin massage. He was really fast and rushed like if they were busy. Puh-lease. If I could rate this place a - that would've been my rating. It was my first time here with my mom and sister, they are so unorganized and have no customer service skills at all. The guy in the front has no clue on how to answer the phone nor how to ask a customer to please hold. He kept rolling his eyes, laughed and said "sorry" after I was charged a card fee on my credit card. I asked to see the charge fee sign for using a credit card. All he could say was "sorry it was back there hiding" and laughing about it instead of being more professional about the transaction issue he took this all as a joke. If I would've known about this fee then I would've just paid cash. Also the nail tech who did my toe nails really upset me when I asked for a specific color and she said "just pick another color" the color I had originally picked did not look like the color on the display so that's why I was asked to choose a different color instead of applying it to my toe nail to see if i would like it or not, again no customer service skills at all. These employees need to take their customer service skills more serious. I will not be coming back at all. I was not happy with my pedicure nor the full set my sister got.
