This was the worst experience ever I told Eric the guy who was doing my nails that I wanted to do poly gel. He tried to tell me that it was expensive, but I told him if he knew how to do it then it was fine he ended up doing the worst job ever shape was disgusting. I told him to do Poly gel because I wanted to save my actual nails, but ended up filing them down because he couldn't do the shape I paid 105. read more

Writing this not even 24 hrs after this set was done...lol you'd think my nails are a few days old by the gap in the cuticle... anyway I requested a full set on my hands and toes (I struggle with small toenails)... $55 each set. Which is pretty average for these services. They looked at me funky when I asked for acrylic toes and now I know why, they don't know how to do them. The female nail tech used the old acrylic on my big toe despite me repeatedly asking for a completely fresh set she kept saying "I add on top and file down". I replied very nicely "this acrylic on my toe is months old, can you please remove and put fresh product". She said "mmhmmm" and proceeded to do her own thing. I should have gotten out of the chair at that moment but I decided to give her a chance. Next, she wanted to leave the toes about a size 2 and I said can you pls make them shorter and showed her a pic of the natural length I desired. The owner came and stood by as I continuously asked my nail tech to file the toes shorter n shorter. She wanted to leave long claws! The owner got frustrated watching and took the nail file from her hand and began filing them down while standing and kept asking "there?" After no difference was made. Is it just me or do they still look super long?? I wanted a natural toenail look since I have hardly any toenail to just get a nice pedicure and polish. Once I finally gave in and said that was fine, he said "you don't want acrylic, you want overlay next time". In a very annoyed tone. Whatever.... I still wanted to give the hands a try since it was so difficult to find a sitter and I took an uber there (so expensive). I only had an hour left and no time to find another salon close by. Biggest mistake. Pls comment and tell me if I'm being too picky!!! I know square shaped are no longer the cutest but this is unacceptable. They're so thick and wide!!!! She then had the audacity to hover over the screen as I was paying and the tip window came out. The options were 15%, 18%, and 22% (ranging from $20-$26). I looked at her and gave $5 just because I don't have the heart to leave $0. Horrible experience, I will never come spend my hard earned money here again. I just moved to town, and am trying to find a nail place. Safe to say, I will not be back here. And I won't be back here because of the way I was spoken to and treated by the owner. I received a manicure with gel polish, and he didn't do my cuticles or hand massage... which in most places, is included in a basic manicure. I also got a pedicure level 2, to include callous removal, scrub, and mask. I was certain I didn't receive the scrub nor the mask. So when I went to pay, I kindly mentioned that I didn't receive those treatments. The owner stands up very aggressively and says he has it all on camera and proceeds to raise his voice and show me the video footage- which I said no that's the lotion. Instead of addressing my concern, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. I left this place feeling embarrassed. As an owner, I'd hope at the very least, you want to meet your clients with respect. He could've said oh you know I'm sorry you thought he didn't do that, we won't charge you the extra $10 this time, but just so you know XYZ... and I would've left a happy customer. But I will not be returning and I will share this story with everyone around! read more

I've been coming here often that I consider this "my nail place". I usually come on a Saturday morning when they open to beat the rush of weekenders coming in to get services later in the day. Today I came in for a manicure and once I was done I decided to get a pedicure as well since they had availability. I paid about $100 before tip for both services which I find fair. I don't care it doesn't make a difference to me but I know all the times I've been here I have never been offered beverages to go along with my services. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon with no appointment - I was attended pretty quickly by Eric. Most of the other techs were already busy with customers and so the people who came in after me did have a little bit of a wait but nothing crazy. Eric was fast and efficient I think I was out probably under the hour, which I personally can appreciate especially when you have many things to do! If you come here, you'll have wasted your time and money. My wife and I went for my pedicure and her pedicure/manicure. My pedicure was done in 25 minutes but I still had calluses and the tech tells me she'll only take them off for $10 more. My wife's pedicure then lasts an extra 20 minutes over mine. They do my wife's nails and it takes another 2 hours between them making blobs on the nails to having one person fix all of them and my wife's pedicure. We were there for over 3 hours when it could've been done in 1. Never going here again. read more

I got a pedicure just now and I've gone in two other occasions to your salon and it's been fine but today, the younger gentleman that did my pedicure just rushed it and was quite rough handling my feet as he moved them in and out of the tub. I got the boss pedicure, which is not the basic pedicure and he lasted around 20 min,he didn't massage much, he barely even scrubbed and I needed the callus removal which is why I choose that pedicure. I still tipped because it's not my character to complain or not pay but I am very disappointed as I work hard for my money and wanted to relax and decompress. No drink was offered to me and the massage chair didn't even work. I will be leaving my review. Thank you. read more

Every nail salon seemed to be busy on Saturday afternoon, but I walked in to West Nails (storefront outside says Lee's Nails) and was seated right away for a pedicure. The outside is unassuming, but the interior is very clean, spacious, and modern. Probably the comfiest salon massage chair I've sat in. Service was good, staff was friendly, wide variety of gel colors, and affordable pricing. Bonus: Free drink menu! I will return. read more
