I have never left this nail salon unhappy. I have left with exactly what I wanted every single time. The nail techs are all so friendly, kind, and attentive. It is clean, I'm always offered a cold drink. They never try to push or upsell me.10/10 recommend. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon today. Two friends and I made an appointment the night before for manicures and pedicures. We arrived within 10 minutes of our appointment and were actually the first people in the shop, so we expected our services to run smoothly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I paid for a Tier 3 pedicure that included callus removal and a hot stone treatment, yet my feet look almost exactly the same as when I walked in. When you pay for a service, you expect that service to actually be performed, and that simply didn't happen. The bigger issue was the overall organization of the salon. Despite having scheduled appointments, the staff allowed both walk-ins and appointments to fill the pedicure chairs without prioritizing the people who had booked ahead. By the time our nail services were finished, every pedicure chair was already taken. Two of us ultimately had to cancel the pedicures we had planned because we were told we would have to wait even longer--despite being the first appointment of the day. To make matters worse, staff members repeatedly stopped in the middle of our services to grab equipment or start other clients' services that they clearly didn't have the staff available to complete right away. When we left, several people were sitting in pedicure chairs with their feet in cold water waiting for someone to begin. This experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Appointments should mean something, and customers who plan ahead should not be pushed aside for walk-ins. I hope the salon improves its scheduling, staffing, and service quality because today's experience was very frustrating. read more

I got so lucky finding this place not knowing El Paso much, my daughter had prom coming up we were in the area and I just picked it and it was the best choice, Lee was polite made conversation the whole vibe was just amazing we didn't feel like there were going to be hidden fees as other places. We felt relax. The prices we're doable not like other place Example the fountain nails place. They will ripp you off 100$ and up nails for same thing the nail shop can do. The Nail shop also offers drinks like water soda etc. Overall my nails came out amazing thank you for the nice lady who did my design! They have la michoacana ice cream next door have your boyfriend buy you a snack while you get your pedi/mani best experience great customer service, relaxing. some nail places don't make it relaxing anymore its a lot about the money. read more

So bad, the vise was unwelcoming, the quality was horrible, and it was so trashy. Did the opposite of what i asked for.

Mimi does a half job with nails. She didn't file my nails and tried saying she did. It was so much white flakes under my nails, it looked ridiculous. I had to get my nails done twice in one visit. Then b/c of MiMi mistakes the tried up charging me. I've been going here since 2021; my nails and toes are never more than $125 total- Today they tried charging me $140 for my usual.... MiMi had my nails soaking for over an hour and tried to leave me longer if I didn't speak up... When I arrived my nails were already stiletto as they've been for years, now today it's an extra $5.. tried charging me $5, for cutting my nails shorter even though they were never cut shorter...I get overlays; MiMi broke my real mail the charged me $5 for a tip lmbo- I can't make this up..I spent 4 hours in a nail salon for a fill in and pedi- NEVER GOING BACK - AVOID AVOID AVOID read more

I got a gel mani on Saturday the 12th, and by Tuesday it had already chipped off. The manicurist was quite rude as well, I did not get his name but he was in a hurry the entire time. The only reason this gets 3 stars is because the manager(?) was extremely nice and did a wonderful job on my sister's acrylics, and their prices are decent. I won't come back for myself though. read more

The pedicure was horrible. They cut my toe with the nail file. They didn't do a proper cleaning of my toe nails or cut my nails. The "tech" doing my nails was also rude when I asked him to remove the nail polish. read more

Not even a week later.. and 7/10 nails are chipped and coming off already. Not worth the price, and the staff wasn't very friendly either. The nail technician i had kept waking out to argue on the phone, so unprofessional. read more

So I came to El Paso for a wedding and I was trying to find a great nail salon and I did!! I seeked Lee out because of his great reviews and I do not regret that decision at all. He did such a wonderful job on my nails; I might have to start driving all the way to El Paso just for a manicure! Okay, maybe not actually but I'll definitely return any time I'm in El Paso. Lee was very accommodating and gave me exactly what I wanted. 5 stars! read more

I was looking for a salon that did eyelash extensions, Helen from The Nail Shop was recommended to me by Avalon Nails. I spoke to Helen over the phone and she gave me amazing customer service very nice and polite. The salon itself was very clean and classy looking. Helen informed me on how the eyelashes would be placed and how to take care of them. She was very patient and made me feel very comfortable even after an hour of putting on eyelashes! The final product was amazing, she did a wonderful job! The staff was also very friendly! read more

My nails are ok not great. My nail tech was rude and seemed to argue with me when I asked for him to change or fix anything. The person who seemed to be the owner was angrily yelling on the phone which was also uncomfortable. Wouldn't go back. I normally do my own mani-pedi, but due to a back injury, I decided to have a professional job done. What a joke. Professional? The worst mani-pedi I have ever had. I was in and out in 45 minutes. That should tell you something. How can you get a "professional" job that fast? Nails were not evenly cut and trimmed, cuticles not even worked on at all, poor polish job on feet and hands....and the pedi was very painful. The tech stood to do my nails - (about 6 minutes - I timed it). I am never darkening their door again. When I complained to the manager - he said, "well don't come back." Couldn't believe it! read more

They did a great job, fast and efficient wanted a basic set and they did great, I cheaped out and got the classic for the pedi, and they definitely meant it when they said "light scrubbing" on the heels of my feet bc there was def calluses still there. But hey get what you pay for read more

EXTRA! EXTRA! Under New Management! The new owners, Kay & Calvin are so dedicated and responsive to their clients. I followed them from the salon they used to work at to their very own Salon. I have known them for a little over a year and their work is always excellent. The Nail Shop is conveniently located off the Mesa exit in The Promenade shopping center. This location is across Walmart Super Center, the movie theatre and restaurants. You can get some grocery shopping done, grab bite to eat and get your nails done all in the same area. The shop is open Monday-Saturday it can get very busy on the weekend so I recommend making an appointment. read more

Clean shop and decent spa treatment but they don't do what you ask for. They don't put enough coats to cover the entire nail let alone make it look good. Half of my nails look kinda matte and the other half look kinda shiny. It's dull and not what I asked for at all. Will not be going here again. UPDATE: I went back and they did fix it to what I asked them to read more

i hate it when i am told a different price then get surprise during check out and told a different amount and then pretend that it was a miscommunication. If you don't speak english you guys should not be working and pretending you do because this ruins your business. $5 is not much but its the principle behind it. I asked for a fill of the same color but he did a fill with a different color then charge me more.I told him the color he is putting is not the same he said dont worry ill take care of it. WTh!!! what a way to scam people. Don't go here! read other reviews that give negative feedback because they are placed there for a reason. read more

Called and talked to Lee & he offered an appointment same day. All Staff was polite. I arrived and was offered a drink. Destiny did my pedicure she was very gentle, professional, Conscientious and did a very nice job. Mimi came over to do the manicure and she was fast and although she insisted a gel manicure was the "best" I settled for the regular one and so she quickly got me out of the chair. She's a 14 year veteran of the business and so it was done speedily. The shop was clean and had a nice selection of colors. I can't complain at all about the service. read more

I came here with my best friend to get our nails done before her wedding. They are SO nice. I had Cindy, she did my gel manicure and pedicure and was amazing! She took her time and made sure each nail was free of any cotton ball fuzz before painting again. I highly recommend her. My best friend had Johnny do her pink and white gel. Love this nail shop. I usually try to see Lee for dip powder manicures but the rest of the team really does a great job. They always seem to be on top of current nail design trends and maintain a clean, friendly and not rushed environment which is really relaxing. I would recommend making an appointment as they are typically busy. Pricing at this nail salon is great. I always feel like I'm getting great work for a good price. Lee has helped fix my nails from weak under acrylics to strong dip powder over about 4 appointments. I will continue to drive to this nail shop even though I live 45 minutes away.
