DO NOT recommend this place at all. UNSANITARY and just poor service. The people are nice and friendly ESPECIALLY when they effed up your mani/pedi. They can come off a bit rude but you kinda get over it if you're not trying to ruin your day. The man who did my pedicure, he was nice but he had no idea what was happening. He put wax HOT wax on my legs and then followed it with HOT ROCKS for a massage. Try to picture that. Wax and then rocks. It HURT. The calluses from my feet, he threw it back in the water and later asked me to put my foot back in. Proceeded to use the water to pour over my legs while he was massaging. This was the point where I should've walked out. None of them knew to do nails except for 2 of 4 people there. read more

This place always has friendly service. The work they do is very precise and a good quality. A dip manicure usually last me about three weeks and the only reason I need to go back is because my nails have grown out underneath but it stays on intact and looks great for the whole time. They are open on Sundays and have great hours with lots of parking. read more

I got the deluxe pedicure for $35 with the lavender scent, a standard manicure, acrylic removal, and eye brow wax. Total price for all services was $65. The pedicure was a great price for 35-40 minutes of pampering. My toe nails came out great and there was no bleeding or anything. The manicure was great, no bleeding. I only got the clear coat and it came out fine. Removal of my acrylic nails was not painful at all. Most places I go to they rip the hell out of my nails, I was pleased with how painless it was. Eyebrow wax: they were even and look great. I don't usually like waxing but I needed them done bad so I figured why not. This place overall did not disappoint me. I will come back again! An okay $30 gel manicure. No bleeding, no pain, just a nice and neat job. However! I was disappointed that the "upscale" ambience did not match the cleanliness I expected for the price. The nail cutter had a giant rust stain on it, which I was willing to overlook. But then my manicurist took out the cuticle nipper and other metal utensils and I immediately spotted odd stains on them. She noticed them too and rubbed the marks off with a towel before using the tools on me. I was shocked because the salon itself is elegant, organized, and seemingly clean. But I think that having improperly sanitized tools is a no-no when coming to get a manicure, especially since these are used on different clients. The place was almost empty on a Sunday afternoon, so I was glad to not feel rushed as I usually do during a weekend. Granted, I only get my nails done once in a blue moon (2x a year). But I won't be coming back because I have simply heard too many horror stories about the consequences of unsanitary manicures! read more

I was really nervous when I walked in but a young woman, Emily, greeted me and I just knew that I was going to have a good experience. It's been a couple of months since my first time going and I'm still going to LA Nails and requesting Emily. I recently just had an engagement dinner and my whole bridal party and I made appointments at the same time on the same day and we had the best experience. I was hesitant about this place based on the other reviews. It is a small salon with only a handful of manicure stations and pedicure chairs, but it was SUCH a good manicure! Very detailed and thorough. And my gel nail polish lasted a really long time compared to other places I've been. 4/5 stars, however, because the gel polish selection is very small. I can't speak on the other types of color options, but the gel polish selection was less than 100 colors and a good chunk of them were pink. If that's what you're looking for, definitely go give this place a try! P.S. other reviews mentioned appointment times - I didn't make an appointment but I was a walk-in during what I thought was a less popular time on a Sunday and had very little wait time. read more

They don't follow appointment times in the slightest. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived I was told they got a rush of people so I was unable to be seen. I had to wait until the rush was over or come back the next day and HOPE they didn't have another random rush of people. On their website it says to schedule an appointment though. read more

I'm from out of town and came across this place near a shopping center. I asked for the pedicure package with hot stones and the gel dip manicure. When the attendant arrived she informed me they didn't did the hot stones anymore so I went with the cheapest package, when she returned she exclaimed "we do still have the hot stones". However when she used them it was for just a few mementos, not enough for the extra 20.00. Then when it began time for my manicure I was told to get the shine I would have to use three UV light, I stated I never use the UV light at home and was told thats what they did and if I didnt want it they couldn't do my manicure. This after i was already having my pedicure instead of when I walked in the door. I agreed. They finally offered me something to drink after 1 hr while doing my manicure and didn't have my hands free to drink. The stylist, Jenny, smacked her gum the entire time and took a phone call. I used to go every month to do my manicure and gel nails. The last day I went the girl told me to take off my wedding ring and my fiancé ring as usual so as not to damage it with the products that remove the nail polish. When the service ended I went home and upon arrival I realized that I had forgotten the two rings there. I returned in no more than five minutes and asked where my rings were. The manager told me that there was nothing there and he asked me for my phone number to call me when at the end of the day they will clean and collect everything. He was SUPER rude and mean. They never called me. I asked them if they had cameras and they told me that they only did streaming no recording. I went back in person to the second day and the third day and the answer was the same, the rings were not there. The rings were never ever taken from me and it is true that I left them there. Although the manicure service is very cheap to me the nails came out very expensive, almost $ 5,000. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Linda does not have enough people working there that can do pink and white nails.I went there in May and the lady started my nails and did only one and left me sitting there while she left to do a facial.I had been going there for 3 years when it was Wonder nails and loved it.I have had a couple of bad experiences and will never go back.Maybe when it changes owners I will try again because it is very close to my house. read more
