I rarely don't, even for a broken nail. 3) Go early in the morning if you want to avoid the loud skinny boss lady. 4) If you're getting a fill, shape your own nails. They don't have time for precision. 5) Ask them to turn down the TVs so you're only listening to music. It gets too loud, especially with all the talking. It's supposed to be a relaxing experience. 6) Ask them to change the station if they have news on, which they usually do. Again, we're there to relax. 7) Their English is limited so don't expect much conversation. Personally, I'd rather they concentrate on my nails. I hope this helps.
