My Daughter & I went here for a pedicure while were were in El Paso . We had an appointment. The salon was not very busy . We did wait a few minutes before they took us back . They started on my daughters pedicure & she was almost done before they started on mine . We chose the silver pedicure which includes callus treatment , salt scrub & massage . We also added the gel polish. They were very nice & took their time with the pedicure. The foot & leg massage was really nice . We were very happy with the pedicure . Went in to get French Gel Manicure. They don't ask you to wash or sanitize your hands before starting service. They do offer to dip your nails which is used between clients. That would be a NO. Three days after nail gel visit, the nail polish was chipping. I returned and salon owner wanted to blame me for chipping polish. I don't wash dishes, cook or do manual labor. It definitely wasn't anything I did to cause chipping polish. Even after getting 2nd service, the polish again chipped. My conclusion: cheap nail products. Won't go back here. read more

Sighhhhhh.... and i do mean a long sigh as this place has me utterly torn. For the first 2 visits my friend and i had, everything was perfect. Great pedicures, great paint jobs, great service as we always ask that Jimmy does our designs for our pedicure and he always gladly does it. This last one i had today got me feeling pretty disappointed, as did my friend. Jimmy was scraping away at my feet when he suddenly went either too rough or just didnt care.... he cut off a good chunk of my big toe and that sucker hurt bad! Sometimes i feel too sensitive for the scraping in general that it gives me the impression that the grating hurts but this one was an overwhelming, sharp, burning pain and i knew something was wrong. I looked down and saw a good pool of blood on the side of my right toe.... knew i didnt juat imagine it.... He felt bad and kept saying sorry and tho he tried to aid it, i couldnt help but almost feel let down this happened when i thought this place was perfect. I know people make mistakes but then they decided to still charge me for it... next mistake they made. Not even a discount was offered for this mishap. This place woulda definitely gotten a 5 star until now. Since this place still has some of the better prices around, my friend and i would still come back for our girl time. Hopefully they make sure it doesnt happen again and to have more care when it comes to their pedis. read more

Great service. Was empty on a monday afternoon. The staff was friendly. I got my legs waxed and a full set for only $80 ($40 ea svc). The man who did my nails did a great job. He took his time and didnt rush at all. I would have got a pedi too but ran out of time. Highly recommend and i plan on going back. Happy customer. read more

honestly it's just ok. $40 for an acrylic set which is not bad price wise, but the nails turned out just ok. she could have done a better job filing the nails and there's a ton of tiny bubbles. my thumb looks like a roman road with how bumpy it ended up. on the good side the nails aren't thick like i've seen at other places. it also definitely took longer than it should but she was very nice. last time i went i has a different nail tech and she was good tho so it might depend on who you get. total time: 1+ hr nail tech: ledia or layla??? read more

Came here because a friend recommended this place to me. I got a Manicure and Pedicure. If I rated this place solely on the staff it would be at least a 3 star, however, the way my nails turned out I would give it half a star if I had the option. When you get a Mani or Pedi, you expect your nails to be cleaned and nail polish to be evenly coated, and not to lose a chunk of skin. However, underneath my fingernails and toe nails, none it it was cleaned, all they did was buff my nails, there were pieces of my nail that wasn't properly buffed too because after the polish dried, My nails kept getting caught on my clothes. I regret coming here and will never come back again either. Stay away unless you want messed up nails and have to come back often just for them to fix their mistakes. read more

I went here because my friend recommended. Pedicure was horrible! Paid 35.00 plus another 15.00 for gel. I felt like the woman rushed through everything. I look forward to a nice leg and foot massage. Didn't happen! She rubbed some lotion on it. That was it!! Worse service ever! Didn't even let the hot towel rest on my legs. The worst sanitation procedures I witness in over 34 years of visiting nail spa! The owner put the soak off chemicals after My use back in there use bottle . The short cuts to save on products is crazy . Even when asked could I wash my hand attendant was like later I could honestly say this truly was one of my wORSt experiences when getting nails. Extremely disappointed in this place. I wanted a nice black/red ombre that I found online. I asked if they would be able to do it and they said yeah, that there was no problem. Then long story short, they ended up looking disgusting. So much so that the man doing them said that he hadn't done a good job at all. So he scraped all the color off and tried to get me to put on this ugly purple color that would apparently cover up the blotches well or something. I told him to just leave them like they were and I'd find somewhere else. He insisted on leaving a clear top coat on so I let him. They're so disgusting. They look like I've been working on construction and got dirt under them. He took out a chunk of meat out of my finger, too. And they still dared to charge me. I paid because I was just too upset that I'd start crying if I were to fight with them. I've had botched nail jobs in the past, but nothing like this. In from out of state and needed a toe nail polish change so called and was told to go ahead and come right then since there were not many customers. Had to at least 15 min. There were three nail technicians- all busy. Kim did my polish change and did great job. No complaints on the job she did. We made side talk and she was nice & friendly. Only reason not rated a 5 star is because I feel that the price of $10 for a polish change was too high. Back home in Orange County, CA I am charged $6. read more

This place is the worse place to get your nails done!!! They reuse all of their liquids and poor them back into the bottle. They don't clean any of their brushes either. The owner is very rude! She is not accommodating at all for the customers if she is doing your nails. She charges higher prices than other workers in there. She gives a lot of attitude when you ask for prices, and she rushes her customers when it's time to choose nail polishes. I wouldn't waste my time going there.
