I'm from Florida traveling here for work and after looking at various nail salons in the area, Im glad I landed at this salon! I had called about two salons, none of which answered my calls, but this place answered and booked my appointment. This is a small family business. The wife was very pleasant and patient with me. The color came out to be exactly the picture I showed her. It's been over a month and none of them have came off. I love my nails! Why 5 star? 1: Everyone in the salon is licensed. You see the updated photo and name on each station. I've found that (in the malls) you have workers working and the permit is definitely not them. Which is scary! No fears here. 2. Friendly atmosphere. It's a family owned business and everyone is extremely nice. They have great customer service. 3. Great choices in nail polish! They have OPI! Yay! 4. They are affordable. 5. Location. Hate having to go in malls or busy hair salons! This is perfect! Update: Just read that ladies nasty review that she posted 11 days ago. Ummmm lady I just posted pictures. Not sure what your motive is. $70 for gel and a pedi is pretty accurate. Maybe she's a cheapskate and upset. No pictures were posted. So excited to say that I've found my nail salon here in El Paso!! A couple weeks ago I went to a shop and got a full set and it was so crappy, so I searched for a new place to get my fill. Thank God I stumbled upon this gem. I went in today and got my fill which is $18 with regular polish, $15 extra for gel polish & $2 extra for a cut down which is pretty average here. Anyways, I usually get stuck with ugly nails that fan out up top but I asked if she could file it down (which i have asked for before and nobody can do it to my liking) Christine did a wonderful job! Another bonus was I asked for something specific which she couldn't do with regular polish, but she found a way to make it work and give me exactly what I wanted using regular polish and not charging me extra!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They are so freaking rude. I've been coming to this place to get my nails done for over a year, they know me, and I'm always getting the same color every time so they always knew what I wanted. I always had paid $45 for my nails. Today, I came in telling them that I wanted to get another color, same shape, same size (full set, not fill) and the man did my nails. One he started painting my nails I didn't like how the color looked on me so I asked him if he could just work on one nail to see if I like it or not (to not make him do all the work and telling him I didn't like it at the end) so he was saying that he couldn't do that so he continued doing both of my hands.. i hated the color since the beginning and i kept telling him, "why do you have to do both of my hands when I'm going to ask you to take them off to do another color, I keep telling you I don't like the color" and he was just being rude and said "I don't understand" when I know damn well he speaks really good English. When he finished he tried to convince me that they looked good but I still wasn't so satisfied. I asked him really kindly if he could take off the polish and do another color I even told him that I didn't care if I had to pay extra... he got so mad and he said he couldn't take off the gel which made me really mad because how the heck to they take off the gel color when they do fills? Okay well I gave up and told them that I was going to another place to change the color and they said "you go do that" so when the lady was charging me, SHE CHARGED ME $60 FOR MY NAILS. If you remember in the beginning I said I ALWAYS paid 45 for a full set at that place. I got mad and asked why she was charging me 60 and she kept saying how they're expensive because I got coffin shape... I ALWAYS GET COFFIN SHAPE well after minutes of arguing I gave up again, I paid the 60 and the BIT** had the balls to ask me why I didn't give her a tip... I just looked at her and said " I tipped you $15... I think that's more than enough" and I left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! Oh and another side note: the man that does the nails, he always stops working on your nails to play his stupid game on his phone. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I genuinely enjoyed my visit. Even the other customers were pleasant. Walked was greeted and sat a few minutes because everyone was busy. Been to three salons with severe let down. Andy and Christine were both great. Had two pedis, man, fill in, and brows. All the services were super. They are very friendly and conversational. I'm an avid reader for reviews and sometimes when you simply read the reviews you can recognize when customers are just. Ring selfish jerks who want to feel priority even if it means treating other customers like crap. They were and I will stay right there till we leave El Paso. Thanks Andy and Christine. Found this place on yelp and basically went because it was nearby and had decent reviews. I went on a Friday afternoon around 3 and there were no customers which I thought a little odd. I was seen right away and had my nails cut down and filled. The ladies were friendly and spoke great english. I am always very concerned with the cleaniness of nail spots and this is the reason for the three stars. It didnt seem like they did thorough cleaning very often so I do not think I will be going back. read more

I stopped by during normal work hours on a Tuesday and there wasn't a big crowd at all. There were two nail techs and one young lady doing pedicures. It took a while for me to be seen but I didn't have anywhere to go. The nail tech did a fabulous job! The pedicure was lazily done, she barely used any products and I didn't get any type of massage. However, she did a great job polishing which I can do a pretty good job myself. Also, the nail shop seemed outdated with a little clutter. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but I'll continue to look for a place to go to on the regular. read more

I used to go here all the time but eventually got tired of how rude they were and the pricing on the menu isn't at all what they charge you in the end it's like they make up a price at the end ive gotten my nails done probably about five times and all five times i was given different prices yes my nails did come out pretty decent but definitely not worth paying about $60 read more

My one star review is not for the work they do (never got that far) but for the service. My husband and I walk in to get pedicures and they ask us to wait, which is no problem as we were walk ins. Then as they were finishing up the person before us they asked us to sit in the massage chairs and soak our feet. All good up to here and one of the employees brings over supplies to start my pedicure. Then one (terrible) mother who is annoyed with her kids bothering her while getting her nails done decides her 2 and 4 year old need GEL manicures and pedicures right then. And instead of following the order the employees say okay and start on them instead. After waiting an hour in the massage chair I got up and left as 1) children's should not be exposed to that amount of UV radiation from gel nails (hence terrible mother) and 2) they blew off 3 waiting paying customers to do nails for 2 yr old and 4 yr old. The manager (?) flopped on a pedi chair and couldn't be bothered to greet customers who entered and directed them while his feet were propped up. In fact, he seemed downright annoyed. Horrible there were tools every where we walked in at 11am lights were off the owner was half asleep the pedicure was a normal soak and clipping I do at home myself. The owner was too busy on her phone to do my nails quick enough. It took forever to get a bad job done!!!!!!!
