So glad I found a GOOD threading place here in El Paso! I was worried I wasn't going to find somewhere to go but I'm glad I found one! I was the fifth person in line when I arrived today around 3:30. She was starting to get busy! She took her time and was very friendly! Not at all awkward! The location is big and there's plenty of couches to sit while you wait! Oh DON'T answer any calls while waiting to get threaded. She has plenty of signs up that say to not be on your phone while waiting, and if you must need to use your phone, go into the back room she has provided. $11 for the eyebrow threading and she offers other services. read more

First off, I Came here once several months back because there's only one threading place I know of in las Cruces and it sucks. The first time I Came and it was a Friday. I had asked for a full face but the lady says she doesn't do it on the weekend because it can get busy. Well I don't see anyone in there except myself. So whatever, I asked for just eyebrows since I'm going back to California for a wedding. Yeah...they were slightly uneven. So I finally grew them all out again...Came on Thursday from Las Cruces, NM at 4pm and they were closed. Call them and they said they just closed so come the next day. They said they will open today (Friday) 1-6pm. Well I showed up today at 3pm and they are closed again! Sign says their credit machine is not working. Well I have cash. It also says to come back tomorrow at noon. I thought you open at 1030? If you're not gonna open or close according to your listed business hours then you might as well put that sign away! I've had my eyebrows threaded in a different state and was desperately in search of someone to thread them in El Paso. This business came up on Google and I decided to try it out. The owner is super nice and did exactly as I asked. I requested for her to frame my face well because my eyebrows were all grown out. She did so and gave me an arch with a natural shape. I loved it! I told her that I had waxed my brows many times before and my hair wasn't growing back. She informed me that waxing tends to do that because of the chemicals. Her business uses sugar to wax - which is a great natural alternative. Tipped her and took a couple of business cards to hand out. It worth the drive if your located far from the East! I have been coming here for years and never again will I step foot. There has recently been a new person in charge. In October was the first time she messed up my eyebrows by leaving them too thin after I had simply asked for a cleanup. Since then I've been letting them grow out. I had stopped by a month after and noticed it was the same person. I politely said I didn't not want service from her due to my previous encounter and she was rude and denied my accusations. Today I stopped by hoping the owner was here. Unfortunately it was the same person and I decided to give her a third chance. This was the worst mistake I could have done. I asked for a full face service. The entire time she was arguing on the phone with her daughter. Stopping my service to text and call her back. She was extremely rough all over my face which now I have marks all over which l looks similar to a rug burn. Also, I have piercings by my side burns and she kept pulling them which hurt. I had got in the habit of getting my eyebrows threaded where we lived before. I'm sad that because I live pretty far from this place I can't make regular trips here like I'd like to.
