Well, this just continues to go downhill. *1st appointment (12/30/25), so excited/nervous, after searching and debating for over a year, but I did it. I was so excited to see that I had brows again. Walked out very pleased. *2nd appointment-follow up (1/27/26) I had a bald spot on the left brow, Ana did her thing and away I went. *3rd appointment (3/5/26) Back in again, I was under the impression after the follow up all would be wonderful. After healing (again) it doesn't look like the touch up from the 2nd appointment was even done. Not at all blended like the right brow. Another touch up to that area on the left...but she was rough on me this time. My brow area hurt for about 3 days and after healing is a lot darker than the right brow. I waited longer this time to see the outcome from this one. *4th appointment (5/12/26) Same brow, same bald spot, I am truly disappointed and angry that I have to travel all the way up there for something that should have been done right after the follow up. Michelle returned my call, made the appointment and told me there wouldn't be a charge ($320.00) per Ana. A Charge! If it was done right the first time and a check at follow up, I wouldn't be here a 4th time. At the appointment, it felt like she couldn't wait to get me out of there. She addressed the issue and I also told her my brows didn't match and the left was further away from the nose. She measured center nose said they were fine (felt like she was questioning me), but I wanted a few strokes to even them out. They still don't look the same- they both look okay, but not the same. I will be curious to see how they look in a week or two. After dropping $620.00 plus a tip after the first session, I am $700.00 into something that is totally disappointing. I almost got them tattooed instead of microblading. Guess I picked wrong. I never got a bad tattoo-always perfect and cost a lot less. This is an art; a passion and people wear this on their face every day. I will NEVER return to Ana Square, I will not recommend her and look forward to finding someone else to do my touchups in the future. If she does 3 brow appointments a day (just brows, not including her other services) she grosses approximately $1,860.00 a day/$37,200.00 a month. Insane amount of money for a piss poor job. Owner was SUPER nice!! I had an amazing experience there, got my eyeliner done there, I LOVE the shape of it!!! The overall place was professional but also very fun, the overall vibe of the office as a whole was empowering and felt so comfortable to just talk in! No reminder of appointment. Delayed my whole day by being 30 minutes late. Very unprofessional comments. I've never had a tattoo and my discomfort caused her agitation. One eyebrow is totally wrong . She attempted to fix it once I pointed it out, but I would encourage her to just do better and be better some day. It's absolutely sad how unprofessional people have become and how we just except the excuses. read more

Love!! Ana has provided microblading for me and permanent eyeliner. She is excellent at what she does! Super easy to chat with and makes the clients experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. I'm not 100% satisfied with the final result. I think that both times I went to the salón, my first appointment and the retouch Ana was ruching because of the clients that were waiting in the lobby. She's got an amazing personality and professional customer service skills I just wish her job had been more meticulously done. read more

Ana provides excellent service for permanent make-up that looks ABSOLUTELY NATURAL and BEAUTIFUL. She is VERY reasonably priced, compared to similar services offered in other areas. It's been about 18 months since Ana did my powder brows and I just realized I never gave her her propers! This wasn't my first rodeo with permanent cosmetics, so I did exhaustive researching beforehand and learned about Ana's reputation from word of mouth and our husbands both being in the medical field. She listened to what I was hoping to achieve and gave her recommendation of a powder brow. Initially I was a little shocked at how dark my brows came out but she warned me that I would feel that way and to give it time to fade. Indeed, everything she said happened and I was back in a few weeks to get the included touch up. Once healed, I was beyond thrilled with my results and frequently complimented on my brows. Went in for permanent eyeliner. After 2 days it peeled off texted her and showed her what was happening she said after touch up it would be fine. I had it done in April she scheduled me for a retouch until June texted her again I wanted a refund she said of course no refund policy.
