A few days before, they rescheduled my hair to a time that wasn't ideal for a sunset wedding. (10:30AM. I had to cancel my hair). Secondly, on the day of, at the time of my appointment (after driving an hour out of my way, literally parked in the parking lot) they canceled my makeup saying they were out of town. I cried.
