I was the fifth person in line when I arrived today around 3:30. She was starting to get busy! She took her time and was very friendly! Not at all awkward! The location is big and there's plenty of couches to sit while you wait! Oh DON'T answer any calls while waiting to get threaded. She has plenty of signs up that say to not be on your phone while waiting, and if you must need to use your phone, go into the back room she has provided. $11 for the eyebrow threading and she offers other services.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at Store #546 today (March 6, 2026)…read more After leaving the store and walking to my car, an employee followed me into the parking lot and took photos of my license plate. No explanation was given for why they were doing this. Being followed outside by an employee and having photos taken of my vehicle felt intimidating and unnecessary. I had already left the store and the interaction inside had ended. Customers should not feel like they are being monitored or followed when leaving a business. This kind of behavior is very concerning from a customer service and safety standpoint. I felt like my eyebrows looked like they needed plucking. She drew it first and the they she drew it looked fine but she didn't follow her drawing at all. And I would rate negative if I could.
