Follow up! Brows looked amazing, but then again, I hadn't…read morereally had much to start. Went in for my touch up, 4 weeks later. I brought to her attention that the left brown had kind of a bald spot. Ana did her touch up and away I went. Now, 2 weeks from my follow up (total of 6 weeks since the initial appt), the bald spot is still there. Doesn't really look like it had been touched up. It looks like a few sharpie lines with space in between. It is not at all blended nicely like the right brow. I will contact the salon and make an appointment to have Ana look again. On average, in my hometown Houston, I pay any where from $7-$10 to get a decent job so when I saw that the price was $12, I figured that this place must as well be good. NEGATIVE. When I first walked in the ladies looked at me like was lost. They were not warm at all, nonetheless, I wanted to get my eyebrows done, so I ignored the feeling. ALWAYS TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS. I sat in the chair of the non-Indian woman I think she was from Eastern Europe by her accent. When my eyes were closed I could hear and feel her using the scissors more than she used the thread on my eyebrows and when she handed me the mirror, I felt like crying. I asked the other lady if she could fix it and she stated "If you don't like it, you don't have to pay and can leave." I have never been so insulted in my life from a threading salon. They assumed that I didn't want to pay when all I wanted was for someone with better hands to fix the situation. The Easter European lady went on to state that "I've been doing this for 5 years and never had a complaint." As if to put the blame back on me for trimming off half of my eyebrows. Now I have to rub castor oil on my eyebrows and hope that my eye brows grow back again. Bottom line, these people are rude and charge too much to do a shoddy job.

However the place is nice and clean didn't have to wait long got called after I seen my eye brows I was disappointed it looks like the end of my eye brow was chopped off! Asked the lady what happend? She said nothing! Just a shrug. So she charged me them it was my moms turn who got the same lady( wish I had got her name) bad choice! My mom is missing a chunk of hair in the middle of her eyebrow. How does that even happen? Idk anyway my mom told the lady "what happened to my hair?! Once again the lady said nothing and shrugged. My mom was really upset. But what can we do?
