I brought to her attention that the left brown had kind of a bald spot. Ana did her touch up and away I went. Now, 2 weeks from my follow up (total of 6 weeks since the initial appt), the bald spot is still there. Doesn't really look like it had been touched up. It looks like a few sharpie lines with space in between. It is not at all blended nicely like the right brow. I will contact the salon and make an appointment to have Ana look again. Extremely Disappointed - Lack of Professionalism and Follow-Through…read more I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with The Brow Morpho to hopefully save someone else from going through the same. After paying $409 for brow services, I was left worse off than when I started. My natural brows were altered in a way that made them larger and uneven, requiring daily corrective work with makeup--something I was trying to avoid in the first place. Before booking, I was told that my brows could be updated using a specific technique tailored to my needs. That never happened. After the initial service, I was informed she had gone on a hiatus in June--something I was never made aware of in advance--and since returning, she hasn't made any effort to fix the issues she created. What's more frustrating is that while she's clearly accepting clients through her calendar, she's no longer offering the tattoo brow service I initially paid for and was assured she could deliver. It now feels like I was misled about her qualifications or offerings. Even worse, communication has been incredibly unprofessional. She will "heart" my messages but doesn't respond to them in any meaningful or professional way. No resolution, no follow-up, no attempt to make things right. This experience was not only a waste of money but also a serious blow to my confidence. I strongly caution others to do thorough research and ensure there's a written agreement about what services are included and what to expect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend The Brow Morpho.
