I had my appointment set for 2/25 and unfortunately due to a extremely severe family emergency I missed my appointment. I called the studio on 2/25 and explained the situation and they informed me they would honor a one time courtesy as I have never missed an appointment. I thanked them and rescheduled appointment for following week on 3/3. Unfortunately, on this day I was called into hospital to make final decisions for my family member and was unable to make appointment. When I called the studio to again apologize and explain situation they informed me that I was not credited any visit from last appointment missed and that I would need to schedule my next appointment in April to stay current with the membership or pay out of pocket. I explained to the receptionist the situation and that I was told I was going to be able to use my February membership charge for my appointment in March and she informed me there was no courtesy noted and that she would have the manager call me back and explain and I did not receive a call. I was so frustrated with this that I decided to cancel membership. I called on 3/4 to ask to cancel and they informed me I had to come into a studio to fill out forms. I came into the studio on 3/5 to fill out form and then the receptionist informs me that I will be charged one more time on April 1 since it takes 30 days. That's ridiculous!!! I had to take time out to come to the studio when I'm making arrangements for my loved one and then told that I will be charged another $44 the following month! That is unacceptable. Plus I already was charged $88 in membership for services I can't even use. Now I understand the point to a cancellation policy, however there should be acceptions to this given life altering circumstances. I can not believe that a company can be so cold and unwilling to help a client during a difficult time. I will never go back there again! read more

I love love LOVE this place! I started coming here in December 2022 & haven't looked back! Such a professional yet cozy atmosphere. The receptionist no matter who it is is ALWAYS very pleasant and patient. The esthetician that I book (Nicole) is always super friendly and makes me feel welcomed and comfortable every single visit. She is also very good at relieving my anxiety about potential pain I may experience depending on the service I am requesting. Also, this place is very CLEAN and sanitary which is a major deal for me. I'm now 9 months pregnant and I just got my final pregnancy service done 2 days ago! Nicole was so accommodating and careful while preforming my waxing. Again, If you're looking for somewhere to satisfy your waxing needs this is place to be! 100/10 recommend! :) read more

I booked an appointment for a brow tint. I normally have my wax's done here and I've had a brow tint once. I'm 33 weeks pregnant and asked beforehand if that will be an issue. I'm told it's totally fine. I show up 20 minutes prior to my appointment, VERY VISIBLY PREGNANT. I stand in the waiting room until 5 minutes past my appointment time. Someone finally comes out. Brings me back to a room and leaves and "will be back in a minute." A couple minutes later she comes back and asks me if I'm pregnant which I was respond with um yes? She tells me the service won't hold. Sure... understandable. What's not understandable is how this whole thing could have been avoided had they informed me correctly when I asked before booking. Or At least show up on time to bring me back. I want to add too that there was like nobody in at the time of my appointment so it's not like she was with another customer. I'm not going to mention her name because she's not necessarily at fault. If you're pregnant, just DO NOT BOOK A BROWN TINT. They will probably tell you it's fine and then waste your time. read more

I found this place here on Yelp and decided to give it a try. You can make your appt by phone or online whichever is easier for you. First time visit I received 50% off a service. Everyone was very nice and professional. When you check in they give you a little questionnaire and waiver to sign to get to know a little about your skin and what you may be prone to. My cerologist Andrea made sure to communicate the process. It was very relaxing. Andrea made sure to make it as painless as possible. This place is very clean and staff were very friendly. Upon leaving I was given a slip of the today's services and any recommendations. On there is also the date for my next recommended visit. On the back gives info on things you may need to avoid in the next 24-48 hours. They also have a membership club(Club Orange) where you can get 20% off each month. I stopped coming to this place because the individuals here are not proficient in waxing and their front desk staff is low IQ. They make fraudulent charges to credit cards! This whole waxing business is a scam. You're better off seeing an actual esthetician with their own business. read more

I have had the best experience at This location with Samantha! She makes the entire experience less awkward, considering the service that you go for lol. I don't think I've been to any other place that has had such a friendly cerologist. They are not pushy and will recommend products based on what you ask for. Very nice staff and place. read more

I waited for 30 minutes over my appointment time. The appointment took double the amount of time it takes at European Wax Center. Now, my regrowth has been instant, whereas with European Wax Center, it usually takes more than a month. The receptionist was great, but the service was not good. 10/10 would definitely come back and recommend. This was my first time getting waxed so I really had no idea what to expect and it was on a whim. The place had just opened on the east side but I've heard good things about the one on Mesa so I was excited to see they had opened one on the east so I could go see what all the hype was about. I was greeted pleasantly and they made sure I went through the paperwork process to ensure I would have a wonderful experience. Stephanie was my waxer and she did an amazing job making sure that I was comfortable and well informed. They use hard or soft wax depending on the area and they make sure you don't have any allergies or anything that might interfere with the process. I'll definitely be coming back.. read more

I want to start out by saying that my experience with the front desk girls, and every girl I have come to for any service has been 5/5 stars, very professional, and always a good experience. However, I recommended my sister to come here, and we both have paid for monthly memberships for over a year now. My sister received a service, while my brother-in law (her husband) and myself waited in the waiting area. After her service finished up, the lady who did her service came out, while my sister was changing, and started talking very loudly to the girl at the front desk, about my sister. She was laughing and talking loudly about how much regrowth my sister had on a Brazilian service, at the front desk, with myself, my brother in-law, and a couple other patrons who were also there waiting just sitting feet away from her, completely all well-within ear shot of everything she was saying. My brother in-law was so upset that he stood up to say something, but then my sister came out. The girls quickly stopped talking, and when they saw myself and my brother in-law were there waiting for my sister, they just looked very embarrassed apologized to us quickly. As my sister did not know what had just happened, she happily paid, left the generous tip that she always does, and booked her next appointment. We told her what happened when we got back in the car, and then came back the next day, because we felt the need to report the issue, as it was extremely unprofessional, only to find out that the lady who did the service and was talking so loudly and rudely about my sister, in open, was the manager. Again, we have both come back several times since this time, and have never had any other problems with anyone else, but that was so completely unacceptable, especially from someone who is supposed to be setting the bar and standard for the business. read more

I usually come here because the front desk staff are welcoming and nice, however some of the staff that actually perform the services are not punctual at all. For a business that charges a customer when they are late or cancel too close to the appointment, being late as a worker should never be an issue. read more
