Everyone is welcoming and it was super easy to make an appointment the night prior. They take their time and ensure good quality with the work they provide their customers. Establishment is very clean and sanitary. All tools they used are sterilized and fresh from bags for each service and customer. BUT it was pretty busy at the time we arrived, maybe it was their rush hour. but once i was called it was perfect. my nail tech was Joanna (i hope im spelled it correctly) and she was absolutely AMAZING!!!! her hands are superrrr gentle and she was super sweet. i told her about a cut i had on my thumb and she made sure she didnt hit it and she was pretty quick. and dont even get me started on the end result!!! absolutely gorgeous. read more

As a male customer, I try to get past the awkwardness of getting pedicures once in a while to spoil myself. I've never felt so uncomfortable getting a pedicure as I did today. I tried to make conversation with the pedicurist, but she immediately let me know she didn't know English and didn't even attempt. I was fine with that until she begin a discussion with coworkers and the male supervisor/manager in English. She seemed irritated through the whole process. I always look forward to the mini massage on my ankles and calves but she took the oil off just as fast as she put it on, maybe a good 10 seconds per leg. Wow, as I'm typing this review the only other male stormed out of the facility. You could tell he was being ignored and females coming in after him were tended to before him. I asked for a mini facial that was supposedly to be done in conjunction or at least after the pedicure but they ignored me. There is a lady now being tended to by two employees (the same pedicurist that worked on me) at the same time and they seem to be having a great time smiling, laughing, and screaming out obscenities (pinche perros!). Only reason I'm giving this place one star is because they offered me a soda while I wait for my wife to be finished with her manicure and the chair massage was excellent. Looks like the manicurist burnt my wife twice with the nail drill. Beware of additional charges that were not mentioned until once we got to the register of course. This place might be ok for some, but definitely not for me. This is a service based business and the lack of customer service is apparent. read more

I've been going to this place for about a year and a half because it's right by our house and have never had an issue. This time I went in to get a pedicure and wanted a flower instead of all one color. The girl who was supposed to paint the flower on my toenail left and offered me stickers instead. If I'm paying $75 to get my nails done you aren't going to put stickers on them that I can get from the store. So I went for a glitter nail instead, I wasn't even irritated. The color I picked turned out to be neon which didn't look neon on the color swatch and I realized it after she painted two nails that it was wayyyy to bright so I told her I wanted a different color. She says she wants me to like it in English and acts like it isn't a big deal but spends the next 7mins complaining about it in Chinese. All she had to do was wipe it off and get a different color, all of which took about 2mins. She spent more time complaining about it than it took to just switch the polish to something I didn't hate. I'm not a picky person and am very nice but if I'm going to pay over $80 with a tip than you can be damn sure I'm going to like what ends up on my toes. Do not recommend. Disclaimer: I had a gift certificate that I had won from a Breast Cancer event which was NOT honored from this establishment. There was no amount written on the "amount" line on the certificate, but there was the services listed for what it would cover. The salon did not honor it and charged me for the services since "there was no value listed". Besides not being honored the certificate the salon was a nightmare. The staff was rude and seemed bothered with the walk in clients. I was asked to soak my nails while I waited for my mani/ pedi. The bowl I was given had nail clippings and polish in them so I asked for a clean bowl which made the man at the salon more irate. After that he did use clean tools on me which was a relief. He rushed through my manicure, and then rushed through the pedicure all while texting and taking back to back calls during my service. This place is terrible. Went to get a pedicure and the woman (an older woman, don't remember her name) kept looking at me and making faces of disappointment when she buffed my feet. At first I thought she was trying to be funny so I just smiled. But then, she cut my cuticle and then put it on my foot and point at them and shake her head. At me as to embarrass. I wish I was making this up. Do they not want business? It got so bad I basically had to put headphones in because she wouldn't stop being rude. I was very disappointed with this place. :/ I'm sorry but if you have any other option go to a different salon. I got a regular pedicure with regular polish but some of my toes were not cut right or painted over. I also got a gel manicure and this was probably the most disappointed part of my visit. The lady seemed in a rush and did not moisturize my nails or hands afterward (not sure if I'm just used to what other salons do) but my hands looked really rough after. She also did not check that my nails were cut the same so some of my nails are longer than others. Not worth the $, there are other nail salons for these prices that have better service. read more

Never have I been so disappointed with the quality of service at a nail salon before. I received service from who I assume is brand new or just graduated cosmetology school. I don't mind letting new people get practice so I was patient even though it took 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure. She kept messing up removing and reapplying the nail polish. I paid $50 for a job that looks like it had been done by a 5 year old. I left very upset and ended up calling back to see if I can get a refund or if someone else could redo my nails. The manager or one of the owners said no refunds but she could check the quality of my nails and redo them for no additional charge. She took 5 minutes to redo them and I even had to tell her to apply more coats and to reshape my nails...she was also talking on her phone the entire time. By the end, while I was drying my nails the Hispanic lady who had done my nails previously was staring me down the entire time as if she was insulted. I still tipped her!!! I came into this salon as a walk in, wanting a full set. I was immediately put into a chair and a man ( I didn't get his name ) started working. So the number one thing that irked me was all the techs were watching a football game.... They all ignored their clients they were working on to turn around and watch tv. Customer service is pretty important to me and these employees most definitely didn't practice it very well. Secondly, I had asked to see the selection of gel colors and was thrown .... Yes thrown a about 1/3 of the samples. I didn't find the color I had wanted but I decided to bite the bullet and I asked to see one of the samples presented... When I decided that I didn't like that color and asked to see another I got the biggest "sigh" I have ever heard. It was louder than one I'd get from my toddler ... I was not impressed. I will give it to him that he did do a good job and I liked the end product. I guess if I go back I'll make sure there aren't any football games on. read more

This was my go-to nail place but the last two times have been disappointing. Tri does a good job but I've ended up with another lady (not sure of her name). The first time she gave me a pedicure she was so crabby about the whole thing I could tell it wouldn't end well. My polish was uneven and cracked. The second time I went in for a gel manicure and it looks terrible. I have polish on the skin surrounding my nails, it's uneven and she filed them way too short. My advice, request Tri or Celeste. Right away I noticed how dirty the place was and all the tools were not sanitized from what I could see. The lady who was doing my nails definitely seemed like a nice woman. However, her nail skills were horrendous. Never in my experience getting nails have I been cut so many times on various fingers! I was so close to telling her to stop because the cut on one of my fingers was so bad. Looking at my now finished nails I can see how lumpy they are and how she did not file them correctly. This place was my go to place since it was close to my home and I love the hot stone/hot towel pedicure at no additional cost. But on two different occasions after I came home I noticed that my big toe had green and black in it. I didn't think anything about it the first time. I had just thought I smashed my toe. A month later I went back and it happened again, but this time it was severely infected and my toe nail fell off. I no longer will be going back. So I initially loved this place. However I refuse to go back anymore. The place was great until they hired new staff throughout mid-late last year. All the new girls are crappy and take forever!! My last time visiting I guess they were "training" some of the nail techs to do eyebrows, well ..it was awful. This ******* ruined my eyebrows and tried to blame me for it! I had mentioned to her before she began I had been maintain them with tweezers...(I only tweezed from the bottom). She does my brows and I was horrified! I was so embarrassed that I could barely hold my head up as I walked out the door. She over waxed/trimmed them with the scissors and the top wasn't even! They were so messed up... I honestly wanted to cry...
