Went there for a pedicure and they sat me in a chair with my foot in the water for 42 minutes, while the only 2 techs there were doing nails. The shop was warm inside as if they were conserving air. At no time during my wait did they update me on how much longer I would be sitting there or offer me any water. These people are not considerate of your needs and the female is constantly on her phone face-timing family. I recommend if you walk into this establishment, first, take notice of how many techs are working, and secondly, take notice of how many other customers are waiting before they seat you in a chair for a pedicure. I sat in the waiting area waiting for my pedicure to begin and wow all I can say is that one of the nail techs there was soo mean to their customer. The customer showed her a picture of how she wanted her nails to look like and the nail tech said "wow you told me this" (very rudely) and continued to rudely talk to the customer for the remainder of her nail session. It was my first time at this salon and never going back again after what I witness. Like nobody is gonna talk to me like this. I would have asked for another nail tech I proceeded with my pedicure and it was sooo rushed. She saw my nails and obviously my toes needed trimming. She didn't trim til I told her to trim them down. I arrived at iGel Nail Spa at 7:21pm. I just wanted to get a set of gel nails. I walk up to the door and they said they're closed. I said online and your sign says you close at 8pm. There was a man and woman standing at the front counter. I asked again. They were rather rude as if I was bothering them. This was my first time even trying this place. I let them know I will never come back. I will take my money and time elsewhere. Thank you very much! As a business owner myself I could not believe they would be like this. I was welcomed greatly by one of their new members on his first day. My nails came out nice however on my thumb he didn't paint my whole nail there is streaking. I also got a pedicure and he did cut me white an amount and then sprayed my feet with alcohol after which clearly irritated the cuts. 47$ for plain white acrylic nails and 22$ just for painting my toes white as well. I had a great first experience at this nail salon. I love getting gel manicures because they last and look great. This is the third place I've tried and I finally found a great quality manicure. I made an appointment for my preferred time seamlessly on their website and was seen promptly. They have a large selection of colors and was even given some personalized recommendations. My husband and I came to get a pedicure and the guy that worked me gave me the most half assed pedicure! He didn't even scrub my feet correctly. I told him to please remove the dead skin on my heels, he touched them and said no they're fine.... Like???? I'm gonna pay for the service just do what I ask please? Anyway after the super unsatisfying pedicure I decided to get a full set (smh!!) he took forever to finish my set kept filing and filing while looking away and talking to his peers he over filed on a couple of my nails they're dented! I asked for round shape nails and she gave me almond nails. She made an excuse as to why round nails didn't look good long. She had someone else come in and "try to fix" my nails and he made them worst. She was rude and would basically throw my hand with force so that I can switch hands. I went to get a fill in. I told don't have names. He is young, skinny Asian guy. I told him 2 of my nails had lifted. He offered to give me a full set for the same price. I declined. He removed one nail, which was one that lifted. Started removing the others, still intact. I told him it was hurting. reiterated I didn't want a full set. He got up and threw the nail clip on the table and walked away. I threw nail swatches toward him before I knew it. He got mad because I didn't want a full set. I asked the manager, how can he peal off my nails one by one without soaking them off? That's painful! Needless it say....I left and got my nails done elsewhere. Excellent Service and Prices.. Bambi always leaves my nails beautiful and the best part is they no longer lift I can go up to 3 weeks before fills.. Lee does the best pedicures, she is always very thorough to ensure my toes are well groomed and look nice.. Both ladies are very courteous, professional and friendly they take their time to ensure they do the best job.. I have never been disappointed by their work... They took FOREVER to do my nails. Don't get me wrong. I appreciate somebody taking their time. But I was here an hr and a half just to get a gel set done. Btw shellac is NOT the same a gel nails. I asked for shellac and they sat there and said it's gel nails and it's the same thing. I have a cosmetology licence. I know they are 2 different services. But ok. I got the "gel"nails done. They looked decent. Her hand massage literally lasted 10 seconds on both hands. Didn't even touch my wrists or forearms. Very lazy especially since the service took so long. Not relaxing or even very welcoming in there. I gave 2 stars only because my nails look nice. Hopefully they will last and not chip or lift in the next few days. Male owner rude & unprofessional! He got angry when I questioned the nail process & didn't agree w/him. He wanted to soak my nails in acetone for 40 minutes. When I helped remove the polish since I didn't want my nails soaked forever in acetone, he had his wife tell me they couldn't work on me since I removed the polish myself. read more

this was my first and probably last time coming here. i came in for a mani/pedi i waited close to an hour and i finally got seated for my pedi. i still waited for about 45 mins with my feet soaked to have someone come attend me. when it was finally my turn, one of the workers asked me if i'm willing to wait for her since she was almost done with her previous client. keep in mind, one nail technician was available but took back and attended someone else. at this point i was already irritated. two customers came in saying they had appointments as well. if they had appointments they need to be more organized since they did confirm they accept walk ins. the girl i got made me bleed twice as well. their prices are also pretty pricey for the lack/poor service they give. read more

I came because of all the good things I heard from others, so I decided to give it a try. I walk in and the lady asks what I want and I tell her overlay (my nails are long and natural so I just put acrylic over, no tips). I sit where I am assigned and next thing you know the lady starts cutting off my nails and I mean cutting them all the way to my finger!! She cut them so short it hurt!! So I'm pissed because she cut my real nails that I spent time growing out, and I'm in pain. Time to take off the acrylic... I thought she was going to soak off the acrylic like I said, but instead she put nail tips under to yank them off. Long story short, my nails look super wide, they don't look natural at all, and my hands have been hurting for 3 days. I've been here twice because like some people I believe in second chances I shouldn't have given this place a second chance the two times I stepped in this place the workers I got were rude unfortunately I don't know their names but the first time I got a lady and she was going to rough on my nails and I'd complain and she'd keep going too hard and the nail she had applied flew off because of how harsh she was being my natural nail was fine thank God. Prices were very good! My gel layover was nice. But I don't like how hard they used the drill. After I told him it was burning he continued to do it. And it was hours ago and my nails hurt so bad and are so sore. It was just a over kill on drilling. There was some gel on my fingers and the guy told me it would come off a day later. No I don't want polish on my skin. He took it off after I asked him nicely to. And the free edge of my nails on the edges are not painted so it looks weird if you look there. Clean place. I had by far the worst experience getting my nails done. "Little boy" did not know what he was doing. Apparently, pushing cuticle back and filing/shaping nails is considered "manicure" in this place. Worst full set I have ever gotten. I wanted to get my nails done from a new place and I regretted it. The oldest looking guy did my nails and got distracted several times while doing my nails and when I asked for coffin shape, you can still see part of my real nail sticking out! He didn't ask me anything, I had to tell him I wanted it coffin shape. I told him how long I wanted my nails and he filed them for so long it got really short that I could've just painted my real nails for free. Didn't even clean up under my nails after, there were still chunks under most of my nails and he painted my nails like a child, it is over my cuticles and on my skin.
