The 3 stars are the overall review of this place. My pedicure, facials, and massages have been great here. However, I have to warn you about the eye lash extensions. I should of walked away when she was telling me how long and beautiful my lashes were. She asked me if I got eyelash extensions before and she was so shocked when I said yes. She let me know that the lashes she was putting on me were clusters, plastic and needed no upkeep? None? I knew that was false. But Fine, I thought, I'm going to Vegas I want something dramatic. During the application my eyes itched like crazy! Instead of a nice eye gel pad under my eyes, she had put tape and it was a struggle to get the tape off my eyes when she was done. She grabbed an ugly eyelash curler full of gunk and decided to use this to make the eyelashes curl out of my eyes. So odd! The following day after application, one eye was so red and burning! I had even called and they said I can come in to have her take a look, it was too late as my flight was leaving that morning. A friend of mine told me that's normal with "cheap" eye lash extensions. Now after two weeks later she put so much glue on my lashes that it tore off my natural long lashes. It served it's purpose for my trip, but was it worth the pain and discomfort and the lack of lashes I have now? Absolutely not... if you are looking for eyelash extensions, please, please, spend the money and go to a licensed professional. Your eyes are worth it. read more

Over priced for mani & pedi. My pedicure was terrible! The nail tech was on the phone the entire time which I don't mind; however, she cut my cuticle and did not tell me. I found out with the burning when she placed alcohol on the cut and she still didn't let me know. Not mention the poor quality of the actual paint job she did (see picture below). She did not use a clear polish as a base and my toes were stained with the purple polish. My gel manicure was just as bad. The nail tech had to redo my 4 of nails because the gel was lumping. After a 1.5 hour gel manicure the results were mediocre for the price of $35. I won't be visiting again. read more

This place is amazing compared to other nail spas. I have had my nails botched at other spas and this place never disappoints me even when I don't get an appointment with my regular nail tech. They have so many great creams and lotions their CBD cream is great for sore feet before bed. They offer soothing pedicures and have very reasonable pricing. read more

After going to a few salons, I realized that you just have to try different people until you find the person you love going with. Which can lead to a few hits and many misses. I like the rooms here and I like that they have quite a few staff members who do pretty much everything. If you're used to your wax being done all at once and being out of there quickly, you won't mind Angie who was very sweet. If you do not like talking through out your wax and prefer waxing in sections, I recommend Ana. She was very, very professional. Judith has been the friendliest person I've interacted with so I'll try my luck with her next. I noticed that it makes no difference to arrive early. No problem since I've never waited more than 10 minutes. While waiting I noticed they carry DND Gel, if you're a nude nails lover like I am, you'll love these colors. They're my favorite variety. I've never seen these at a salon in Ep so I'm glad i have a backup salon for my gel. read more

I went to get lash extensions and my left lid was glued up it was horrible. The tech said it would only be like that for a bit but it stayed that way. My lashes had thick globs of glue and looked really bad. She used the curler as to hide the horrible job she did but over curled them and just made it worse. I've never had such a horrible job done on my lash extensions. I will never be back and I will make sure all my friends know not to go to Touch Discount spa. Spare yourself the pain read more

Last year my daughter had an eyelash lift and tint and she loved it, the lady who did it was awesome. So we decided to go back and Perla did our lashes this time and they were horrible looking. My curl was soo tight it looked like if I didn't even have lashes and they were poking my eyes. After two weeks of no change I went back and she relaxed them a little. I ended up with a burnt eyelid and spider leg looking lashes. Two months have passed and I still have a hard time wearing mascara because my lashes are all over the place. We don't treat ourselves enough El Paso.. Get massages the traffic on I-10 is not gonna get any better for a while. We have to relax and detox. Discount day is just that discount a discount not a cheaper quality massage. Where the location lacks is no grand lobby or decor. The massage rooms are nice and calming. I had two services done A 50 minute massage that was perfect! Allie!! Ask for Allie. She is at both locations and she applied the right pressure. I told her you should go teach at El Paso community college because you have a different technique and she told me "I was the 10th person who told her that that maybe it's an omen" The 2nd service is why I didn't give this place 5 star and if I just had this service I would have given this place 3 star. Came here to get a gel mani and a pedi. Honestly the worst manicure and pedi I've ever had. My cuticles were not cut well, shaping was horrible and my gel is lifting. First time it lifted and I got it fixed. The girl filed all of the gel off after I told her that my nails are weak and she agreed. Kept filing my natural nail and now they're so thin. I'm not longer in town and two of the same nails have chipped and one has completely lifted. This has never happened to me before as they usually last 10-14 days at the least. read more

Ok so I am stressing a little about my new job coming up. So I wanted to give myself a little pampering and relaxation. Now I normally come to Touch Day Spa on George Dieter for my massages. Well I had called yesterday to make an Appt I was told 4pm for a 50 min. Well as time got closer A Rep from Touch Day Spa called me and said that the masseuse had an emergency and that my Appt would have to be cancelled. If I wanted to reschedule for Sunday 10/20/19 at 12pm for a 100 mins. I said sure. Well I got there at Touch Day Spa at 11:45. I was not called back till about 12:15-12:20pm. I was on the bed at 12:22. So let's say the massage started at 12:25. The masseuse was finished, she left the room for me to change. I looked at the clock it was 13:40. I was shorted 25 mins from a 100 mins. I notified the front desk about this issue and then starting 20 mins late. For the initial price of $75, I was given a $5 discount for the shortage. Not happy, not good business. Like I said I normally come to Touch Day Spa and the service is exceptional! That might have to change on where I get my massages. Oh well.... read more

High end prices for a mediocre setup, walk-ins welcome.

Nothing discount about this spa but the quality. Went in for a pedicure. They were friendly and accommodating, as I was a walk-in. The place was clean and I like the fact that they use fresh/new pumice scrub and file for each client. I don't mind paying $30 for a pedicure, if I receive a $30 pedicure. The entire process took 20 minutes tops. The soak was maybe 5 minutes. I did not want the "grater" file used so she used the pumice scrub for literally 30 seconds on each foot. She cut my nails but then filed them down so short I had to tell her that she was filing skin instead of nail. She barely removed any cuticle and I had to ask her to remove the dead, dry skin around the toe nails. The sugar scrub again was literally, 30-45 seconds on each lower calf and foot. The nail polish job looks messy as it extends over the cuticle on most toes. And I guess they don't do any kind of lotion massage, just some greasy oil was quickly applies to my legs and half my foot, AFTER my sandals were put on, leaving my feet slippery to walk in. I usually enjoy the relaxation of getting a quality pedicure but this was definitely not the case. And they weren't busy so there really wasn't any excuse. Don't think I'll be going back. read more

I went for my friends bridal party. We were supposed to have VIP room but nothing felt like we were VIP. I was left waiting for my pedi for over 30mins, they had to 're heat the water. Then once they finally got to me the lady scrubbed the top of my toes and ended up cutting me. Then I had a mani, and I had to be changing colors because the paint was dry or lumpy. We had to keep track of what person was next in line. It's been 3 days and my gel mani is now peeling and I paid $58 for that service. Ugh! Never again! read more

My nail tech was awesome. The color selection for gel was awful. There were very few bottles f gel and they were mostly very bright! They had no OPI gel at all. The front desk was rushing my nail tech so that she could begin on another customer. I pay a lot of money and expect for time to be taken to do a great job. I was looking for a salon to fix my hair at a reasonable price and found this place is 3 minutes away from where I live so I checked it out. Very nice and friendly environment! Everyone was very welcoming. Unfortunately I don't remember my stylist's name but she did an awesome job. Kept my long hair yay! Great conversation and fun to talk to. She was very knowledgable about products and techniques to improve my damaged hair. I had an awful experience there! The front desk was nice, gave me my paperwork to fill out and i sat down. After a while my technician came out and said "are you ready?" no asking my name, or introducing herself, I still have no idea what her name is. I followed her back to the room, as it was my first time getting lash extensions I assumed I would get some information on the process, how to take care of etc. this was not the case, she didn't even talk to me the entire time. She did however make 4 phone calls!! All were on speakerphone, but 2 of them she had the phone on the bed right next to my ear!! Thank goodness they are only so loud, so i didnt go deaf, but it was loud and annoying, but shes messing around near my eyes so i didn't say anything. Then when shes done she hands me a disposable flip flop and tells me i can use that to fan my eyes cause it will continue to burn for another half hour or so. Seriously? a flip flop?? and where was that information when i called to make the appointment?? I asked how long it would take, i was told just a half hr, not that it would take an additional half hour before i should even drive! I shouldnt off drove, but i didnt have a choice. I called the manager(not sure thats who i really talked to though) and told her about the phone calls and she said "u'm sorry..... ill umm....... tell her not to do that" with a response like that i didn't see the point in mentioning the rest of the bad customer service. BTW it is now 3 hrs after my service and my eyes still burn!!! Also they advertise multiple colors, and when i made the appointment i asked what colors and they said the normal colors and bright colors like purple and such, which they said they had all in stock, which they did not!! I went for a Brazilian Bikini wax as a walk in. They were able to accommodate me however $50 is expensive for you to go home with hair still down there. So attention to detail is not high on their list of to-do's. The thing that bothered me the most was that have blue wax (which was very sloppily applied) and a couple of honey wax rollers - YES, the personal ones you buy at Sally's with the white plastic roller on the top. This seems really unsanitary to since they don't change the roller that touches the clients just "clean them really well". (analytically thinking - you are going to contaminate the wax trying to clean the roller) Needless to say, I will not be returning to them read more

My daughter and I went for a manicure&pedicure on Fri morning. Early that same day my daughter noticed the nail polish on her toenails rubbing off. Saturday, the following day, I noticed that the nail polish on my fingernails was already chipping, falling off, or totally fallen off some of my fingernails. I went to talk to the manager that Saturday afternoon. She said that because I did not get the gel nail polish this was to be expected. Had a spa day with some friends. The body scrubs were awesome. They only have one shower which takes longer for a group since we go one at a time. The shower head needs to be changed. Didn't want to wash my hair and had to since the shower head spraid everywhere except on your body! Water pressure too low. The foot massage was great and the pedicure was beautiful! Just didn't care for one of the girls that stepped in after for another girl. Note she's been there 6 years. She walked in talking about herself and was really rude to my friend after my friend was nice. She also sucked at doing nail tips. The nail polish wasn't applied the way it should be especially being Gel. It also was not applied to the entire nail. 2 weeks after my friend went to get her fills elsewhere and when they removed the gel she had fungus on one nail. The nail tech I went to was awesome but didn't apply the gel polish as she should. I just removed the gel and ALL my nails were "lifted" and some had fungus.
