This is a cute little place to bring your daughter when its your weekend to have unsupervised visitation and you just realized you forgot her birthday was last week. During these trying times (corona virus) it is so hard to find a place that you even trust, let alone are willing to be open for a small child's birthday. totally spoiled easier my fears of cleanliness and delivered such an amazing experienced or my daughters 6th birthday party. I didn't like this place because when we were there it was kind of dirty and they try to use Araceile pulled tell that they nudes and the girl previously before on my daughter and I had to ask them to use a fresh towel. My sister (10) was visiting from out of town and wanted to get her nails done so we found this place online and decided to check it out since not many nail salons in El Paso do children's nails. She got a shellac manicure $25 and 3 colored fusion extensions $25. A couple other girls were there getting manicures and chocolate facials. They got to wear robes and drink pink lemonade from little champagne glasses and looked adorable! I don't remember the employees name who serviced us but she was nice and made convo with my sister! She even braided my sisters hair afterwards and added glitter which I thought was cool and my sister loved it! It could use a nice clean though but other than that it was a cool place for kids to get pampered! read more

Had a birthday party for my daughter and her friends and although they liked their pedicures and manicures, I was disappointed with their service. For the amount of money they charged, there was little to no interaction with the girls. There were 4 employees which I believed were the owner, her daughter and two employees. The two employees actually did a good job with their work but the other two not so much. The owner did nails and completely ignored the girls even stopped working on one to talk to another client and to be on her phone. Her daughter did hair and those were the worst hair dos I've ever seen. No really attempt to do them. She tried to keep the girls' bows and kept their hair ties. I had to tell the girls to go get their bows and watched her stick the hair ties in her drawer. One of the employees did the hair to one of the girls and it was completely different. She made and effort and even curled the hair. The daughter didn't bother making their hair look nice at all. The "chocolate facial" is wiped from all the girls with the same rag that they use on everyone. After completing the spa activities, I rounded the girls in the little party room and they didn't bother to sing happy birthday or interact anymore with us. They all sat on their phones and did each others hair. So the day before the party the owner tells me that her credit card machine isn't working and to take cash. When I walk in I see two different customers pay with card. So when I try to pay with my card, the daughter claims the machine down. I then give her cash and of course they have no change and are all trying to group their money together to get me change. When she gives me the change, I count it and it's short. I feel like I was totally robbed from this business and will never go there again and anyone who asks me about this place will get a warning to run far away. read more

So I never even got to experience the services here because they were extremely rude. I walked in and waited patiently for a few minutes with my three year old and no one came to help us. I finally got up and started looking around and asked for help but was rudely told that they never heard me coming in... Im sorry for the inconvenience I guess. There was a lady that was cutting hair that saw me and didn't help which is fine because she was busy, but maybe she could have alerted the others. I never got to experience the services, however, I scheduled an appointment well in advance the day before via Facebook. Communication as to when my daughter's appointment time was, was very poor. I requested an appointment (that was approved by Annita) at 12:45, was then told she wasn't available until "1;16"...time was unclear. I stated I would arrive at 1:15. Up on arriving at 1:00, we weren't told where to check in so we sat with others and waited our turn. Everyone that was there before us was taken in for their cut, as well as others that came after us that went to the back of the salon. It's very frustrating to wait 30+ minutes when you have a scheduled/confirmed appointment, to never be greeted or told how to check in, and to be passed up in line by others who clearly knew the routine and arrived after us. We walked out....massive WASTE of time. Very unprofessional business environment and will be going somewhere else, unfortunately. read more

They enjoyed being able to choose all the different spa services of manicures, pedicures , facials and face paintings. All girls had fun and their were lots of giggles and smiles!
