So I will start off by saying that my pedicure was great and I have no complaints about that…read more Let's move on to the manicure. Keep in mind I am in the Army. So I need to abide by AR 670-1. Which means I can have clear nails only. Not clear pink. Just clear. I asked for a clear dip manicure which is something I get on the regular at another salon. My nails looked very speckled and had poor clarity. When I pointed this out she blamed it on the powered and said that's just how it looks. Mind you, I get my nails done every 3 weeks so I know that's not how it normally works. She refused to redo it and instead put a coat of clear pink over my nails thinking that would fix it. I kept going back and forth with her and she insisted it looked good. It did not. Finally, I gave up because I had to meet friends for dinner. I am now on my way to get this fixed at another salon because I absolutely cannot wear these nails in uniform. Super disappointed because I paid good money to have my nails done and they look terrible.
