Steer clear of the men! They did a horrible job on my friend and me. She did a regular polish mani and pedi. I did the shellac mani and pedi. Zoom in on the pictures to see the horrible job. The guy working on my friend (black polish) was very rude and kept hurting. He would get mad instead of apologizing when she said, "Ouch." Don't waste your time or money here! read more

Do NOT go here. I've gone here a total of three times. Most have been good experiences but it's sad to say that they can't be trusted. Two of the times I've gone I payed with separate cards and unfortunately I noticed to late that they've been taking money from both of my cards. They were small charges which is why I didn't notice at first but no matter how much money it is this situation should have never happened. Under Im putting a photo of the statement just so everyone can see my proof the charges that have been taken from my accounts have been done my square meaning that they saved my card information and keep charging me. The only charge I actually made and consented to was the 45 dollar one. I'm really upset that they did this and I don't want this to happen to other people. It was done at the east side location on George dieter. I went to resolve it and they were closed for plumbing construction when they made the charges so it makes no sense. Cute nails for a great price! I got my nails done with white tips and one glitter nail. They did a really good job because all of my nails were uneven. The end product was very cute and looked very professional. I also got my eyebrows done, and they came out nice. They waxed them and plucked them. My end price for both of these items was 30$! If I could give this place no stars I would. My mother who is in her 60's went in for a pedicure today and left in tears. She was humiliated and hurt by John the gentlemen who wore glasses and was of taller stature (at least thats what they said his name was). My mother suffers from lots of callus on her feet and John was completely disrespectful and kept making rude comments while doing her feet such as "yuck" "eww" "gross" as well as awful face expressions. John then proceeded to say things in another language to his other coworker and they would laugh at my mother. John is clearly in the wrong line of work if he can't handle customers with more difficult feet to give a pedicure too and needs to learn a lesson in being humble to bring customers back. I would recommend not going to this place or business. read more

The 3 stars are for the presentation of this nail salon. It's dirty, cluttered not impressive at all. I only went there because I've heard great things about Tom (in English) and his pedicures. Tom doesn't speak much English only basics to get the job done. Tom is very gentle and very detailed. I'm all about heat and the water temperature was great and the Hot Rocks massage was excellent! I wished Tom could be at another location because he deserves to be in a "Salon" type atmosphere. 5 stars for Tom. read more

I came in a little after 7Pm on 1/27/24 because it was the only time I had away from my child (yes I know they close at 8). I paid for the deluxe pedicure and was going to get gel polish, but changed my mind because of the lack of care from the tech on my feet. Tools that looked like they'd been used all day were used on my toes. the pedicure was extremely rushed. The pedicure literally was less than 30 minutes. The cuticle care (which is part of the pedicure) on my left foot was not done. Even the coals were not warm and maybe she didn't think I noticed, but if u have some cream on my legs, it would've started kind of "melting" with the coals. my sidewalls were not cleaned properly. I was annoyed once I realized that she really didn't care about the quality of the service. I still left a $10 tip because I understand that it was a late walk in & I'm a genuine person.., but I've been to this place before and never received bad service like this. read more

I always, always give everyone and every business the benefit of the doubt or a second chance. However, my experience here was a huge disappointment. I received a full set with regular nail polish. The girl finished my nails at 3:30pm and they looked great. Knowing that regular nail polish takes a while to dry, I stayed in the shop for an additional 20 minutes under their fan to let my nails dry. 4 hours later around 7:30pm, I was at the grocery store and my nails were ruined by touching every little thing. It should not take 4 hours to dry. I felt like her nail polish was probably old or the girl just globbed on way too much. I went in the next morning at 930am because that's what time it says on the front door that they open. The lady rolls in around 10:01am. I told the lady (Tracy, I believe she's the owner) what had happened and she cut me off and said "no no no, you have to let them dry, it takes a long time." And I responded with, "yeah but not 4 hours." And then she said, " pick a color and I'll redo it." And I said "I don't want your nail polish because I'm afraid that it'll happen again, I'll just take gel." She seemed very offended and upset. She did my gel nails and not very good still. One hand is darker then the other, some nails are shorter then others, she was very rough and careless with filing that she made me bleed and on top of all that, she still charged me $15. Tracy, you never apologized to me, you got upset and you still charged me even though my nails were a wreck. Honestly, if you can't even do that, why do you have a business? Especially a business where you deal with people? Maybe you should get a warehouse gig or work from home where you don't have to deal with anyone. If you can't take a little constructive criticism, you're in the wrong business. You're not always going to have happy customers but as a business owner, you have the control to at least try to make a great customer come back. I will never come back. This nail spa is low quality but high price. The locations and products they use for the pedicure are cheap and UNFORTUNATELY reused. I did love my toes afterwards but the products used and time it took when I was told less than 15mins is what makes the experience "expectable". I would recommend this place for someone who wants a basic pedicure and has a free day. read more

You will get hurt here. Aside from lack of sanitation and I'm not talking about the Covid situation but using uncleaned instruments between people, they're techniques are brutal, you don't pull a hangnail towards the client. You just don't. Now I have injuries on my skin, from that and cutting skin rather than cuticle. Ouch. And my gel which I paid $50 extra for( hands and feed) is fading less than 24 hrs later. I should've just gone with polish. Also their packaging deals are a lie. They have a deluxe pedi and mani set. Don't get it. The name implies both services are deluxe at the moment you get both deluxe they will chantey everything separate. Instead of it being a $55 f dollar package you will pay $100 or so, and their excuse is that it's a deluxe with a basic mani, well not only is the lack of communication unprofessional at best and malicious at worst, but aside from then burning me with the stones a couple of times, I'm sure whatever the difference is between a basic and deluxe mani, isn't $50 worth, if anything it's a massage and like they put a warm towel in your arms after a scrub.. they should honor the package and charge the difference between a regular mani and deluxe mani, not full price charge both the pedi and mani, when all along they knew I wanted a package deal, not just for me but for the person that invited. So we overpaid big time over $150 for bad and painful work that is not chipped away, less than a day later. Terrible place, and btw you're not suppose to use the knife on pedis much less share it between customer without sterilizing it. It's actually illegal here in the states, and I'm sure it's also wrong to not clean your instruments. Not talking about the mani just the pedi, because with the mani they did use new sterilized(bagged) instruments. read more

Pretty busy salon but met with friendly greetings. I got the owner of the salon to do manicure/ pedicure with gel application. Overall, pretty good experience. Both my feet and hands were in bad shape, since I do a lot of gardening and walk barefoot, and Nikki left them really nice. The only suggestion I would stress is for the customers to know that we are getting sterilized equipment, and using new emery boards each time. read more
