I'm not sure if management changed, but the service has gone downhill. The place is a ghost town for being a Saturday, which was good for me because I was serviced right away. I honestly don't think these new techs are certified to practice. The lady who worked on my feet did not soak in the beginning making the trimming of the nails and cuticles somewhat painful. She cut into my skin several times. I told her she was hurting me but had no idea what I was saying. she knew I was upset. I asked her if she was going to apply lotion on my feet and legs and she said NO More. I couldn't get out of there quick enough. I won't be returning after being a regular for many years. read more

Will never come here again. Been coming here for a year now and live acouple blocks away. The last time I came in I got the spa pedicure and the manager that has all the old skool electric bicycles (and by the way he talked to me quite a bit about them because I always road my bicycle there and parked it inside the salon) convinced me to pay extra for the paraffin wax too. Well they ended up being out of it which is fine but he apologized and said they'd make a note to my phone number and my account in his phone that they'd give it to me free next time! Fast forward to today after acouple months of work travel I call and ask if I can come in and get the paraffin for free since it was on my account. Manager tells me to come in so I drive there and when I come in and let him know again he says "sorry we can't remember all the time I can't do it" I reminded him that he put the notes in his phone for my phone number and he said he wouldn't check and said no again. After so many times giving them my money I will NEVER come back and I'm a neighbor. Horrible customer service even on repeat customers in the neighborhood. read more

Decided to get some footwork done with the wife. As you arrive, parking can be challenging since it's located on a strip mall with many businesses. When you enter, you need to register your attendance. We were taken in real quick and thats where the fun ended. The water that was poured on my seat was scolding hot and not addressed until I said something. Then it became the opposite very cold no attention to the customer. The menu is brought to you and we both selected the $39 happy feet package with hot rocks. If you get a pedicure it's all about that personal attention and the lady doing mine had her daughter next to her so she was just going through the motions. When she wrapped the towels, they were still scolding hot and she was not engaged with how I was reacting. She was done and gone. My wife had an allergic reaction to something and broke out at the top of her foot instantly. The guy doing her pedicure didn't pay attention and left old nail polish. We moved out of 915 and use to frequent this establishment. Sad to see how it's deteriorated. read more

Been coming here over a year! Tony just moved here from New York! Love him! If you like designs and rhinestones he's your man! I didn't post my last set but will today! I love this location. When coming in and out of town I love that I can come quickly from the airport. I am so in love with this new salon I found. I somehow get lucky and rarely wait! Tony did my last set and now I'm addicted to him. Oh my, let him give you a pedi!!!! Super happy girl. I hate pedis because it usually tickles but he's not all soft which is good for me! I love the firm touch. Everyone else has been wonderful but I usually ask not to get massaged or have my feet rubbed. I know weird but I'm very picky with my feet. I've been coming to this nail salon for about 3 years now. Every time I go, there is something.... First, the hours of operation on the door say open at 930. They only open at 10 " we did the entire pandemic". Well, thank you, but I didn't need a pedicure during the pandemic, duh. I know it's hard to put a piece of paper with the new hours on the door, but also being b****y about it? Second, the lady doing my pedicure was in a real hurry. She managed to cut my cuticles too deep, then slapped a very hot towel on my left leg, I thought I was going to get burn blisters from it. I get it, you're busy and have several customers waiting, but guess what? I am a customer too. And trying to push gel for my toes? Not once, but twice, after I told her I am not interested....She finished my toes in a hurry, didn't file them evenly, and the polish is already peeling..after 3 days... I think this is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I have been to a lot of nail salons, and I have never seen anyone do my nails so poorly. I even went back a second time to see if the first time was just a fluke, but it was even worse the second time. I got gel done the first time, it started chipping off in about two days. The second time, I got the dip powder.... I think the lady didn't understand how to do it correctly. She put way too many layers on and they were all bulky and uneven. The whole time she was barely paying attention to what she was doing while she was on the phone. She didn't even prep my cuticles or anything. I will never go back here and I recommend people spend their money elsewhere. read more

My lady finally came to work I guess which is fine I had the patience and it was nice talking with my friend and catching up. But the job she did was not good at all. I've never had a manicure as bad as this one. Initially I just wanted a basic manicure, clean up my cuticles with a clear or light pink polish type of thing, I was upsold to a gel manicure. I specifically questioned the woman if it was possible given that I had recently filed my nails extremely short which would make capping the edges very difficult. She assured me she could and that it would last at least two weeks. I was even quietly forgiving when she cut my cuticle, which she then treated me like it was my fault it wouldn't stop bleeding. When I left and saw my nails in daylight I was appalled, the polish was streaky (after three coats of color) and my cuticles were jagged looking and flooded with gel polish, but since it took so long I was now in a time crunch. This was on a Thursday. Sunday night the polish on my index finger just popped right off as I was putting my hair up in a bun. Others nails are lifting and catching due to the cuticle flooding. I'll never go back and I'll never recommend them. read more

They give you a 10 day warranty, I went back after 1 week and refused to fix damaged nails because they said it wasn't their material which obviously it was. Honestly if I could I would give this place negative stars... I called and asked if I needed an appointment to get a fill and a polish change on my toes. The gal on the phone told me no and said that I feel is $15 and a polish change is 10. I thought it was great prices and the reviews online were pretty good. I got here and Abigail started to do my Phil she file down several of my nails too short and I asked her to fix them and she told me they were the right length. She then called the guy over and told him what was going on as they sat and talked to each other in their own language and said that it was fine I remarked to them that I was paying for a service to be done and I would like it done as I wished please. She figured a little bit got irritated and walked away so he sat down and he tried to fix them. The link was fine. By the time he was done and asked me to go rinse my hands before he could paint them I had to sit and file chunks of acrylic off because he clearly did not see them. Even had me sit in a chair and begin to do my polish change on my toes. It honestly looks like a five-year-old did them. I have nail polish all of my toes and my toes were not even completely painted. As he did my nails he kept telling me that they were painted fine and as he wanted to paint them or to his ability. I finally had to leave after being there for three hours for just a fill and a polish change and at that point I was unsatisfied with them and I had to rush out the door. I called and let them know they told me to come in and I asked for a refund. When I got to the store I was told that they would not give me a refund because they did the job on my nails they could've done best and they thought that I should've had what they wanted to be. On top of this they do not change any of the tools or products to use on you to file or clean your nails. Nor are any of them sterilized. They continue to use them over and over again which is very uncleanly and against the board of cosmetology. I now have to go somewhere else and pay for them to soak my nails off and redo them as well as to redo my polish change. Do not go to this place they have horrible customer service and do not know what they are doing at all. I am very very unsatisfied with the job that was done on my nails as well as the neglect of returning my money. read more

Very disappointed. I came here in desperate need of a pedi. They put me in a chair very quickly. The atmosphere was very nice. That is about where the nice ends. The guy doing my toes was very slow. which would have been fine if my pedi turned out amazing. My left big toe is not even to the right. And after I left I realized it hurt to walk. I came in for a simple pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure made me bleed twice and didn't even say sorry. Even after she saw that I was bleeding. I even said ouch multiple times and told her she could skip the cuticle part since that was how she made me bleed. She also cut my nails too short after I said not too short. I have been doing my nails here for about 7 months now. I switched over from Sola Nails because the services they provide here are reasonably priced and better. I also noticed they are very clean which is extremely important. Don't wanna go getting foot fungus now lol. They have great service and they serve drinks including wine on the house which is nice. I decided to check out this place when I was in search of a new nail salon since the nail tech I usually go to doesn't work anymore. I've lived in EP all of my life, so I've gone to various places and I've had my fair share of disappointments. Usually every nail salon I'd go to would either not do well with their polish but do good with customer service or vice versa. I never found a place that would actually be balanced and good at it all, it's why I followed the old nail tech I went to because she always gave great service and results. However, since she isn't working anymore I decided to look for a new place, particularly a new one to try because I hadn't found "the one" place worth me coming back again and again. I saw it had 4.5 stars and decided to check it out since it looked nice. And let me tell you....it was the BEST decision I made today. The place was nice and welcoming and smelled good and was clean, and the lady that helped me did a phenomenal job. Her nail polish skills were impeccable, and her customer service -along with the other staff- was so greeting and heart warming. It was a nice quiet/calm environment and I was able to relax so well. The wine they gave me was also delicious. Honestly, this is the best nail salon and best pedicure I have ever gotten in my life and I will most definitely be coming back for as long as they're here. I fell in love with this lady she did such an amazing job. I'm really not exaggerating, if you guys are indecisive of what place to check out first come to this one, you will NOT be disappointed. I've been getting pedicures since I was about 15 or 16, and I am 21 now. I say this simply to emphasize on the fact that I've been to many many places around town and not one has ever matched this one. I've never been as satisfied with a pedicure as today. i went in to get 3 nails fixed and they did a horrible job. first they didn't even get the same nail color as the ones i already had on and then they don't even make them the same shape! i had slightly round shape on the ones i had and they put some completely flat and thick nails. and on top of that they made me pay mid way through finishing up my nails and to top it off they didn't even give me a receipt even after i asked for one. i do not recommend anyone to go to this establishment. never again read more

We are here from out of town. My wife picked this place to get her nails done because of their excellent ratings and good reviews. Her experience was horrible. They were overpriced. Couldn't answer any of her questions because they were all Asian and didn't understand English. They cut her nails uneven and they caught on something. The polish was streaked and stuck to her cuticles so the polish lifted off the nail. Don't understand the good reviews. My wife's been getting her nails done for 40 years and has only had one experience in her life that was as bad as this....and that was in a foreign county. DO NOT GO HERE. waste of time and money. walked in and was told what do you need and sit there as my welcome. While doing my nails she was were running in and out of the store taking puffs another woman's cigarette coming back in and not washing her hands before preceding to do my nails. She didn't use a clean file, she cut me with the electric file, she was clearly talking shit in another language. she made my nails crooked and when I asked if she could fix it she told me my fingers were crooked and seemed mad so I said I would just do it myself at home. then she was using a top clear coat and went from one black nail to a nude nail, it obviously made a black mark and I pointed it out to her she blamed me said I bumped it then she fixed it went to do the top coat same thing happened and I was like oh look just what I said and she just stared at it didn't say anything scrapped the black off with her nail so there was a bump of the nude color on my nail and she grabbed a different top coat and just went over the bump with clear. It looks like I need a fill already when that's what I came it for so when I asked her if she could get a little closer to my nail bed she had a different lady come over and they were looking at my nails speaking in a different language and the woman who was doing my nails seemed very flustered and began to escalate her tone she then said whatever I will just start over but I didnt want her touching my nails any longer. read more
