Just wanted to warn people about V. Rosas from Epiphany Dermatology on Texas Ave. During my two…read morevisits she did nothing but attempt to push medication on me without doing the proper tests for a full diagnoses even after I asked politely to do so. The alternative was 30 days of a strong medication. Long story short I had to travel all the way to Atlanta to get proper care. My actual dermatologist was appalled at the dosage they tried to give me, ran the proper tests without me having to ask, resolved my issues with one visit. If I hadn't, the misdiagnosis they gave at Epiphany could've caused me to develop a fatal infection. As a black woman I never felt more unheard than when I did with V. Rosas for my skin concerns. Please always advocate for yourself. If you ever feel like something is off, don't let folks play in your face.

I had been to several places that did NOT give me results and just left me with a bad taste, even worse with distrust. From day 1 Ms. Arrellano and her trained staff evaluated me, asked me what I wanted and where I wanted to be! She requested my full medical history which told me that this lady was for real and only would perform what would be what was best for me. Ms. Arrellano goes above and beyond to help explain and ensure that services provided are to the best extent of the patient's needs and patients financial scope. Not to mention how pleasant the atmosphere is when you walk into the facility. Thank you for all that you have done for me!!! I look forward to seeing you today, tomorrow and the next day!

Normally would understand a place of business being out of a product, but when you make an…read moreappointment Botox days in advance and are asked for a cash deposit which will be relinquished should the appointment be changed I expect the place of business to have supplies in stock. After email and text reminders from this business for my Botox appointment, I came in for Botox and was told they only had a "substitute" product, not from Allergan. It was very suspicious the way they presented this new product. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, was told "no one is in charge in this clinic". I left without any resolution and have yet to hear from anyone to provide clarity or apologize to me for the wasted hour to drive to an appointment for a service they had NO way of fulfilling. Discourage anyone from making an appointment here. Given the gross harassment for deposits, no last minute changes or cancellations (I received multiple text messages and emails). This facility should complete their own due diligence for clients. I've been to many med spas over the years and this is by far the least professional and most suspect I've ever heard of.

Very disappointing experience after giving multiple chances…read more First of all, I gave this business several chances before deciding to leave this review. I followed Angela for Botox and lip filler, Teresa for skincare, and Adriana, the owner, on Instagram because their work looked beautiful. I was excited to start my Botox, skincare, and lip filler journey with them. My goal was simply to enhance my features, not do anything over the top. My first appointment had to be canceled because Angela was sick. I completely understood that and appreciated that she didn't work on me while she was ill. Unfortunately, my first lip filler appointment was very traumatizing. As soon as the needle was inserted, one side of my lip immediately swelled and bruised badly. Angela made the decision to dissolve the filler right away because she realized the swelling was getting worse. Throughout the entire experience, I stayed calm and trusted her to do what she felt was best. Even after that experience, I decided to continue with PDRN under my eyes. I actually loved those results, although they only lasted about three days. I still paid for all of my services and walked out with one extremely swollen lip. They didn't have masks available, so I had to drive home looking the way I did (A deformed fish) which was very embarrassing. To Angela's credit, she checked on me later that evening via text. The swelling eventually improved after using ice packs, an antihistamine, vitamin C, and Arnica. She recommended waiting another week before attempting filler again. When I returned a week later, the nurse applied numbing cream before I even spoke with Angela. I sat there for about 45 minutes with my lips numb, only to be told we should wait another week. Since I was already nervous about getting filler, I followed her recommendation. I even asked if I could receive a different service that day instead of lip filler. I was told no--the syringe would simply be saved until I was ready. I decided to schedule both a HydraFacial with Teresa and my lip filler for the same day. Still giving the business another chance. I rearranged my work schedule and daycare so I could enjoy a relaxing Friday. The morning of my appointment, they canceled my HydraFacial. What made this frustrating was that the day before, Teresa had posted on Instagram how grateful she was after completing around 20 HydraFacial's that week. Then I was told the machine had suddenly broken. I still have screenshots of those posts. I reached out to Teresa privately on Instagram because I felt canceling the same day after I had already rearranged everything was unprofessional. At that point, I had experienced: -Multiple appointment cancellations and delays. -A lip filler complication that required immediate dissolving. -Repeated postponements after taking time off work. -A same-day cancellation after making childcare arrangements. -Being unable to use the money I had already paid toward another service. So I am no spring chicken, but I know the importance of maintaining good skin. This place has it…read moreall- they have lux facials that all my gal pals really endorse; yes I am making my appointment soon! They have expertly trained Botox and facial filler RNs (yes they are medically licensed) and they have a variety of vitamin cocktail injections. I come for the Vitamin B cocktail injection, which is administered in one of your glutes . It truly helps me power through a demanding schedule and seems, in my mind, to help alleviate some of my joint arthritis pain and discomfort. Looking young is only half the equation- you need to feel young too, and I can't say enough great things about the Vitamin B complex injection. So let's talk about some of their Botox and fillers- so I never smoked but did develop some lines around my mouth. People are very expressive either in the upper portion of their face from the eyes up, or the lower portion of the face- from the mouth down- so that's me all yacking away (I hardly have wrinkles in my forehead or around my eyes)! I did not want large lips- I have nice lips, I just wanted a fix to get rid of the tiny lines and my smile lines that were just too much too much. Drii and Brenda do a magnificent job at keeping me presentable enough to chase after younger men- hahaha and with that vitamin shot, watch out, try to keep up with me! So, taking care of yourself and trying to maintain where you are while still looking natural and as if you did not have anything done is a win win- we have the technology today and these gals have the expertise!

I can honestly say, even though he isn't as well known as some of the other cosmetic surgeons in El Paso, I do not regret coming to him at all. He is extremely friendly, and will awnser any and all questions you may have, no problem. I can't honestly say a bad thing about him. In only 5 days post op, but thus far everything he has said was completely accurate. He has more experience than any other doctor in EP, and it shows. His office staff is a bit quiet, not as outgoing, but he makes up for it. After the procedure in case I had any concerns he gave me his home phone number just In case I had a question about anything outside of normal hours. Bottom line is this. If you're considering getting a procedure done, go see Dr. Pate, the consult is free so you have nothing to lose. You will not regret anything.

Definitely not what you would expect from a luxury facial that's charging top dollar for services. Of course after the esthetician said it was broken, now they're saying it works but wasnt included in the geneo facial even though previous geneo facial included it. Additionally, they're saying they provided additional services for free such as extractions, even though thats the only service I really wanted. Hmmm...so then I didnt have to get geneo facial just to get extractions yet when I called to book, and said I wanted extractions they automatically scheduled me for the geneo which doesn't include that service. Yeah, makes no sense. I guess ask more questions because if something is broken they'll simply say that its not included in what you purchased and it was included last time because you were lucky. Definitely not coming back. Live really close by so that's unfortunate but luckily lots of other spas are opening up soon.
