At any other reputable center I've ever been, this is NOT normal or Ok. Not a 2 hour wait. Horrible experience and they were not friendly or even apologized about the delay. The focus of my visit was not met. He only tried to push Botox treatments--and would not address my original concerns-- but only further explained why I needed it so much. Waste of time after having to wait over TWO hours. The second time for my son I still had to wait an hour and a half, while others came and went. The receptionist was rude and was unable to convey simple things. This office is unprepared and unprofessional. I have read reviews for others whose time was disregarded; my child missed unnecessary time from school, so I suppose it doesn't matter who you are. My sons appointment was at 08:30/ we arrived at 08:15. He wasn't even seen until approximately 10:00. Again, there were no patients! I requested a second opinion and to have treatment through the military dermatologist. That should say enough.
