Staff who is sending out text should work on their customer service skills. She expected me to leave school to be able to pay full amount before my appointment then changed it to $50 deposit but the last time I payed for a crown they charged me the day of! Save your money for a dental office with manners I would've paid it by the end of today if they would've just extended the deadline today but she just wanted to reschedule me even after I've been getting messages of available appointments. Not worth it if every interaction is passive aggressive and rude.

Dr. Stephen Caldwell is the best Periodontist in town. My 73 year old mother could not eat anything…read morebecause her gums had receded so much, it would cause her alot of pain to eat. She couldn't use her dentures because they wouldn't stay in place because she had no gums. Dr. Caldwell placed 4 implants on the bottom portion of her mouth. She never complained of any pain during the process. Dr Caldwell listened to her, was very patient and empathetic with her situation. One year later, she can now eat everything. She feels confident, and no longer embarrassed to smile. As for the entire office staff, kudos to all of them. They are attentive, friendly, helpful and true professionals. The construction of the crowns was like made in China (very poor). On my three visits I did not see other patients at the dental clinic. She charged the VA about $1000 dollars for each crown. Her English is poor. I do not recommend this poor dentist for any veteran.

Went in for them to check if my migraine was bring caused from a car accident when I hit my nose with a steering wheel. Before the doctor even expected me he already made his mind up that he couldn't help me. He did hit basic stuff like "open your mouth and say Ah" and then he put something in my nostrils. All that was less than a minute. He then said " looks like you read the symptoms on migraines and you should go to a neurologists". The best part was the lady at the end that was referring me to a neurologist. I wouldn't recommend Dr Garcia. He's a jerk and needs to read some books on empathy. I left the doctors embarrassed and with less money.

He does things differently than our former doctor and we've had to adjust. But he is always kind to her and careful with her. He always brings in an associate to help and all works out well with the appointment. As for the front desk, I've never had any problems with them. As a matter of fact, they don't ask me for referrals, which they should and could, but it sure helps me out. We have never had to wait a long time to see Dr. Nanez. In El Paso, it is common to have to wait one or more hours to see doctors, because there are shortages of doctors here, but we always see him quickly. I don't know about other doctors in this practice. They moved to this office on George Dieter and the parking is more limited and often the lobby is full, but we don't have to wait long. I always recommend Dr. Nanez for an ENT doctor.
