I tried to use this place but they refused to accept my digital insurance card or use my wife's insurance card on file. I offered to text or give them my phone but they also refused. The lady was rude and told me I had to produce or have the card faxed before 15 minutes or the appointment was canceled. I wouldn't go back. Wish I could have got to see the Doctor.. read more

I had a great visit- as always, everyone is always so helpful. Dr Peak is so patient and caring. He always has my back- literally he always checks out the skin on my back to make sure there isn't anything weird there that I can't see. He has helped me out a dozen times with minor things that could become major had we let them go. He also helps with routine skin things that just need a little freezing because they bother me. I recommend this establishment- Easy in- easy out. I've never waited but a couple of minutes to be seen, and appointments seem to be a reasonable time frame. At other local drs, I have waited up to 6 hours on several occasions- just to see the dr! This place is a breath of fresh air! Check it out! read more

I came in 15 min before appt and did my paperwork and they called me back right at my appt time. The ladies up front are very polite and respectful. The nurses were very polite and knowledgeable. The dr was great after talking for 20 min he decided on a treatment plan right away. I've had this issue for 20 years and I feel these are the people that might help me finally. read more

If I could give them six stars, I would. I have many different medical appointments to address several serious health issues and the only appointment I look forward to is the one with Dr. Peake and his staff. This place is the best around. I have been seen by two or three highly recommended skin doctors and specialists, none of whom could hold a candle to Dr. Peake. The level of care, courtesy, and professionalism is something rare to find in El Paso and Mountain View Dermatology is at the very top. Knowledgeable, well informed staff are a perfect companion to Dr. Peake as they minister to patients of every age and severity, providing top notch service to anyone who is lucky enough to find their way there. Lastly, I would say that if you are given an appointment and arrive on time, you are never made to wait more then fifteen minutes before being ushered to an examining room to be seen by the Doctor. My spouse and I have been seen by the doctors at Mountain View Dermatology for over a decade now. I consider my interaction with Dr. Mark Peak as almost family. His medical accolades go without saying. This comes from years of practice, taking into account each patients individual needs allowing ample time for diagnosis, thorough explanation of treatments available and a very kind professional approach during treatment. His office support staff is very knowledgably, respectful and considerate. I have never experienced excessive wait times, and appointment times are generally kept on time or earlier. I would not consider being treated anywhere else by any other physician. read more

Very Frustrated with the first visit. My Wife scheduled an appointment for a simple procedure. She was advised to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork which we understand. Then she waited for over 45 minutes for the doctor and it took about 15 minutes for the procedure. We have a very high quality insurance with the premium coverage policy. She was not told in advance that she would have to pay the full amount and then be reimbursed after the insurance paid the bill. She had to pay $353.80 and now wait on a reimbursement whenever. Certainly we will look for a different facility in the future. The amount you have to pay for insurance and then it is not accepted is not acceptable. If necessary we will drive back to Dallas in the future for medical procedures. We are both Senior Citizens and tried to select a quality facility/Doctors to continue to take care of our health. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the wait time. read more

Mr. Celis, APRN is very thorough, considerate, and is willing to go above and beyond for patients. He takes as much time is necessary to listen to ALL concerns. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It has horrible customer service. I set up an appointment with them and upon doing so asked questions about what the cost would be to have a procedure done. I was informed that it would be 100.00. I asked if there would be any other fees I would need to pay. I was told no. It would only be 100.00 After waiting several weeks for my appointment. I go in and I am told i need to sign forms and in signing those forms I was told there was going to be extra fees associated with the cost. I asked how much. They could not tell me. They informed me that I would know when I got the bill. After speaking to other people about this place. I was informed they had been treated by this place and had received several surprise bills after service. These were bills they did not know about and that insurance wouldn't cover. This place pretty much gets you with these hidden fees you won't know about until it's to late. I attempted to speak with the doctor about this but the staff was rude and I assume didn't give him my message since I never received a call back from the doctor reference my complaint. read more

I've been going to Mountain View for over 5 years now and have always been treated great. Dr. Peake takes the time to address all your issues and concerns. He returns your calls even if its after business hours. I have had 2 surgeries there and both resulted in no scarring. Very pleased and will continue with my treatments there. I wish i would have read these reviews before! Definitely will NOT be returning. The doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable and give you your time. But the staff and ESPECIALLY the office manager on the other hand are a different story. I've worked for several different physician offices and know that the patient should have a sort of priority within the office policies. They, however, are solely seeking how to make money off the patient. The smallest question you may have they need to schedule you so that you pay or your insurance pays for the visit. I have never seen an office who is so unwilling to help their patient get better! I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB and I will make it my mission for them to get audited because something seem very very off. read more

So this place is in my network and here is my review. If you value your time DO NOT COME here. My appointment was at 330 pm for a new patient and it is now 415pm and still not seen. For those of us who works and had to take time off for an appointment, a weekday appointment is not only an inconvenience and to top it off a wait of 45 minutes for an initial appointment. The NPC that saw me never apologize for the inconvenience. It is not the technicians fault that I was seen late so while I appreciate his apology, it was not he that owes me one. If they cannot see patient on time maybe they should adjust their template otherwise I would just assume they filling their slots to the brim to get increase profit. I am not oppose to profit but not on my expense. read more

I wish I could put 0 stars! Dr. Martin Giandoni did a procedure on my Great Aunt. She had to have an area on her face removed as it had cancer. When the doctor was numbing her she flinched from the pain and he yelled at her. I am a stay at home mom so I always take her to her appointments there as she is deaf and can't see all to well. I had no choice but to take my 2 year old son with us to the appointment. My son was very well behaved but when the Doctor came back in the room after removing the skin and testing it, he was going to stitch up her incision. He turned on his Mozart music and proceeded to start stitching up her incision... again he had to numb my aunt as the medicine was wearing off, and again she flinched and he scolded her (like a child). My son then quietly tried to talk to me and the doctor kicked us out of the room. Mind you my son was on my lap, not being loud or obnoxious, just quietly trying to ask me a question. After I left the room they finished stitching up my aunt, who later told me that as he was stitching her up he was being unnecessarily rough with her (because he was mad). This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a doctors office. Not only did he as a doctor suck, but the office staff were ALL rude. Not to mention we were the for 4 hours! Very disappointed this man still has a license to practice with this type of behavior towards clients. We will find another doctor. read more

They answered all of our questions and provided us with explanations and information. We didn't feel rushed and we felt Dr. Peake did a thorough job. Proficient doctor, good nursing staff,decidedly uncooperative, foot -dragging office staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vinson for several years and have been extremely satisfied with his care and my interactions with his staff and other doctors. Dr. Vinson has found and removed both a basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma from my face. The squamous cell was removed by Dr. Mark Peake using Mohs surgery and absolutely no scarring occurred. I had Photo-dynamic Therapy (PDT) done to my face and scalp and the results were excellent. I have had many appointments with Dr. Vinson and with only one exception, when I was called in 10 minutes after my appointment time, I have always been seen on time or early. All of the people I have dealt with at the clinic, both professional and support, have been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Vinson and will never see another dermatologist as long as he is in practice. read more

Although the providers might have been the best I would not know as I could not get past the most disrespectful, rudest, uncaring front desk staff. They would benefit from a few classes in customer service, tolerance, consideration to others and basic office professionalism. I would NOT subject anyone to such and will be speaking with the VA and writing congress among other federal agencies at the treatment of veterans. If they do not like their jobs and are not happy then quit and find what makes you happy. I have been all over the world and I must say within a medical facility I have never been treated with such disdain and out right disrespect.
