Right now I'm currently number 6, but started as caller 8 and waited a whopping 30 mins to get to caller 6. All I want is my prescription renewed!!! I tried every other number to see if I could make a break through and all the the extensions had full voicemails or they gave you an email address. Dr. Gonzalez doesn't care how his office is run at all. This has gone on far too long. Can't wait to talk to my insurance provider in search of a new doctor. By the way I've now been on hold for 15 mins and still caller 6. At this rate it's gonna be closing time by the time they answer.

They do take walk-ins, but appointments are recommended. Ms. Jessica Hinson is one of Dr. Gonzalez's PA's, and she is amazing! She listens, and takes her time. I never feel that she is in a hurry to get to the next patient. When blood work is needed, it is convenient because they have a lab on the premises, you don't have to arrange to have it done elsewhere. They also can do EKG's if necessary. These people are on a first name patients with their patients & not just the Doctors, the entire staff! Once we got in to her exam room, the Medical Assistant, Jesse was taking her vitals & I told him that my Grandfather passed away & if there was anything he could do to get us through the appointment fast, it would be greatly appreciated because his services were in just a few hours. This staff sprung in to action! Jeff Taylor, the Nurse Practitioner who she was assigned to came in to the exam room, looked straight in to her eyes and sincerely apologized for her loss. Went through my medical past asked all of right questions inorder to get a practical treatment plan inplace that would benefit me health wise for the future . Offered me practical health advise that would'nt cost me any out of pocket cash on expensive medications that I could do on my own. Very short wait time from reception to seeing the Nurse Practitioner. I ran out of life saving medication on the weekend after my appointment , called the office on Monday for some samples until I received my new perscription. Fifteen minutes after my call , I had 6 bottles of samples which would last me about a month were waiting for me at the front desk. Yes it is true I havent had an appointment with the Chief Physician of the practice Dr. Douglas Alorgbey but he is the person that approved or hired all of the people that work with in the practice which means to me he must be a well respected Physician that is looked up to as a leader in the medical profession.
