There was no communication from the staff regarding the delays, which seemed to be treated as standard practice. I had a 9:30 AM appointment but wasn't seen by the doctor until 1:30 PM. That's a four-hour wait, despite having a scheduled time. It really calls into question the purpose of offering appointments if patients are still subjected to such extended wait times. After reading previous reviews, it's clear this isn't an isolated incident. The real concern is: what is being done to address it? Experiences like this are why many people hesitate to seek medical care. The lack of efficiency and consideration for patients' time contributes to a poor healthcare experience, something that should never be the norm in any medical facility.

So she goes ahead and stops taking the meds for a couple of weeks as instructed by the Doctor for her scans, she does and they reschedule her for another week wait. This is ridiculous. Neglect is all I can say.
