    went there in December of 2024. The appointment was roughly around 11:30 AM and I didn't get seen…read moreuntil 3:30 pm. I didn't leave the clinic until 5 pm. The lady who does referrals is always "out for lunch" and takes days to call you back to give you a referral which is so simple and easy to do. The front desk secretaries lack professionalism and are quite rude, they love to cut people off when they bring up the lack of professionalism or the long wait times even though they know it's their fault for being disorganized. If you don't believe me see how they have 2.8 stars out of 5 and how everyone else says the exact thing on Google reviews and on Yelp, they have one star out of 5: They obviously overwhelm themselves with many patients even though they have many providers at this location and many of the assistant workers seem to hate their job and take out their frustrations on patients. There is no initiative or desire to change or to minimize wait times. I am definitely going to change my primary care doctor and I recommend no one to come here because it's truly the worst service I have ever seen. Today (2/4/2024) I spoke with Laura Romo and she was quite rude despite taking super long breaks and never responding she was super condescending and sarcastic over the phone. As for the Office Manager Laura Lopez, she told me in a super sarcastic way that she was "sorry" people have to wait 4 HOURS just to see a PCP and that the standard for their office is to wait 30 minutes just to get a REFERRAL. I have never seen this type of service ever in my life. Every other clinic I have been in they print out the form quickly right there and then. They literally act like children they take no accountability or responsibility and make excuses for their poor treatment. When I confronted them about having 1 star on Yelp and 2.8 stars on Google everyone says the exact same thing Laura Romo said "I don't care and don't even read reviews." I'm not the only one who says this and remember others on here say they have similar experiences. I will file a complaint against your clinic with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and mention all of your names. This is unacceptable and you need to be better in managing your office, whether it be hiring more workers or regulating the amount of patients you take per day because you are obviously overwhelmed and can't deal with these many patients.
