I left multiple messages for the doctor/nurse practitioner and never received a response, which ultimately led me to having to go to the ER for something that could've been handled with a phone call. When I called again to follow up and explain the situation, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes without any resolution. Conveniently at 5pm, so when I called back office was closed. This has been an ongoing issue for years, and whenever concerns are brought up, excuses are made instead of changes being made. Patients deserve kindness, professionalism, communication, and basic respect. Do not recommend this Dr office.

Dr. Rosen is not only highly knowledgeable but also truly compassionate. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything in detail, and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The level of care I received was exceptional, and I left feeling confident and well cared for. The clinic is spotless, organized, and runs efficiently. I am so grateful for the outstanding care and would highly recommend Dr. Rosen to anyone seeking a dedicated, professional, and empathetic medical provider. He is the best gynecologist I've ever met and that is why I chose him to bring my kids to this world for me. I do miss him and his staff so much. I just had a procedure done and all I kept thinking was "oh why did Dr. Rosen retire"....thank you so much for everything you did for me and my family Dr. Rosen. We will miss you.

If you know you take an hour per patient, then schedule 1 patient an hour. I ended up waiting HOURS for appointments. The last time I was there, I knew I was having a miscarriage and my husband had missed work to come with me for support. I kept telling them that he had to go soon after they were 2 hours past my appt. They didn't care. Finally he had to leave and come to find out I was having an ectopic pregnancy and had to go to the hospital for methotrexate. Also, I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a medical office front desk staff. There were a few other little things that ultimately led me to the decision that this health care provider was not a good match for me. So, as long as you don't mind rude front desk staff and wasting hours of your day sitting waiting for you appt, then maybe you'll like this practice!

A week before, I had obtained my blood test orders and gone to Quest Diagnostics at (06:00), where Lluvia efficiently made the draw and later faxed the results to Dr. Munoz. I got over my initial shock upon seeing a former colleague, Carmen, who was accompanying her husband; my pleasure was doubled to meet receptionist Lulu, an exceptionally friendly professional who quickly got me in. She surprised me a bit at her magnificent ability, considering the large waiting room was rather full of patients (only a portion of whom were to see Dr. Munoz). I was taken aback slightly upon meeting Dr. Munoz, anticipating that he would shower me with good news about the results. Although all my numbers looked good, he was a bit grim about my white cell count--until I told him that I had donated platelets at UBS. To be on the safe side, he gave me a follow-up draw orders, not to be completed for at least a week, giving my bones time to make new blood. He also understood why I moved a bit slowly--my orthopaedist, Dr. Urrea, had told me a decade ago that I had premature arthritis, and now it is MATURE arthritis. Regardless that my knee is a bit gamey, I can still pedal. Indeed, I participated in the Rio Bravo segment of the international Chupacabra bike race held just South across the river, in Cd. Juarez, Mexico, Saturday. Talk about a great event; even better was my unwitting participation! Anyway, if you need superior primary care, you can certainly get it here, especially from Dr. Munoz. Not once have I ever experienced an issue with appointments, procedures, questions, or concerns. My very first visit set the tone--when I walked in wearing my uniform, he told me, "You take care of us and our country; now let us take care of you." Those words were honored every step of the way. I have also witnessed the staff handle extremely rude or frustrated patients with professionalism and remarkable de‑escalation skills. It is reassuring to see how committed they are to helping every patient and providing the highest level of care. Over the years I've seen new faces join the team, yet the standard of care has remained exceptional. Sandra, their lead NP, has been amazing. I never once left an appointment uninformed. She explains every procedure thoroughly, answers every question with patience, and it is clear she genuinely cares for her patients. I am truly going to miss their medical services as I prepare to move in the near future. Whoever provides my care next will have some very big shoes to fill. Thank you, Dr. Viesca and Sandra--you lead an amazing team. God bless you all. Respectfully, -Javier F.-
