They do take walk-ins, but appointments are recommended. Ms. Jessica Hinson is one of Dr. Gonzalez's PA's, and she is amazing! She listens, and takes her time. I never feel that she is in a hurry to get to the next patient. When blood work is needed, it is convenient because they have a lab on the premises, you don't have to arrange to have it done elsewhere. They also can do EKG's if necessary. I pleaded with them and advised that this bill had been paid, even after I provided documentation from the bank they continued with "overdue bill " notices. I finally got through and obtained an email address and AGAIN sent documentation of checks (front and back) and finally after months was advised that yes indeed bill had been paid and that my account showed the overpayment. I was assured that I would receive my refund in a week and it's now been 3 weeks and I've yet to receive my refund. I have tried contacting them and sending emails and have yet to receive any response. I find this very UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. So very frustrated!!

These people are on a first name patients with their patients & not just the Doctors, the entire staff! Once we got in to her exam room, the Medical Assistant, Jesse was taking her vitals & I told him that my Grandfather passed away & if there was anything he could do to get us through the appointment fast, it would be greatly appreciated because his services were in just a few hours. This staff sprung in to action! Jeff Taylor, the Nurse Practitioner who she was assigned to came in to the exam room, looked straight in to her eyes and sincerely apologized for her loss. He addressed her pain and distress in a professional and compassionate manor & we were on our way in no time. On the way out, she was hugged and greeted by this wonderful staff. I live in Los Angeles and can't be with my Grandmother but I'm so grateful for this caring staff & feel relieved that they care for her so well. It eases my mind like you wouldn't believe.
