During this time NEVER in my life have I ever taken anything that was not given to me by my Dr's. Any NEVER in my life have I ever have I had a bad drug test! When I came into the office I made the mistake of confiding with the Dr some personal medical conditions. Once this happened She turned Dr. Jeckle and Mr Hyde. The medical information was nothing dangerous just different than some people. Once she found out All of a sudden my drug test started coming back dirty. No change in my medications no new over the counter meds nothing. She told me that since I had 2 dirty drug tests that she could no longer treat me. That was 6 weeks ago. I have been walking the floors in pain since because I have to wait for my medical records to get here from the VA in Florida to get here before I can see a Dr that I saw here before I Moved away 5 years ago. Please what ever you do be very careful what you tell this lady because she will use it against you. I suggest that you go somewhere else. I wish I had. I would not be walking around with a pain level of 9.75. I hope I save someone from going thru what I am going thru because PAIN is nothing to PLAY WITH!!!!!

They were thorough and sincerely concerned about my pain. When meeting with Dr. DuRussel, he was extremely knowledgeable of pain management and very thoughtful of my quality of life. Again, I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the entire experience and I can say that I look forward to my upcoming appointment and new treatments which I hope improve my quality of life. If any staff are reading this review, I must say I am grateful for your support, kindness, and willingness to help with any concerns I had. If I do not mention the following, I would be remiss....... I must remark that before I went to my first appointment; I was very apprehensive, so I looked for reviews on this location and Dr. DuRussel. When looking through the comments, I took notice of numerous one star reviews regarding issues with wait times. I must say that I was taken aback because, if you are in as much pain as I and many others who need pain management are; then, for me, I would wait as long as I had to in order to get relief. In my experience, first appointments always take longer than others. Subsequent elongated wait times for appointments may simply be due to the fact that the doctors and nurses want to make sure that the patient receives excellent, thorough care. So, when you are being seen and the doctor takes his/her time in seeing you; it is funny how no one complains that providers were "too thorough" or "cared too much". Just something to ponder. I would recommend The Pain Center wholeheartedly. With sincerest thanks to Dr. DuRussel and all of the staff, W. Braswell

Person I've had the pleasure to be a patient of. If that's first not say it all, let me explain further. If you ever need anything, even when they're closed on holidays there's always a way to reach him and his great staff each and every one of them to help you with genuine care. When you're in the room with him, or speak to any of his staff, they see you. Not just a patient with social security number, they see you. They hear you out listening to every word. You don't find that with me doctors anymore. Most of them already have their ideas formed before you even utter a word. His bedside manner is exemplary. There's not a thing that goes unnoticed any genuinely wants to know how you are, how you truly are. I wish I could speak to so much more about them. I just can't speak highly enough about this doctor, Juan becera, or his staff. I hope people who are reading this who need help go there. Reach out to them. They will help you if they can in any way shape or form. No stigma attached. No drawn out previous conclusions based on nothing but conjecture. Empathy is such a high quality there. It is my sincere hopes that you reach out to Dr becerra and his staff you won't regret it and that's a guarantee.

I just felt like Dr. Becerra was a better fit for me due to his specialties. One of my physicians also referred him to me so that was a plus. His staff got back to me that same afternoon I spoke to my other doctor! They gave me an appointment the next day. That really left a lasting impression for me! That doesn't happen to me quite often. You can tell he really wants to help his clients feel better. He also has good bedside manners. I recently started going to see him and I've already been really pleased. A couple of meds weren't working as much as I liked. He immediately resolved that. His staff got back to me right away...none of this waiting a day or so for answers. I heard back from his staff within 15 or 20 minutes. That's a pretty quick turnaround. Aside from his knowledge, his staff is also helpful and kind. I've enjoyed talking to them in the office and over the phone so far. I feel like I can trust the the doctor and staff. I told Dr. Becerra I wasn't feeling well during my first appointment. After he gave me my prescriptions, he also gave me a shot on my right arm. It didn't help until later that night. I'm glad he was able to give me that shot. It took the pain away and I was able to sleep much better. I plan to continue visiting Dr. Becerra for as long as needed. He has two locations. His other location is on Zaragoza. I'd visit him at either location. I highly recommend him.

They were all really kind and professional. The entire staff also had great bedside manners! This unfortunately seems to be more and more rare to find these days. It shouldn't be but it is! A lot of doctors don't really care about their patient and their health...only about making money! This is NOT the case here! I didn't have to wait that long to see the doctor. That's always a plus because who likes waiting and waiting at an appointment? I know I don't! During the first appointment, the staff asks you a lot of questions about how you're feeling so be prepared for that. They'll also about previous surgeries and health conditions. They'll check your weight, vitals and do a short exam. You'll also have to fill out some paperwork. A plus is that they're able to get most, if not all, of your previous medical records/history immediately. This doctor will see you with or without insurance. He's kind and full of jokes. Lol. I was sort of able to straighten things out with my other doctors so...I probably won't visit Dr. Annabi for awhile. If the need arises, I would come back immediately. So I don't have much experience here, but, the experience I do have is all positive…read more So backstory - my back is broken. No worries, just typical Army stuff. I was scheduled to have back surgery, but then Army stuff happened so it got postponed. Then, new MRIs and the Army doc was like DANG BRO! You need surgery bad. So it was scheduled, and then COVID hit; postponed. So then NEW Army doc months later was like SHEESH BRO - you need surgery. I'm over here rolling my eyes like duhhhh. However, he also said look man, you're broke. But you're 38. If I do this surgery now, there's only a 50% chance it'll work. And if you are in the 50% chance that it works, it's only going to work to bring you back to 80% functional. And, to top it off, if I do it, it'll cause the rest of my back (spine) to compensate and work harder, which will accelerate its degenerative process... meaning within about 10 years (still not even 50), I'd be a candidate for surgery AGAIN. So, because I'm just too young and there's too many risks, I opted out for now. However, it's a broken back and I have to feel better - after all, albeit in my 21st year, I'm still an active duty Soldier. So, the doc set me up with physical therapy to help (which it doesn't hurt but doesn't help)... and he referred me to this off post pain management clinic. The stuff here is lovely! Literally, al the ladies are lovely in appearance and behavior. Supper friendly and personable. The doc here is caring, attentive, and truly interested in helping me "feel" better, understanding I can't actually get better. He reviewed my MRIs, listened to everything i have to say about how I feel, and gave me some meds. The meds, didn't work. But instead of just shrugging like ohh well, he again met with me and came up with another more aggressive plan, with better meds that don't work, but do help. And furthermore, they are giving me injections, which are supposed to be great and last longer, and alleviate the making of pills I have to take which is destroying my liver lol. What else I liked about this place: before even being seen, they made me take a urinalysis (piss test). To some this might be annoying, but here's why it's done: this place is for pain. Often for pain they have to issue you controlled substances (narcotics). So they want to see what's in your system, so they can better understand if you're illegally using drugs and what kind. This way, they'll know if you might be here trying to get drugs for the wrong reasons. Or even understand what is in your system before they give you drugs that could hurt you because of what you're already on. Maybe all places do this? The Army doesn't, because we get a piss test every single month anyways... but I felt like the fact they do it here off base, shows responsibility. I liked it. It's weird I know, but it's a level of thoroughness that I appreciated

Well, as it turns out Medicare DOES NOT cover treatments at Airrosti, which is information that is widely available on the internet. I am now responsible for nearly $500 in bills. And to add insult to injury, the treatments haven't helped at all. My pain prior to visiting Airrosti was intermittent. By the end of the third visit, the pain seemed better, but in it's usual pattern, returned a few weeks later and my bank is $500 less.
