went there in December of 2024. The appointment was roughly around 11:30 AM and I didn't get seen until 3:30 pm. I didn't leave the clinic until 5 pm. The lady who does referrals is always "out for lunch" and takes days to call you back to give you a referral which is so simple and easy to do. The front desk secretaries lack professionalism and are quite rude, they love to cut people off when they bring up the lack of professionalism or the long wait times even though they know it's their fault for being disorganized. If you don't believe me see how they have 2.8 stars out of 5 and how everyone else says the exact thing on Google reviews and on Yelp, they have one star out of 5: They obviously overwhelm themselves with many patients even though they have many providers at this location and many of the assistant workers seem to hate their job and take out their frustrations on patients. There is no initiative or desire to change or to minimize wait times. I am definitely going to change my primary care doctor and I recommend no one to come here because it's truly the worst service I have ever seen. Today (2/4/2024) I spoke with Laura Romo and she was quite rude despite taking super long breaks and never responding she was super condescending and sarcastic over the phone. As for the Office Manager Laura Lopez, she told me in a super sarcastic way that she was "sorry" people have to wait 4 HOURS just to see a PCP and that the standard for their office is to wait 30 minutes just to get a REFERRAL. I have never seen this type of service ever in my life. Every other clinic I have been in they print out the form quickly right there and then. They literally act like children they take no accountability or responsibility and make excuses for their poor treatment. When I confronted them about having 1 star on Yelp and 2.8 stars on Google everyone says the exact same thing Laura Romo said "I don't care and don't even read reviews." I'm not the only one who says this and remember others on here say they have similar experiences. I will file a complaint against your clinic with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and mention all of your names. This is unacceptable and you need to be better in managing your office, whether it be hiring more workers or regulating the amount of patients you take per day because you are obviously overwhelmed and can't deal with these many patients. read more

Horrible horrible! The front office staff is not really considerate of customer service, they're not polite, one acts as if they're doing you a favor. I've noticed they make triple or more appointments for the same time for the same doctor and that ends up causing that patients don't get seen at their appointed schedule. I had once an appointment at 10am, I got there at 9:40, by 11am I was still waiting in the lobby while people who signed up as "walk-ins" and or also had appointments showed up later than me and still got called in before I was. This place is not at all considerate of anything. They don't do vaccines either. You know when a business is secure, they tend to not care anymore how bad their service or attention to customer is because they know they won't lose... we'll that's this place. The one time I brought my roommate here for their standard checkup appointment. They didn't leave the office for five hours. I went for my first appointment at a later date and the wait wasn't TOO bad, but weeks later they haven't returned my phone calls about refilling my medications. It's been a couple months since my last (also my first)! prescription. I left a voicemail practically begging them to return my call. I should have given up sooner. I'm giving this one star because there isn'y any lower number. The wait times are terrible, even when you make an appointment. Today I was a walk-in because I had an issue with my legs aching really bad and I was signed in about 6th in line. Well, two hours went by and I noticed all the folks that signed ahead of me were seen and had left the building. I asked if there was a problem and the staff said I was next. Another 20 minutes went by and nothing, no call, no explanation. The staff at the front desk controls who is first and who comes last apparently because once you are inside things tend to get better. I finally left and told the staff that they decided to withhold their services intentionally because I complained. I guess they don't really want us old folks there at all. Look elsewhre folks, this facility is a detriment to your health. read more

The office staff leave a lot to be desired. I have been waiting for 2 refill approvals to be sent to my pharmacy for a week with no results. I will be out of my medication soon! The last time I needed a script sent to the pharmacy it took 30 days and numerous unreturned phone calls to make it happen. I give the office supervisor and the staff a zero. I like Dr. Square, think he is a great physician but I am at the point of finding another physician so I will not have to deal with the staff. read more

This office has the most UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and INCORRIGIBLE staff I have ever had the displeasure of enduring. Whilst waiting in the lobby I witnessed the "Office manager" speak very horribly to a patient who calmly and respectfully had a question about his current appt. She then, with much attitude, told him that he was in the wrong and that they had been calling him for a while (not true, as i was sitting here and witnessed it all.) She asked him,"what is your problem?!" rolled her eyes and could obviously not control her attitude. All of the staff here is extremely unorganized, and have more interest in talking about their personal lives (quite loudly for the entire office to hear) than with doing their jobs. This was just ONE instance that I observed, there were many more that occurred in just the hour and a half i was there. I have also had my fair share of issues with this inane unprofessional office staff, but that is another post all in itself. These physicians need to reevaluate their employees, and possibly hire some with some common sense, and sense of customer service. read more
