Tried out this nail salon today while visiting with my grandkids. I just had a manicure. The person…read morethe worked on me nicked my finger and it started bleeding. She didn't apologize for her mistake. Didn't say anything. I have a bandaid on now because it just started bleeding again. My granddaughter's nails look terrible and it's only been a few hours. Disappointed in the experience. I don't live here but my family that does, they will not be back.

I am a licensed cosmetologist in vacation at El Paso and have been a nail tech for over four years…read more We went in and asked for 4 pedicures to which the receptionist said that the wait would be 25 minutes. We ended up waiting the time and then got seated. After getting seated, one of us got the pedicure, the lady finished the pedicure and then started mine. At this point, we have been waiting for over 50 minutes and only one of us had gotten a pedicure. Another lady started working at my moms pedicure (my mom is pregnant and also is a regular at this place and got a fungus from here) and as she was filing off the gel, we noticed how the drill bit was extremely dirty and all the metal implements were being reused from other clients. This place was extremely dirty and would not recommend it to anyone.

Their prices are on their website which is a big plus for me. They have manicures and pedicures. Many different types. My friends loved their pedicures and their feet looked great. I got a full acrylic set. Nic was my technician and he was so great. Patient with me as I don't get my nails done often. His talent was very evident. His hand was so still as he did the nail art. He liked my crazy colors too so extra points. I will go back and ask for him, but everybody was happy with their technicians.

This place came recommended, but we're leaving completely disappointed. We called ahead to confirm…read morethat my partner could get a fill and a pedicure done at the same time. They told us yes over the phone, and again when we arrived. Halfway through the pedicure, they suddenly said they couldn't do the fill after all. The issue isn't that they couldn't do it--it's that they lied to get us in the door. To make things worse, the pedicure came out awful. It looked rushed and uneven. I genuinely think I could have done a better job myself with no experience. It felt like someone still in training, which is unacceptable given this was one of the higher price points offered at the spa. When we raised our concerns, the manager's response was just as disappointing. She made no real effort to make things right. Her only solution was to remove the nail polish and attempt to redo the entire pedicure, which she couldn't fix. Despite all of this, we still paid over $150. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. We will not be coming back.
