I cannot recommend this place. Please avoid. I went in for a walk-in appointment and my technician was distracted and in a rush. Worst experience I've ever experienced at a nail salon. I got a pedicure done and it was nice but ended up getting a ingrown toenail the same night after the appointment. I got a full set done as well and asked for a coffin style. They are super short and when I said I didn't like the cut when he cut them himself he said they look fine you'll love them. (I don't) He began doing my nails as I was getting my toes done and made it super uncomfortable. First of all I hate that.. like how are you supposed to enjoy everything when you can't. (They weren't busy) so he could have waited. He kept bending my arm and pulling it straight and having my wrist in a uncomfortable way. Did not like it. After my pedicure was done we sat as his desk and I asked for matte cow print theme he told me couldn't do so I said it's okay. He after tried offering me stickers with an American flag that was a flame! I told him no thank you I was fine. So I asked for an ombré orange look and he told me he couldn't do it so at this point I'm thinking what the heck can you do. After I asked for a glitter look with powder and it didn't happen he gave me gel. Gel nails with silver glitter over them. On top of it my nails are all wonky. They don't look straight.. they are short and some sides are more shaped besides others it literally looks so crooked. I'll post pictures of what I wanted and got lol. The place is very well decorated. It is actually very well put together. However, when you start looking around you will began to notice how dirty the place is and how the employees do not keep their areas clean as well as reusing tools without sanitizing them. I was a regular when I first moved here, but eventually the poor customer service from the employees then run me off. I also got tired of the poor quality. At the time they had just reopened back up after COVID and it was the owner and two heavy set Hispanic young ladies. My husband got me a gift card from there so I decided to give them another shot. To my dissatisfaction it is just how I remember it. First off the gift card called for the Paris pedi and manicure. When I read the description the price Paris pedi included gel nail polish. I arrived early in the morning and she owner was alone with 7 customers. I asked how long was the wait and she said "can you wait". Knowing how the business is run (you might as well bring your lunch with you) I told her I would rather come back. She said I could get an appointment at 3pm to which I agreed, but she wasn't asking for my name or any info (common thing there). I came back at 2:50pm. I was quickly seated and asked to wait. I must have waited 15 minutes before a young girl greeted me and began to help. I made it clear from the beginning I also wanted a manicure. While getting my pedicure I couldn't help but to notice all the flaws. There were several Spanish speaking employees discussing how one or them had charged the wrong amount and how the other ones changers more. Per the conversation it was obvious there was a lack of consistency with the pricing. I clearly heard them say "oh no I would charge more than that". The girl who did my pedicure kept asking a different girl to come over and do whatever it was she wasn't trained to do. I had several girls do different things to my feet as they would stop working on their clients and walk away to help with mine. Mind you I observed several people sit there and wait for a long time to get their turn. Apparently out of the 8 only 3 could do manicures and they were very busy, taking people as they walked in. Every time there was confusion among employees for some reason, a new customer or anything at all they all had to go to the owner who would then make some what of a big deal of the problem and get everyone's attention. There was also an older lady who put so much attention into what the other employees were doing, she kept correcting them on the spot in what to me was an unprofessional manner. Every time someone appeared unhappy with their pedi or manicure, the owner would leave her client, make her wait, and go fix the problem while calling out the employee on the spot on what they were doing wrong. The Spanish speaking employees would go to each other for advice but ultimately they had to go to Nancy the owner for the final word and every time the encounter was so unprofessional. I think it may have to do with the culture differences but ultimately if you run a business you must know how to be professional. One employee in particular has been there for a while, her vocabulary is so rude and she dresses as if she was ready for bed. This one employees was very vocal about her disagreements with Nancy- the owner. When I was done with my pedicure I reminded the girl I had also "scheduled" for the Paris manicure. She said "oh no, we are busy and you will have to wait" Another client who arrived much later than me was waiting for a manicure and I would have to follow her in line. It had been an hour since she first arrived and she had not been helped yet. There was no way I was going to sit there for hours without losing my temper. The older lady offered to take me and do my manicure. It felt like every employee was working on several people at onces. Specially the ladies doing to manicures. Both my pedicure and manicure turned our very chalky, nails aren't leveled, it's so thick and not clean at all. The cherry on the icing was when charged the older lady went and asked the girl who did my pedicure how much and she gave her a quote of $20 more than the listed "Paris pedicure price" which in their description includes gel polish. My gift card filled out by them clearly says "Paris pedi and mani $75". I ended up paying them more for sloppy work, poor customer service and a stressful/ hectic experience. For the record I am fluent in Spanish so I understood every conversation, price debates as well as their complaints in regards to the owner. As far as the owner, she needs to be more professional. Perhaps then she can teach her employees how to be professional. I could have given them my 2 cents on how I felt but I was so ready to get out of there after this 2 hour ordeal. read more

Waited a total of 2 almost 3 hours to see the leadership of the salon argue, the man try to charge $35 for a soak off & the owner correct him that it's only $5. I visited Paris Nails today for the first time and let me say I was in love! The atmosphere of the business is beautiful. It's very large so there is lots of space for pedicure chairs and manicure stations. The color scheme is amazing and the light fixtures are beautiful. Something you do not see in El Paso nail salons. Check in was easy, as it's now done on an Apple I-Pad and the loyalty program is automatically provided upon check-in. Each visit earns you points and points can be redeemed for discounts on future visits. I did a simple nail repair as I had lifted a set I had done elsewhere during the month of December and an eyebrow wax. I paid $17 for both the wax and repair. Hanna is my go-to girl! I love how friendly and creative she is. I can literally show her any picture of a set and she makes it happen! I love love love her!!! I highly recommend Hanna for any nail services whether they be a manicure or pedicure and any waxing; I promise you will not be disappointed. read more

I should've believed the negative reviews here. This place is horrible. Moving to the east side of El Paso I was willing to try a new nail salon, this one was the closest to home and looked nice and large from the outside. Turn around....do not step foot in here. Waste of money for my gel nails to last 3 days and get an infected ingrown toe nail. Let me start off by saying the pedicure was decent but not worth $35. My toes do not feel clean and still have cuticles on them. The polish application was mediocre I could've done a better job painting my nails with my eyes closed. Let's move of to what really turned me off. From the moment i walked in I made it clear that I wanted a gel manicure. And I needed to get the previous gel polish removed. Now if you have had gel manicures you know the deal. File the top layer apply acetone soaked cotton and wrap with foil. From the moment I sat down the girl started filing down my nails and started to soak my nails in a bowl with acetone. Okay I'm thinking this is a new technique. I reminded her I only have gel polish. So continued to remove my gel polish by dipping and filing my nails. Leaving the last layer on my nail. She started applying the base coat of the gel!!!! My eyes couldn't believe what it was seeing. Is she not seeing that my nails are so bumpy. I told her again after she polished only one nail. Guess what...she looked bothered. She filed my nails again. My nails were in pain from so much filing from the machine. My polish looked horrible. As I'm sitting in the seat I just wanted to get up and leave. As the guy from the reception was walking by he asked what was wrong with my nails. I told him the gel polish is still underneath the new coat of polish causing my nails to look lumpy. They were speaking in their language who knows what they were saying but they were looking at me. I felt so uncomfortable. I didn't even care what my nails looked like, I just wanted to be done and leave. Finally she finished my nails looked like crap but I didn't remind her. How can you have someone walk out of your chair with nails looking so messy. I went to go pay and my total was $75. I've paid much less at other salons who've done a wayyyyy better job for a basic pedicure and gel mani. As I'm paying the same guy that came over told me next time I come in I can request someone else. There will never be a next time!! This place is horrible. We are now one week since my visit and my nails look hurt!!! The gel came off my nails are breaking and peeling. She ruined my nails with so much dipping in acetone and filing. I had a very bad gel manicure experience at Deluxe Nail Spa the day before, where I had asked for a light, sprinkling of glitter on top of clear gel - I even had a picture as an example. Unfortunately, the person doing my nails was not experienced in design and opted to use glitter polish with the end result looking like I asked for glittery, blue tips...like a child painted my nails. Luckily, when I went to Paris Nails & Spa, Nancy was there to correct the mistake. She filed down the clumps of blue glitter and reapplied clear gel, sprinkling red and gold glitter - perfect for New Year's Eve. It turned out even prettier than what I was originally wanting. This nail salon is messy and very disgusting! They are not sanitizing the stations. My regular set with NO GEL was $75. Everything about this place is completely off. They don't have a price list anywhere in the store so whenever the worker are done they ask the manager what they should charge the person. Myself and my friend went here to try it out because it is close to home. The lady for me didn't ask how short I wanted my nails and she cut my toes very short and didn't get the sides. My paint on the nails is clumpy because they didn't have enough so they added acetone once she couldn't get any more out of it. She hurt me well holding my toes super hard. My friend got gel and when she cut her nails they looked really bad and uneven she had to keep telling her to make it straight. She also ripped off one of her nails.I have nail polish on the sides of my big toes it looks like I went in and try to paint my own nails without looking. They didn't do everything that was said on their sheet for the pearl pedicure like callous remover which I need! Went in and waited almost an hour for a simple manicure and she didn't even cut my cuticles or filed my nails nothing at all just painted them regular gel nail polish no acrylics or anything and charged me 35$ for painting my nails?! Well, The person who did my pedicure was a new employee, it was her second day, but first day by herself. She gave me a GREAT pedicure! She was super sweet and loved our conversation! ( didn't get her name though:/) (That's the only reason I gave this place 2 stars, for the great job she did! ) The older ladies were so rude to her though! Keep in mind it was her first day on the floor by herself, they got mad because use used "too much" product on me (foot scrub, lotion, mask, etc) and I know this because they grabbed everything from her cart, took it to the back, and came back with less product! This was SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! A good business doesn't "discipline" their employees in front of their customers!! Once my pedicure was complete, they asked my girl to move on to the next pedicure and one of the other older ladies would paint my toes in between the acrylic set she was working on. She came, painted my toenails in no more than 5 min, put my sandals on and had me be on my way because there were other ppl waiting for my chair. Mind you, my pedicure was $50! Every customer that walks in they have them sit and start them then they work on an other customer at the same time to keep them there. They have One customer waxing, one pedicure, and 2 nails, while us customers stare at each other waiting for our turn.
