It was just a few minutes and they were ready. I was greeted by the friendly staff (again I wish I got their names for more shout outs- they were nice) and met Jade. On that day I found out what a "cerologist" is. Jade was my cerologist. She was pleasant, engaging, explained what she was doing through out the process, and most of all, she helped me feel comfortable about the experience. I appreciate that Props! The process is what you might expect, I wouldn't use the word "painful", more like a little "discomfort" and that was fleeting. I wish I knew the woman's name who serviced me but she did not pull the skin taut before removing the wax. It's been over 8 hours and my skin is still very sore. I went for my eye brows to be waxed and she said she just cleaned it up a little because she didn't know who did my eyebrows last but they were not even. We've moved here from out of state and I haven't touched my eye brows in 4 months. I told her they just grew that way. She said she wasn't taking any more off and to use castor oil to grow them thicker. I appreciate the advice but I only needed them not looking unkept. I left with them looking not much different than when I went in just sore where she pulled any wax from. That being said I couldn't imagine getting a bikini wax from this place. Pulling the skin taut before removing the wax makes it so you skin isn't as traumatized. It's waxing 101.
