Have continued to visit this nail salon, and I do 't go anywhere else anymore. Every experience is great, and my nails always last a long time. Also, for the reviews complaining about their cancellation fee, there is none if you simply reschedule your appointment. Then you can cancel it within the required period if you so choose. :) read more

I had been coming to this place for some time but unfortunately for my most recent gel x set my nails broke two days after and the polish began to peel on my other nails. I am a full time student and work full time so I wasn't able to stop by after their 5 days policy I had called in order to try to figure something out considering my nails cost 100 dollars not including the tip. They were not helpful even after I sent them pictures for proof has the asked the pictures had dates and times and they immediately said they were just going to charge me for a new set I honestly didn't even want it I was fine with a soak off so l requested for the soak off and they still said I would be charged considering I had spent 100 dollars on a set that didn't last I didn't think it was fair. read more

This salon is so adorable, charming, quaint, and [insert delightful adjective]! My daughter and I stopped by before booking to check it out and mixed the other salons in the running for her birthday outing. I booked in advance for my daughter and her friend to come get pampered. I wouldn't be surprised if they rolled out a cart of tea and crumpets and croissants for them lol. It's that cute. The girls had a kids jelly pedicure and manicures. They have custom kid-sized seating. My daughter came home ecstatic and feeling like a princess, raving about the foot scrub and how they asked her what temperature she liked her water for foot soaking, and how impressed she was with their attention to detail. Thank you guys so much for treating her so well and making her day special! This is exactly the type of birthday gift we wanted her to have. Kind of like a hotel, you call or book online and hold your reservation with a card and are charged after services. Adult pricing is a bit different. Nail techs are paid by the hour with Juniors (techs in training) pricing reduced. They specialize in nail art, but if you're simple by no means do you need additional art. We kept it simple. I'm sure I'll be bringing her back! Nice spot. Not crowded. Chic! read more

Love this place. Audrey does an amazing job and I am always so pleased with her work. I made the mistake of going to another nail artist once and I was very disappointed. I had to go back an hour later because I needed touch ups. I was also disappointed with the French tips she gave me; they were so uneven and all looked different. Besides that one let down, my other experiences have been great! Go see Audrey! read more

D'Licious Nails Nail Art Studio - The waiting area - Nail Salons Near Me - El Paso, Texas

I called to make a same day appointment, even though they take walk ins... but out of courtesy, I called to see if they had availability. The lady in the front booked me for 3pm. 15 minutes later I called to let her know I was not going to make it because the appt was going to take longer than expected. She said I was still going to be charged a "same day" cancellation fee. That's insane. Literally, 15 minutes. Had I known, I would've just done a walk in. Ridiculous. If this is how they do business, maybe it's best I didn't give them my business. I was a new customer, looking for something new. What a shame. read more

The place and vibe is great. I like my nails, but they are a bit sloppy. There's a lot of the gel in my nail bed and polish on my skin. They are good enough but likely will find a different salon. read more

I had time this afternoon for a pedi and was not far from here. I decided to do a walk in and was greeted (I'm assuming by the owner) who checked on a wait time for me. I only had to wait about 15 minutes but I was not in a rush so I did not mind at all. Berenice was very kind and did an amazing job on my pedicure. She kindly allowed some extra time on my foot massage instead of the hot stone massage. A nice movie was playing and she made small talk with me while completed my service. I loved all of the hello kitty decor, and the whole salon was very cute and pleasant to be at. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning! read more

D'Licious Nails Nail Art Studio - Gel Pedi, I went with purply pink by DND - Nail Salons Near Me - El Paso, Texas

I came here with my girlfriend while we visited from LA and it was an amazing experience. I rarely get my nails done but it was a day of pampering so I got a pedicure while my girlfriend got a fill on her acrylics. As soon as we walked it we were quickly greeted and taken in. I was taken to the back to start my pedicure and was quickly offered water or wine. It was an overall an amazing experience from the environment to the nail techs friendliness. Everyone there was super friendly with great conversations and even great recommendations on where to eat in the area. For both mine and my girlfriend's visits, it was $81! That is a steal for the treatment we got to the quality of our nails. I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in town. read more

I was there for 4 and a half hours, longer than i expected for both mani and pedi. Nail tech Favi cut me, she even said "oh you're bleeding" Powder fell on one of my nails (is what she said) and so it looked like it had bumps. She said adding another coat would fix it. Hmm... read more

Was in town not knowing a good place over bad. Went here since it was close to where I was staying. I don't think I'll go again. I got a pedicure and it was rushed, not relaxing or pretty. If you want meh, go here. Otherwise keep searching for more stars. read more

This Nail Salon is AMAZING!! Great Customer Service. Pedicure was on point by Cory =) Thank you . Highly recommended.

I went for a first time in months pedicure with covid-19 happening. I have very rough heels because i am in the army and she assured me she could help. She did okay on getting my heels controlled a little and my toes are cute. But it's been 2 days and it still hurts to shower and wear socks and shoes because my ANKLES are raw. My ankle bones itch so bad because they're healing but it's so uncomfortable. I'm not sure how she even rubbed my ankles raw like this but it's painful. A relaxing day i needed turned into a nightmare now. read more

The store looks great but cluttered. The store would look so much better if they organized their nail supplies. We weren't satisfied with our pedicures. The massages weren't really a massage, more just rubbing in the product. Our cuticles and ingrown nails weren't properly trimmed. They did not fully scrub during the callous removal so made our feet rough. The chairs have massage pillows that don't do anything, while their chairs fit perfect with their spa theme I would have loved a massage chair. I'm from CA and would pay the same price for a pedi, maybe a little cheaper, and the quality is 100x better. For the price I would have expected a better experience. I'm definitely going to try out other locations before I consider coming back here. We had Neira and Claudia according to our reservations. read more

Good work but messy environment. Had a great experience when it came to the work but unprofessional in other aspects. Definitely high school catiness read more

Me and my daughter have been coming here for over 3 years and I don't plan on ever changing that. My daughter is 5 and has been getting her nails both manicures and pedicure since she was 4. It's the only place I trust because of how clean the whole establishment is. New tools for pedicures and well sterilized environment is definitely something I look for in a nails salon especially since my daughter gets her nails done too. Darma is hands down AMAZING. I'm willing to say the best EP has! YEAH I said it! I've had countless sets of set of nails done by her and I can proudly admit I have never had to complain. NOT once! If you're looking for an amazing establishment that's clean and has a great selection of colors and stickers and gems look no further I have attached photographic evidence of darmas work to pursue you read more

I'm so happy with my nails that Audrey did. She says she's new but I couldn't tell, very professional and clean. The salon is also one of the most beautiful places I've been to! Definitely coming back read more

Thank you Kaylah! Did a last minute search for a weekend pedi and came across D'Licious Nails... I'm quite the stickler for sanitation in this industry and their prior reviews are exactly what made me give this salon a try. If I see multiple people say the word clean in their reviews I'm in. When you stumble upon their website they make sure you know all disposable implements are one time use and their reusables are sanitized. YES! I'm there! Now on to the services. We were able to book pedis through their online square booking which is convenient, they require a card but just to hold your appointment nothing is charged. We were taken back for our services quickly and offered drinks as soon as we sat down. The chairs are nice with massage pillows. It did the trick but they aren't the best part by any means. We had Claudia and Kaylah for our services and both were super efficient, nice, and great at their craft. My sis in law is local and has been looking for a new permanent pedi home for a couple years now so I was very happy with how good our services were and she was able to find a place worth the price she'll be paying! I'm not local but definitely know where I'll be booking whenever I'm in El Paso! Thanks again ladies! read more

This is such an adorable establishment! Very easy to book an appointment. We walked in, were greeted, and asked to take a seat. We got offered drinks and were placed at our pedi chairs right away. I went with a friend and we both booked a D'Licious pedicure. It was suppose to be an hour long. Mine was only 40 minutes long and did not get much of a massage and the clay mask was taken off as soon as it was applied. It was Very disappointing. Not sure if my technician had an off day or doesn't like doing pedis. I will return to try out a different technician and hope I get a better experience. read more

I would strongly recommend not going here. I got scammed out of $200 for a simple white shellac mani-pedi. Topping it off, it hasn't even been 2 weeks yet & my shellac is already chipping. Never going back again. read more

Had the best experience! I didn't know you had to make an appointment but when I called they were able to squeeze me in super fast. The place is super clean and super cute!!! My nails came out perfect thanks to Claudia! She was supper nice and profesional. I tend to be picky with nails salons because some just cut up your cuticles and leave you in pain but not here. I really recommend this place, little on the pricy side but I'd rather pay for a perfect job and clean environment than be cheap and get sick. read more

My review could be misconstrued as biased because my sister-in-law and brother run and own this beautiful nail art salon but nothing could be farther from the truth. This place truly is top notch! They take great pride in offering cutting-edge artistry coupled with warm hospitality. They pick skilled nail artists and arduously train to provide meticulous designs using the highest quality products on the market. Hygiene and safety are top priority to them and they make sure sterilized tools are used for every single customer. Also, files and nailbrushes used are disposable and if you like, you can take those with you. Bonus! When you walk in, you feel like you walked into a princess palace. Plush velvet thrones with massage pillows all over. They offer you a drink (tea, coffee, infused water or wine) while you wait for your appointment. Then you can select from the hundreds of nail polishes and embellishments available: buffet style! Walk-ins may be accomodated based on availability but your best bet is to make an appointment. Highly recommended! Great gift. Men welcome. In fact, they get many male customers come in for some relaxation with their spa pedicures. read more

Came here to get my nails done as I am new to the area. I had dip nails with tips underneath. Nail artist had no idea how to do my nails so gave me gelx nails which are basically lee press ons with gel. She was a new nail technician so I couldn't be hard on her but won't be coming back. Only paid 40 dollars so I can't complain but I would've paid more to get what I wanted . read more

I had booked an appointment a week ago online to get a fill on my acrylic nails. I came in and the lady refused to do it. She said she had another Client coming in and after me and was trying to charge me more. After a conversation with her I decided to take my business else were. The online booking isn't my fault it's not very helpful. I feel like I shouldn't have been treated like that because of their booking issue. I also saw their work online and loved it. I was planing on becoming a regular customer but my first experience makes me not want to come back. read more

This is a cute nail salon, but it was not my cup of tea. I wanted a spa day with my mom, unfortunately they don't do spa manicures they specialize in nail art. Although I enjoyed the environment and the attention to detail the service seemed a bit slow and the end result of my pedicure was not worth the price. I have paid over 60 dollars for a pedicure before but at that time I got the works! Yet today the end result looked like something my 6 year old could have done. Had I not verbalized how displeased I was with the results the nail technician would have let me leave the shop with subpar work. I even had to cancel my full set because I didn't want a situation where I would scream and yell. Again the environment was lovely and I understand this is a business, yet 2 hours and thirty minutes for a pedicure with no design and my feet are still calluses and rough-simply unexceptionable. Do you think this is worth 60 dollars? Keep in mind they removed my previous Jell. Then I was quoted 20 just to remove the acrylic on my hands. I encourage everyone to have their own mind and I still would have gone even after reading a bad review; now I just know not to go back. read more

Very disappointed. My dad and I waited 40 minutes just to be told they couldn't work on his feet due to a minor fungus in his toenails that developed during his previous deployments. They were very pricey and were gender biased towards females, making my dad feel excluded and not respected. read more

I loved it here! I have been getting my nails done for as long as I can remember and it's one of my favorite things to do! I have always gone to little nail salons you see sprinkled everywhere. I had found a particular one that I LOVED but I will not be going back! Don't get me wrong I loved the simple manicures I got there but it is nothing like this salon!!
