It felt like someone still in training, which is unacceptable given this was one of the higher price points offered at the spa. When we raised our concerns, the manager's response was just as disappointing. She made no real effort to make things right. Her only solution was to remove the nail polish and attempt to redo the entire pedicure, which she couldn't fix. Despite all of this, we still paid over $150. Very disappointing experience from start to finish. We will not be coming back.
